I do not recommend this clinic for any issues with hearing; and with how I was treated, I cannot recommend them in general. They have no text based communication systems, and rather than hold accountability for their own short-fallings, instead blame the patient for their own disability. Read more for the details. I was referred to this clinic from Thrive AL for hearing loss, ringing, severe ear pressure causing pain, and some dizziness.
Initially things were fine, Dr Dang realised I had multifaceted issues and treated them. I just now had an annual follow up. Remember: I have hearing loss and even on my voicemail I say do not leave a message, please text me instead, so there were full reminders. The staff left - you guessed it - a voicemail, reminding me of my appointment, confirming my it.
It was so full of background noise that even my well hearing partner struggled to figure it out. Disappointing, but sadly common. People don't listen. It did say I had an appointment this morning. I showed up this morning for my appointment, and was told my referal expired so they can't see me, and the office had been trying to call me. I said, well I have no contact from them other than the garbled voicemail confirming the appointment, which by the way, why did they not text as I requested?
I was told that the office does not have texting capabilities. Email? Nope, not that either. At this point I asked to speak to Dr Dang directly, I wanted her to know what her office staff was doing, and the severe lack of accommodation for a disability *their office deals with*. How can an ENT, with an audiologist, at a clinic who deals with hearing loss patients, NOT have a text based communication system of some kind?
I was allowed to speak to the Office Manager, Amy, but not to Dr Dang. Amy was quick to blame me, the patient, for all the communication difficulties. It's my fault I didn't know how my insurance works, that isn't their job. It's my fault I didn't get their calls (they never left any voicemail or communication other than the *appointment confirmation*!).
She also confirmed that the office has no text-based communication methods so it isn't their fault they couldn't communicate with me. As I was unwilling to be blamed for all that, I simply requested a full copy of my records (which she did provide to me - legally they have to), and left. I will not be returning.

Excellent service. Dr. Dang and her staff are very professional, friendly and knowlegable. Dr. Dang is very good and has the best bed side manners around. She takes time to answer your questions and explains any procedures needed. When you leave her office, you feel that you are in trusted hands and everything will be ok. The quality of her work is excellent.

Dr. Neeta Kholi-Dang is a fantastic ENT. I do not know what I would have done without her and her incredible staff. She has always gone to great lengths to help me. I have been seeing her since 2003. I have referred many friends to her and will keep doing so in the future. She has done more for me than so many of the other ENT's that I saw before who just handed pills to me to take without really investigating the causes of many of my sinus infections.
She was the first ENT to actually do a nasal culture to see if it was bacteria or fungus causing the infections. No other ENT ever did that. She has helped me recover multiple times from MRSA, MSSA and Fungus. She is not afraid to try alternative treatments like using compounding medicines and nasal washings. I Highly Recommend this doctor. Her staff is wonderful too.

Per a coworker's recommendation, I called to set up an appointment as a new patient. Didn't receive a confirmation call, so I called day of just to check and was told it was showing as "cancelled by patient"-even though I never cancelled it. The person on the phone wasn't the most apologetic or concerned with helping me reschedule either, so I gave up.
If you were worried the weather was going to be bad, tell me, but please don't cancel my appointment of your own accord without helping me reschedule. Very disappointed with my experience so far and will probably try to schedule at another practice instead.
