Kenosha Radiology Center - Frank Kalmar

I went in for an appointment where I was told I could have a support partner accompany me, just no children. They confirmed this at least 3 times on the phone as I had to reschedule a few times due to work. When I was called in my partner and I stood up and they wouldn't let him in saying I had to go in alone and he could come in for the "fun stuff" later.

I asked why and the doc replied coldly with because of COVID restrictions and then backtracked saying she's very busy and doesn't have a lot of time and can't be distracted by another adult in the room. This was all being said in front of a bunch of people in the waiting room mind you. Both of us took off work and drove an hour to be there I expected my support partner to ya know, actually be able to support me?

I didn't want to be seen without my support system so we left - no doctor who is caring for you should ever make you feel rushed or like they don't have time for you which is exactly how I felt with the very brief interaction I had here.

I called with questions on scheduling an MRI because my insurance told me this was a more affordable option. Well.you do get what you pay for. Vanessa answered the call and was sooo very rude. That one call made up my mind. I would rather spend a 1000 more to not have to set one foot in this place!

I'm not sure why this place has a few bad reviews because my experience was wonderful! I was supposed to get more instructions from a doctor prior to my visit to Kenosha Radiology, and he failed to inform me. So the ladies who helped me got everything set up and helped me every step of the way. They took care of the part that the doctor was supposed to!

I was so impressed that I was so well taken care of. And when I had the scan done, the lady who did my scan was incredibly kind! The center was also very clean, very professional. I would go back again and again!

Do not ever go here. This place has given me one of the worst experiences of my life! The entire time I was there, noone wanted to tell me how much it would cost. I called atleast 6 times after my appointment because I hadn't recieved a bill; where I was repeatedly told "dont worry, it'll come in the mail." Months later, I get a bill from Collections telling me I failed to pay them. Every person I called gave me a different number and told me there was nothing they could do. This place is pathetic, and it was a horrible mistake ever going here.

I went here based on a recommendation from a friend, since the cost of having MRIs and CAT Scans done at the hospital are so outrageous. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and polite the staff was, and the place was immaculately clean. I saved a couple thousand dollars and feel as though I was provided with better service than I would have been at the hospital. I'll definitely return if I need any more of their services.

This was the best mammogram experience a girl could ever have! Clear expectations, timely, professional, kind. Results within 45 minutes. No days waiting, extra appointments. I needed another image and got that right away.no extra appointment. Lourdes was the kindest, most respectful technician you could ever want. She explained everything. She clearly has a heart for her patients. This is top notch.

Staff was SO rude! I followed all the directions they gave me and they still were rude. On top of that they found nothing from my ultrasound when there is clearly something wrong. The person conducting the ultrasound did not even look in the area where I was experiencing pain.

I visted Kenosha Radiology for the first time but as soon as i walked into the the building it had a bad odor in the lobby area. The staff was very plesant and very accommodating. When i went for my x ray the lady was also plesant however the floor looked dirty and there was dust everywhere overall experince was okay just needs tighting on the cleaning

I have spoken to the staff many times over the phone and they have always been friendly and detailed. My SO went in to get an MRI done and had nothing but good things to say about both the Dr and staff. They took their time and explained everything to him in great detail. He felt they really cared about him. Thank you all for going above and beyond for him!

I have had my mammograms done here for four years and I would highly recommend! The staff is polite and courteous from the check in, techs, etc. to the doctors. Today the radiologist took time to talk with me about a specific condition to be watchful of and I am so appreciative that she took the time to talk with me! Thank you for a great experience I will be recommending you highly.
