A colonoscopy (koh-luh-NAH-skuh-pee) allows a doctor to look inside the entire large intestine. The procedure enables the physician to see things such as inflamed tissue, abnormal growths, and ulcers. It is most often used to look for early signs of cancer in the colon and rectum. It is also used to look for causes of unexplained changes in bowel habits and to evaluate symptoms like abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, and weight loss. Harass you to get your info completed before the appointment when you can just do it 15 minutes prior. Forget to tell you that you need a mask, but you'll see you need one upon arrival at the door on the second floor of the building. Glad I had one in my vehicle. They'll charge you $40 if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to appointment but if they're late then you just keep waiting.
I waited over an hour before being asked to keep waiting as there was another person still in front of me. Rescheduled, but I'm going to another provider. Staff up front is lacking as well.

I'm gonna be honest I'm not against people who want to wear mask or businesses that require them. However when you send 3-4 appointment notifications to perspective patient with none stating it is a requirement then you are wrong. Then when I ask for a mask because I didn't bring one you don't provide it to me you tell me I need to leave and go get one and come back.
That is unacceptable. You require you should provide. Last thing you should do is tell someone who just drove 30 minutes to get to their appointment to leave and find a mask and come back. Do better, be better, not everyone lives with a mask on them.

I don't know if it was a bad day but I had to wait 2h to be seen, last time it was 45min. Because of how late the doctor was, he and the nurse only saw me 3min and I felt very rushed and not taken care of properly. I also told them I had to have an exam done very soon because I was gonna lose insurance soon, the doctor said don't worry, we will be able to see you before that, but they didn't have any dates that worked for me and I don't think they really tried to help me out. So now I am home, still sick and the doctor didn't really told me or gave me any medications that would help because "I would be taken care of soon".
