HORRIBLE! If I could give 0 stars I would. If you like sarcasm and unanswered questions then yes this office is perfect for you. Where do I even begin. Never have I ever had an experience like this at any medical center. Dr. Nguyen was rude from the start didn't even acknowledge, greet, or introduce himself. Acted as if every question or concern was insignificant.

Not to mention, wait time takes forever!.Scheduling an appointment also takes for ever. Wow! ALL those years of medical school gone to the trash if you can't have proper respect and communication skills. The office was also unsanitary yuck!

I been coming for years and by far i'm thankful for the Dr. Nguyen, he has been helping me out with my medical issue. Friendly staff, busy office but they get what i need done. Thank you

Dr. Henry is the very best. I had a chronic nose problem that for many years prevented me from beating. I had a surgery with Dr. Henry, and now I can breath. I wish I had found Dr. Henry years before. It's like a miracle! Five stars are not sufficient to express my gratitude towards Dr. Henry, as well as to his staff who are very friendly and very professional. Definitely I would recommend Dr. Henry to all people who have nose problems. He's just the best! Thank you Dr. Henry!

Just got off the phone with scheduling, they don't have any doctors on staff to see patients unless you are dying (life threatening). As a patient working in health care it is important to have availability for patients no more than a couple weeks out. Either they must staff more ENT's or have a broader availability. I scheduled today 8/3 for almost December 1st. that is unbelievable.

Per staff, its due to doctors not being there on a daily basis. I hope they are able to fix the availability. Look elsewhere or a 3 month wait. I found someone in Newport who was able to get him in this Friday 8/6. I hope this issue gets fixed for the sake of better patient care.

I would like to thank Dr. Roy Deborshi and all his staff at the clinic for the great experience I had with them. Dr. Deborshi performed a sinus operation for me, I was in and out within three hours at the maximum. Also thanks to Maritza and Kelsey for the great help and assistance I needed, they were very responsive to my emails and calls, they called me after my surgery more than once to check how am I doing. I wish I could do minus 5 stars they are not concerned about you as a patient AT ALL! So disgusting to see this in a health care office.

I came in to see Dr. Roy and I was greeted by the friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very responsible to ensure there was no contact with anyone infected with Covid, and based on protcal in place, they assured me all was clean and sanitized. Dr. Roy is so friendly and knowledgeable, he listened to my symptoms and asked thorough questions to get to the bottom of the problem. I felt heard and my concerns were put at ease. Thank you, Dr. Roy!

Living my life with sinus issues, Ive visited quite a few of different offices. Im not a fan of these places but when I walked into this office, I was greeted and treated with compassion and friendliness. This made my visit a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this doctors office.

Dr. Nguyen is very nice, knowledgeable, and funny! He gave it to me straight and is doing the testing I need. I really appreciate the care he is providing and the time he spent with me. Plus, they were taking extra precautions with COVID19 by checking temperatures of everyone entering the building.

I was referred to ENT Center by my Primary, Dr. due to shooting pains behind my ear. When I was called to a room, the wait was short as I was the first patient of the day. A Dr Roy came in & I briefly told him my problem of the pain. He works extremely quickly & examined me & didn't see any problem. He asked about my hearing loss & told me he wanted a hearing test, & had his receptionist schedule it promptly around the corner, which I thought was very nice.

He told me to come back as soon as it was done to get my results & he could help me when I got back. I came back & I was waiting for over an hour all his appts were being seen 1st. I waited as long as I could & told the receptionist, sitting on the left I had to go pick up my Grandson from school & I would be right back, this was at 2:30. She said he had a procedure & wouldn't be able to see me & started looking at the schedule & gave me an appt. 2 wks later at 2:30.

I said, I have to pick up my Grandson. I asked can't i just come in tomorrow & wait. She looked again at her schedule & said June 10th, over a month. I started getting upset. My ear was throbbing with pains again. I again asked could I come in & wait. She said, he has surgery the next day. I said forget it & left very upset & she didn't care. I never wanted a hearing test but to know why i was getting pains behind my ear.

Went in to see Dr. Nguyen and i was definitely impressed of how nice and welcoming the staff was. My waiting time was no more thsn 25 minutes. When i got to meet dr. Nguyen he was very polite and very caring. He listened to all my concerns that i had with my nose and sfter revision and surgery i feel like i can finally breath 100% better.

A few months ago I came into the office to see Dr. Nguyen due to difficulty swallowing and breathing, when I walked in created very professional and the girls very attentive. To be honest with you I don't really understand what was happening he pulled be to another room they scoped my throat and explained everything that was happening to me. Gave me medication continued seeing me and I haven't needed to return since. I have recommended this office and Dr. Nguyen to several people, he is very knowledgeable doctor and attentive. Thank you

I went to see Dr. Roy to have my tonsils and adenoids removed. The office was nice and clean. The front desk staff was very busy but got me in quickly. The nurse in the ack was nice and the room was very clean. Dr. Roy was thorough and answered all of my questions. The surgery was scheduled within a few weeks. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good ENT.

