I have to say I have no qualms about dr. Barrett though I question his selection of staff! Angel, a member of his front office wasDEPLORABLE.- abusive, disrespectful and dishonest. After I met with the doctor I had some questions about scar placement I called the next day to ask for a call from the doctor to answer a few questions I had so I could make a more informed decision and ultimately move forward with the procedure. Angel's response was he doesn't do that. Really?, a plastic surgeon doesn't call his patient.

The day of my appointment she was rude from the 1st moment of our interactions. She was aggressiveto the degradation of my appointment and the representation of her boss. I would strongly recommend that the dr. hire some polite and professional staff

All the staff at this office are friendly and go out of their way for patients. Dr. Moulton Barrett is really one of the best. He listens to patients and gives you the results you are looking for. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough good things about this office and Dr. Moulton Barrett. I had a tummy tuck, upper abdominal repair, and breast reduction. My husband drove me to San Leandro Surgery center, the nurse drove me home and stayed with me for the first 24 hours. What a blessing! She showed my husband and friends how to do my wound care, drains and medications. I'm currently 10 weeks post op and incredibly happy with my results.

My only wish was I had done it sooner. If your thinking of doing this, or any procedure with Dr. Moulton Barret do it. You'll be happy you did. He listens, talks to you about your concerns and has a great attention to detail.

Dr. Rex Moulton Barrett is by far the best cosmetic surgeon in the East Bay. I had gone to 3 other consultations prior to walking into Dr. Barrett's office. He and his staff have gone above and beyond to make the whole process go smoothly and to make me feel at ease. I am currently 5 months post op and the care I have received is flawless! Not to mention the surgery was flawless!

All the way to being sent home with a home nurse for the first 24 hours. In my opinion Dr. Barrett, hands down has the knowledge and the know how to make the process as smooth as possible. The results I received have far surpassed my expectations. I am 100% elated with Dr. Barrett, his staff and my results. I honestly feel that I would not have gotten the same care and satisfaction if I had gone with someone else.

I went in to a consultation and the two girls were extremely rude that helped me. They handed me a stack of papers asking for social security number and so forth. At the end of this paper it asks me to sign if I have discussed everything with the doctor and understand. I told her I cannot sign yet due to I haven't even been in to see anyone. She rudely looks at me and says " do you need to discuss this with someone" ummm yes, that's why I am here. Very rude and unprofessional. I walked out they definitely lost my business.

I would give a negative number of stars if possible. I went in for a consultation they had me fill out a pamphlet asking my social security number, personal information ect. Then they wanted me to sign saying I receive medical advice and understand the risk. I advised the two staff members up front both brunette young girls that I can't sign until I actually have my consultation and they said with attitudes they had the entire time I showed up there. "do I really need it"?!?!?

I couldn't believe it. This place is so unprofessional and want you to sign before explaining the procedure and the pros and cons. This place is not a place you should trust your body with. On top of the fact their staff needs major attitude adjustments and learn how to be professional.

Dr. Rex is a perfectionist! I am so happy with the outcome of my surgery. Also huge shout out to all the girls at the front desk (Bri, Daisy, Angel and Elizabeth) the girls always scheduled me in even with my hectic busy mom life. Also Alma is the best nurse to take care of you after post opt. Thank you Dr. Rex & Staff

I was looking for a new clinic for Botox and had an appointment with Veronica. It's not my first time getting Botox, but it was the first time anyone ever took the time to explain how botox works and what to expect in such detail. I definitely learned a lot more just from one appointment with her than all my previous ones. She's also such a gentle injector and I love my results! Glad to have found my new spot.

If you get some items from the office, make sure you check the exp date before you leave, because they will provide you the short exp date items. I order a face cream and check the exp date at night, well, exp date: 12/10/2021 not even 2 months left, and I still have left over cream. So I contact the office they told me "even if it is expired you can still use it also once you got it, you can't return or exchange. " So I call the pharmacy they told me once it pass the exp date it still can work but won't work *that well.* I don't have any problem with physician assistant who work there. they are incredible. specially the assistant who help me do Botox that day, she was kind and knowledgably.

