I just had surgery 2 weeks ago. The service I've received has been horrible. unprofessional and just rude. I was prescribed medication I was allergic to, and The receptionist refuse to change my medication. I've been yelled at, and treated with so much disrespect. I wish something could be done to change this type of service for future patients

This review is for my first visit. I was sent here for a work related injury and was not sure what to expect due to some of the previous reviews about the office staff. I am happy to say that I have never been treated better by a doctors office than I have at this office. I was running a few minutes late and called and they were kind in telling me that my request was reasonable.
Once I arrived and filled out the necessary paperwork and sat in the waiting area a short time prior to be taken into an examination room. I waited in the examination room and it was not long when Doctor Larose entered, introduced himself and began to ask me questions and examined me. He then sent me out with the X-Ray technician who was quick, efficient and kind.
A short while later, the doctor then returned and took his time and explained his diagnosis to me. I was then sent out to the office staff to make another appointment. Everyone seemed so nice and happy to help and I am looking forward to having my procedure with this office. I am thankful to everyone who I met in this office who made me feel comfortable. I will update later and let you know how the doctor fixes me.

Don't find many doctors like this anymore must've just try to rush you in and out. Dr. is very detailed and precise with his diagnosis my little guy was suffering for a little over a year and went to two specialist until we finally came across Dr. Larose. Him and his staff are very proficient he takes all school notes where he dictates and his assistant writes down all his diagnosis. They got down to the problem with my sons feet injury and after having custom inserts made my son can finally walk pain-free. Thank you Dr.

Sport injury patients don't go here. For my sport injury I was told 2 weeks to a month downtime. The surgery he performed on me was NOT what we discussed. He never even forewarned me of this surgery and now I have a permanent disability. In my experience he should not be practicing medicine let alone operating on people. One star is too many for this butcher.

Second visit June 15, 2017, 1 hour wait, office staff and manager are rude and obviously over their head, toilet is broken and it has no light. The doctor doesn't deserve the title, first visit doctor seemed annoyed to be bothered with cutting my grandmas nails, asked why she doesn't go to get a pedicures. her previous podiatrist PROHIBITED them! saying it would make her problem worst. Never going back and hope he soon retires. This place is terrible, run! don't walk! to another office.

I have no problem with Dr. Larose, its his staff that I have a problem with. Dr. Larose removed a bone spur from my heel in 2014, I just started having pain again in the same foot. I want to make an appointment to see him again, however, I cannot stand his staff. His billing is always wrong, the person who handles the billing Polly is rude, she makes mistakes and she has an awful personality.
Two years after my surgery, I get a bill from Polly. I was like what's going on, I hated to phone the office to discuss the bill with her. I told her to resubmit the bill to Blue Cross, I had to personally phone Blue Cross to get the bill taken care of. In the meantime, I receive a collection notice from Dr. Lasrose wife (don't know what her role is). The office makes Dr. Larose look bad, don't think I will return. Looking for new DPM.

I had a surgery done by Dr Larose and he did an excellent job and inform me that it wasn't a guarantee and that we'd have to see the results at the end of the surgery and the healing time. Unfortunately it didn't work out and my nerves and my foot rescard and went back to where it was originally, but for about a year after the surgery it did help.
I know sometimes it gets to be busy and you can wait, but the only reason why I keep coming is because of the quality of the doctor and the professionalism of the staff and himself. I usually try to go early in the morning or right after lunch so that way it's not much of a wait.

My daughter and my sister had surgery here few year's ago Dr did good work in there feet but there medical billing person wasn't good at billing insurance and she was extremely rude both with my daughter and sister and both times she actually bill the ppo insurance wrong, and when I call to ask to rebill insurance she had extreme attitude, she finally resubmitted bills correctly and all claims where paid.
Shortly later I needed foot surgery and I went to Dr Jung at family foot center there staffs great and friendly but I feel that Dr larose would have done a better job but nothing worth having to deal with the nasty office billing lady there.

My son recently injured his toe during soccer practice. After a couple of hours at en emergency room we were recommended to Dr. Larose. I had tried to call his office for a couple of days and could not get through so I decided I'd take a drive to schedule an appointment. I get there and there are two notices. One was to say the Dr was on vacation, but the other said the Dr couldn't practice.
I assumed it was due to a malpractice suit. I'm not to sure if I want to go to a foot Dr that has a recent malpractice suit open. I did however schedule an appointment with a different foot doctor and was seen the next day. I did try to call the office back and schedule a follow up as Dr. Larose was close but his staff was rude and placed me on hold for a very long time. I guess i'll stick to the 20 minute drive.

I re injured my achilles tendons in both legs (from a previous running injury). I was having difficulty walking let alone playing other sports. Dr. Larose did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. He explained my treatment options with great care recommending that I try several treatments short of surgery which would have put me off my feet for at least six weeks. I recovered completely using medication and orthotics Dr. Larose had made for me. I credit Dr. Larose with highly professional, caring treatment. Mike H. Claremont, CA