I saw Dr Roy at this office! Both doctors are great though! Very nice and caring staff. Very clean office. It looks busy when you walk in but it is actually very fast and efficient so it doesn't really take long. Dr. Roy helped with a burn that I got in my mouth from a hot potato. It was fast and easy. Told him what happen he looked at it and prescribed me some medication for pain and wash to keep it clean and help heal faster. Great office! Great people!

Extremely long wait times and no consideration for the patient or their time. Waited over an hour in the waiting room then when i was taken back, they told me "there are a few people before you" and i had to wait 45 more minutes in a room. The front desk staff is sarcastic and they laugh and act like they don't understand when you ask serious questions. i was in the room (waiting of course) and one of the staff members came in to close my door and i had asked "how much longer should i expect to wait, it's been almost two hours" and she said "i have no idea" and as i was responding back she closed the door! This place is horrible!

The doctors are great, but the front desk staff were so awful and rude. So bad that it removes the other four stars from review.

Dr. Roy was truly an amazing doctor. He did my thyroid surgery and it went so smoothly from the surgery to the staff in the office, the entire staff was so amazing and friendly and really made this experience great for my family and I. I really appreciate everyone professionalism and friendliness. It made me feel very comfortable. My surgery went great and the after care was remarkable could not ask for a better surgeon. Thank you Dr. Roy and staff. Highly recommend.

It took me 2 months for my appointment but The staff has been very professional to me an accommodating. Dr Henry Nguyen has taken great care of me. He expedited my CAT scan biopsy and surgery after being delayed from my other places. I am truly thankful I chose this location.

We called to schedule an doctor appointment. I asked the staff if it is possible to get an appoint this week, if not, when would be the earliest appointment available. This normal question got the staff's sarcastic response. She told me they are so booked, I would be lucky if I get an appointment within 1-2 months. We are patients who were merely trying to make an appointment with a doctor. By the staff's rudeness and sarcasm, you would think we were trying to get an interview with a busy movie star or something.

I have had such a great experience here at this office. The dr is great and the staff is wonderful. They have treated my aunt with such kindness and they are always smiling and happy. A fantastic group of people.

This Doctor office are discrimination to English language barrier he refuse to take my mother as she canot speak english very well, after they cancelled her appointment so I can come with her to translate without informing us. I had to take couple of hours off work to come with her and after I filled up the paperwork they said that they canceled the appointment for no reason. They made fun of her. Let her cry. Elder abuse, discrimination

This place is great Dr. Nguyen is really good and seem to know what he is doing but I just hate how they never answer their damn phone. i literally called every hour from 9am to 4:50pm no answer or answer machine so I can't even leave a message. apparently they are so busy they dont need business so I'm changing my Dr.

Your are the best of the best for your exceptional professional abilities. Thank you for your excellent work while performing surgery on me. I will be recommending you to everyone I know Dr. Nguyen.

I am so glad that we crossed the path with Dr Nguyen. Kaiser said that our 4 yr old daughter needed ear tubes placed after she failed an audiology exam and had fluid in her ears. At Kaiser the procedure would costs us $6000. We met with Dr Nguyen for a second opinion and he dismissed the urgency of the surgery, and proposed a treatment with a strong antibiotic.

Even if she needed the surgery, he said that it would be around $2000. We had a follow up a month late after the treatment, and my daughter passed the hearing exam, with a normal score. Kaiser would have put my daughter under general anesthesia unnecessarily, and left us with a bill of $6000. So pissed off at Kaiser, but so thankful that my daughter is ok and we met with Dr Nguyen. The staff at the office does need improvement, however.

Would not ever go back here, we went in for my daughter the nurse and dr was fine but the front office staff is completely horrible! First off they double charged us! Almost $700,w e had no idea!now our insurance suspended our spending card. The front office girls are completely incompetent! DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst front office that I have ever been to at any kind of physician or facility ever. Would not touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Front office was more rude than anyone (yes anyone!) I have talked to in my life. I think Dr. Roy observed the behavior and did absolutely nothing about it. Wasted 4 hours of my life for nothing.

Today I went with my mother in law to see Dr. Roy. After waiting a hour for him was very disappointed that he only spent about 5 minutes with us. While we were in the examination room one of Dr. Roy's nurses knock at the door letting him know he had a phone call. Really! He told the nurse that he would be right there. He had no bedside manner what so ever. Was very matter of fact while explaining the procedure to remove the cancer from my mother in laws mouth. He was suppose to call my mother in law back this afternoon and never called. I definitely would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Roy is very knowledgeable and takes time with you once you get in too see him. He has treated my son with high quality care and understanding. If you don't get a first morning appointment, you'll be waiting a very long time. They book too many people in one time slot. It would be nice if the front receptionists would smile and not look so annoyed, even first thing in the morning. Clients will get annoyed when they have to wait an hour just to pay the co-pay. I highly recommend Dr. Roy. Stars are for him, not staff.

Still waiting for the doc and already over an hour pay appointment time. Nurse said my blood pressure was high. I believe it Just flat bad service