I love dr. Moulton Barrett. He always takes the time to answer all my questions so I fully understand what's going to happen. My results are great, I'm so happy. My biggest concern was getting a bad belly button. Its absolutely perfect! He did the best job! Definitely recommend him.

This office is amazing! The staff is very friendly. The Dr makes you feel very comfortable and explains in detail everything you need to know and listens to what you want. I am ver happy with the results of my breast augmentation and his prices are not extremely expensive.

After meeting with 5 other docs I settled on Dr Barrett for a tummy tuck. I can't speak to the results yet, but I feel like he is genuinely concerned about your safety and results and not just money. I also have not had to wait any extended times during appts or ever been cancelled on. His office staff is helpful and he is very informative, my surgery is in a few days and I hope the results are just as great as my experience so far!

Born with the name Karyn I am forced to expect nothing but excellence from people and this office surpassed my expectations. They were extremely friendly, welcoming and comfortable from the front desk staff all the way up to the doctor; even with the Covid restrictions. The Doctor looked at me and effortlessly knew exactly what to do in order to make my dreams come true.

The day of surgery I had zero hesitations when he was making his final markings. I felt a sense of calm and reassurance due to his exuded confidence. When the procedure was finished he called my family to ensure them everything went better than planned and sent me home in the very loving and capable hands of a nurse who with exquisite detail taught my family how to help me through the healing process. Weekly visits to ensure safe and proper healing have been nothing but exciting to see my fabulous results. This office and wonderful doctor have given me my confidence back!

I am so happy I decided to come here for my Disport and lip injections. I recently moved to the area and was looking another office to get Disport and for my 1st time getting lip injections. This office was amazing it was very clean and their front office receptionist was super friendly. I got my procedure's done by the nurse almost 2 weeks ago I can't say enough nice things about her.

She was super friendly, explained everything she was doing which I appreciated. You can tell she wants her patients to look good and feel good about themselves. Since doing the Disport and lip injections I have never gotten so many complaints before. The nurse did a fabulous job and I will continue to go here going forward. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I have gotten Disport before but the way she did something was different. I love the results.

I had a tummy tuck surgery almost five months ago. My final post-op appointment was a week ago, and I am so amazed with My results. This reconstruction surgery was the best decision I made! I only wish I would have done it sooner. I gave birth to twins, full term. (forty weeks) I had such stretched skin and many stretch marks. During My consultation with Dr. Rex, he explained in detail how the procedure would go during surgery and what to expect during recovery. Dr. Rex reassured me about My concerns with my Belly button and incision placement.

If I could give more stars I would. In 2018 I got a tummy tuck muscle repair and LIPo in two years later my stomach still looks amazing. This year I recently did lipo to my chin because I had a double chin and I am one week postop and you can already tell the difference i'm so excited to see the final results in about 4 to 5 more weeks but I'm pretty sure I will love them.

After going to four or five different plastic surgeons before doing my tummy tuck I chose Dr. Moulton Barrett because of his bedside manners and it wasn't about the money for him it was more about the patient he made me feel comfortable and I was confident he would fulfill my wants, and that he did. This review is long overdue. A friend referred me to Dr Moulten Barrett for my breast augmentation and I'm over the moon with the results! My friends were also so impressed that one of them actually scheduled a consultation. I did 3 consults before finally deciding to go with Dr MB. He is VERY thorough in explaining everything- he explains and asks about very important factors that you don't even consider or think about.

He does speak fast so pay attention lol- which I don't mind because I'm very busy and he obviously is! His offices are always very busy, which I find to be a great sign. Who wants to visit an empty plastic surgeon's office? I did notice a bit of a wait when arriving to appointments but for the price & workmanship, it doesn't bother me much.

Bring a book and relax. Knowing I'm in the best of hands, it's not a big deal. Thank you for a great experience in a very important decision, Dr Moulten Barrett & staff!

