Ear Nose & Throat Associates

Felt ripped off by this office. Went for a consult about ringing in the ears, caused by a minor accident. The doctor brushed off my explanation after 5 mins (didn't even inquire how it started), said he wasn't sure why it was occurring, had me do a hearing test and sent me to the payment counter. No advice, no anecdotes, no brainstorming, nothing whatsoever.

A whopping $433 for an 'I don't know diagnosis. If you have tinnitus, avoid this place as you'll likely get the same cookie-cutter 'tinnitus is a mystery' line.

Had a great experience with Dr. Reschly. Listened to my concerns, did a thorough exam and sent me on my way with a prescription and follow up appointment. He was really knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT.

Checked I. Waited over an hour receptionist never checked me in even though I provided all the supplemental paperwork. They said would get in in right away and sorry for inconvience and never did finally I canceled my appointment after literally 17 people came n after I came and gone. Front desk no empathy. Worst experience

I have been a patient at this office for a few years. I requested a renewal for my CPAP mask.just a CPAP mask. They said they will not give me a script unless I come into the office. WHAT! We have a virus going around.all I wanted was a script for a CPAP mask.really! So hence I will pay out of pocket because this doctor's office is being off the charts by trying to get me to come into the office.

I offered to do Facetime and pay for an office visit but they said NO.YOU MUST COME IN. So here I go paying out of pocket and looking for a new ENT. Let me know if you have one you recommend. I live in Palm Harbor.

I see Dr. Andrew Mallon in the Bryan Dairy Rd. office. It was great to find a doctor who was highly knowledgeable with my medical condition. We discussed the types of treatments I've tried in the past. He actually listened to me and agreed that my current course of treatment is appropriate for my condition at this time. Thank you for making me comfortable at my first appointment.

I have been a patient here for about 2 years. Dr. Clavenna is thorough, personable and knowledgeable. He does not rush through the appointment and answers all questions. I never wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and never more than 5 minutes in the exam room. Staff are friendly.

AWFUL! There are an additional 5 reviews with 1 Star on Yelp! from people who haven't submitted enough reviews so their reviews are hidden from the overall tally. THE AVERAGE RATING FOR THIS PLACE IS ONE STAR! Dr. Wasylik is awesome, I couldn't give you two cents for EVERYONE ELSE IN THE OFFICE AND EVERY OTHER PERSON I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH WHO IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PRACTICE. THEY MAKE MY LIFE SO MUCH WORSE for having to deal with them.

If you enjoy being dicked around by EVERYONE in every capacity for every little thing and having this be a major point of contention in your life, go to this office! But again, we love Dr. Wasylik. She is so fantastic and amazing. I just wish she didn't work with the most annoying, frustrating, and purposely argumentative people on the planet who don't matter at all and who don't have anything to do with what we are trying to achieve for our child at this office. What a waste of my life! And just like the other reviewers, I would also give them 0 stars if I could. Their fees are exorbitant!

Charged $500 for what should have been a $100 ear exam. They seem to like to perform unnecessary procedures and charge for them. Do NOT go here unless you want a very high bill. This is exactly why Medical Costs in the USA are twice what they are in other countries.

I would give a zero if it was a possible score. I went to their office after having a hole in my left tonsil for two months. I went in on my scheduled day, paid $250. They sent me for a CAT scan with contrast. Unfortunately when they sent over the prescriptions to the radiologist they did not put contrast. So my test was done incorrectly. The test results were sent the next day from the MRI place, because they called and told me that they had sent them over.

It took this office Dr. Hood two weeks to call me back, and let me know that they don't see anything on the scan. Probably because it was done incorrectly. So in addition to the $250 that I paid Dr. Hood's office I paid $300 for a test that was not even what I needed. When they finally called me back they were unable to tell me what was wrong with my throat, and had no explanation on what I should do.

So after spending $600 cash patient I still have no idea what is wrong with my throat and I have to go to another Ent to find out. I would suggest anybody that has any problems find another office ians another doctor. This place is the most unprofessional office and made more mistakes on just my simple case then I feel is acceptable. If you want to find out what's wrong with you, and not just spend money for nothing and get ignored I suggest you find somewhere else to go. I wouldn't suggest this office to my worst enemy.

So far very happy with Dr. Hood. He performed surgery on my ear and did a great job! I had an acute infection in the cartilage surrounding my ear, Very professional and on time. The staff was really great too.

I definitely would not recommend this practice to any one. The staff in the front desk not friendly at all, actually you feel like you are asking for a favor. I had my appointment at 330 I arrived at 2 pm and I was not seen until 415 pm. Everybody was called before me, I would expect to be seen at least 330 340.

I see all the bad reviews I've gone to Dr Murphy a few years as self pay even though i have insurance, To my surprise today the receptionist asked for $250 after i was told on the telephone $65, my prior 2 visits were $100 and $65.00. i was told they just raised their fees, lol from 1 week ago when i called and quoted $65 to today it went to $250, the old bait and switch, screw that i'll go to a doc that accepts my insurance.

Also it sounded like a doc was hitting on the new receptionist for 20 mins or so while i sat there and a few of us listening and laughing., stay away from this practice, not professional what so ever

I WOULD GIVE A 0 IF POSSIBLE. I took a sleep study back in November 2017 and haven't seen Dr. Miller since September 2017. I was sent the bill without ever receiving my results. I called the staff multiple times and mentioned that I'm not paying the bill until I know the results of the sleep study. I am now fighting with a collection agency over a $66.00 bill which is just ridiculous. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS PATIENTS. DON'T GO HERE

If possible I would have given zero star, never go to this place they sucks only there to make money doesn't care about patient and not even explain or giving time to listen patient problem only rushing to get the test done and how to make money. They are only there to squeeze as much money as possible from you not be treat or help you.

During my visit my doctor suggested that we use a particular device to figure out if something was wrong in my nose. I asked him how much the device would cost and he said nothing. To my disbelief, not only did we find NOTHING wrong with my nose but the 30 second use of this device cost me $300. After he used the device on me he wouldn't look me in the eyes.

At first I thought he had something else going on in his life but turns out he couldn't look me in the eyes because he just charged me $300 without me knowing. I should have read the previous reviews and NEVER came here. The under the table charging is a recurring theme throughout their reviews and I should've listened. Instead I'm out $300 over the holidays.

NEVER EVER USE this place. I saw a doctor for less than 30 min in Dunedin. Told I needed a sleep study. I asked if it was covered and I was told AT the doctors office yes 100%. Oops sorry here's a bill for that. So over $600 for less than a 30 min visit. I complained and they adjusted slightly but not a lot. Beyond crazy how much they charge. Oh and I asked in advance what the cost would be. They wouldn't/couldn't give me an estimate even. Bait and switch constantly.

Stay clear their Trinity office.its an ent mill. I went in for a routine ear cleaning.the doctor (Merchant) looked in my ears and told me I had no wax build up.so no cleaning was needed.great! he used the scope down my nose to look at my throat and said I had some inflammation from some acid reflux.and it was common and wrote me a script for an acid reducer.

I have never had acid reflux.don't ever get heart burn either.then came the I want too see you in six weeks spiel.when there is nothing wrong with me! the worst part.they hit me for $269 that was with my insurance which only covered $75. you telling me its almost $350 for a routine check up.15 minutes! my wife went to a different office.same company.got better treatment and only paid $75.someone needs to talk to the Trinity office.