I had my breast augmentation and I've never been treated so well by a plastic surgeon thank you for all you did for me Dr Moulton-Barrett you changed my life and gave me my self-confidence back and before I had surgery Dr Moulton-Barrett made sure that I was comfortable before I went into the operating room because I have high anxiety. I saw Keely, Dr. Moulton-Barrett's PA, and she did a wonderful job. It was my first experience with Botox and she thoroughly explained the whole process to me. Keely's professional and personable demeanor quickly calmed my nerves and made the whole experience enjoyable. Billing Rant recently I checked my Experian credit score I was surprised to see the doctor Moulton's medical office had a charge for unpaid balance for services rendered $189. I telephoned the office to see what it was about saved formed me that back in 2017 that I came in it was only charged for 4 units of Botox and and that I had received eight so they stated that they couldn't get ahold of me so they added it to my credit report. My phone number has never changed and neither has my mailing address I actually don't even believe this is a legitimate charge

This was my first time trying botox. Honestly, I was nervous about trying it. Maybe the stigma of buying a guy and getting botox or watching one too many episodes of "Botched". However, I couldn't be happier with the results. I am in my mid-30s and started to notice some wrinkles in my forehead. After treatment, I look and feel about 5 years year.

A friend referred me to Dr. Barrett. Keeley, a physician assistant, was incredible. She was extremely knowledgable, kind and patient in answering all of my questions before and after treatment. I am so grateful that I went and will definitely be back for future visits! Thank you!

Got an consultation for a breast augmentation and was very satisfied with the visit. In fact Dr Barrett had an available time slot for surgery the very next week. Great experience at the surgery center. Every staff was very professional and helpful. Overall Dr Barrett did a wonderful job. His bed side manner is very professional. I would give you zero stars if it were an option! Coming from a background of medical practice do's and don'ts this place is on my dont list. I saw an ad in the grapevine for some products I wanted to try out. Called a d had to try 5 times before someone finally answered. I got the answering service 3x during regular business hours and they didnt know why the phone was forwarded? Anyways after finally getting through on the third day I got an appointment with a nurse, Lisa.

I felt confident that she would be great as all the reviews rave about her. Wrong. They ran 40 min late and no one bothered to tell me. I then could hear the front staff gossiping about other clients. Their office is outdated and the waiting room is covered in dust. I ended up leaving and no one cared. Honestly these rave reviews must be from her friends or patients who were badgered for positive reviews.

From my car, I called to let them know I walked out and the receptionist said I wasnt on the schedule? Yet I was checked in and did new patient paperwork? Train your staff and stop getting fake/biased reviews posted. If anyone suggests a real medispa please message me. No doctor on site either, was in surgery in another city? By law, shouldnt there be a doctor on site if procedures are being done by Rns?

From the minute I stepped into Dr. Moulton-Barrett's Brentwood office, I was greeted by his staff who are all very nice with excellent customer service skills! I had surgery in July of 2018 and I absolutely love the results! He made sure that he explained everything he was going to do and really listened to what I wanted! I would definitely recommend him!

Amazing experience with Ronni. I was looking for the Perfect Derma Peel and found this office to have it in the Brentwood area. Ronni takes her time and explains the step to you. I will be coming back in 4 weeks for my 3rd peel. I have had amazing results. My scars and hyperpigmentation has substantially faded.

Dr Moulten Barrett did my panniculectomy on the 22nd of October. I joined a lot of Facebook groups and read a lot of stories from people who had the same surgery. Especially after reading what so many people have experienced, I really feel blessed for my experience! I feel that he did such an amazing job and did absolutely everything to make this whole process as smooth as possible.

He told me what to expect and made sure both my husband and I were prepared for the recovery process. This surgery has changed my life. I'm still getting used to my perfectly sculpted, flat stomach. I l was over 300 pounds my whole adult life and I lost 175 pounds naturally, on my own. I had so much loose skin and it's just gone now. I can't describe what a weird, amazing, joyful, wonderful feeling it is!

Before my last appointment I had a really bad stressful day and death in my family. I was a total mess. His nurse Adrian was very comforting and kind. She genuinely made me feel better. A gem in our hometown with a physician who is present and cares not only for his patients, but the integrity of his team, taking the time to educate his patients on procedures and expectations, importance of follow up, and everything in between.
