I am writing to review your office website rather than your practice. I saw Dr. Domanski for the first-time last week and was impressed. His professionalism and demeanor were nothing short of stellar. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about your website, particularly your "patient portal" log-in. It's TERRIBLE! It took me quite some time to finally figure out that I was going to have to download this as an app on my phone in order to use it.

When I got it downloaded on my phone eventually, it put my phone into "safe mode" and I have NOT been able to access anything on my Smartphone since! I am totally locked out! Looks like I may have to buy a new phone in the next day or so. Why isn't this available on other devices like a laptop or tablet? That just isn't right!

They are very attentive to their patients needs. Every Doctor I have had the pleasure to meet and be treated by has been very kind and listen to how the patient feels.

I am very pleased with Dr. Makdisi's care and giving good instructions for my IBS. I am concerned with the pain I continue to have in my upper left middle. I have thinking about it and I am wondering if I could have my Endoscopy before June 1st. The pain is bothering me more often and I need to be ready to have my knee surgery as soon as my AIC gets back to 7. Hopefully that will be soon. I have no complaints about your treatment of my problem. I would recommend you to any of my family or friends. Thanks for your care. Willene

Gainsborough Square Office Scheduling my first routine appointment for a colonoscopy with Dr. Brian Sullivan's office was easy. Rose returned my call promptly to schedule my appointment within the same week, she was professional and courteous. She asked questions and made sure I understood the process. There was a prescription ready for me the same day for the laxative (which saved me time).

I received directions to prep for the colonoscopy, office paperwork, and directions to access their portal the same day as well. The day of the appointment, I was greeted promptly by a professional and courteous receptionist. The waiting room was clean and the wait time was short. The nurses, and anesthesiologist were all skilled, professional, kind, and eased my anxiety.

The procedure was quick! Dr. Brian Sullivan came to the recovery room to give me the report and answered all my questions. The discharge nurse was really sweet and gave good discharge instructions. I felt no pain at home afterwards. Dr. Sullivan did an excellent job!

I have been seeing Dr. Mendu and her staff for over ten years. They have always been kind, efficient, compassionate, professional and fast. All of these are particularly appreciated when these types of procedures are involved. Thank you, GATI!

Completely disappointed and mostly let down as I care about my health and this place wasted my time. I made a appointment with them over a month and a half ago and somehow it was canceled and nobody called to let me know. I mean it's not every day someone has to go to a specialist, it is important to me to take care of myself so it seems to me like there wasn't a care In the world that my appointment was looked over and no big deal to them because they're not the patient needing the service. Don't waste you're time with them you'll be disappointed

Everyone was very nice and considerate. The staff was genuinely concerned with my well being. They were also very helpful to each other. The doctor was very professional and thoughtful if his explanation of the experience and the results.

I am very happy with the service that I received from Dr. Walid Makdisi and his fabulous team at Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater, Chesapeake office. From the time that I walked into this establishment up until I was done with my procedure, everyone of the staff, nurses and doctors there made sure that I was very comfortable before, during and after my procedure. I highly recommend Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater for your medical needs. Everything went absolutely smooth and very well.

Giving 2 stars because all the front desk staff and nurses are amazing, but Dr. Gamsey was not at all worried about me or what was wrong. Rushed through my entire appointment just to tell me something that didn't make any sense, was insensitive, and just showed no general interest in actually trying to help me at all. it was like my problems weren't severe enough for him, even though I was referred to him directly through Sentara. I will not be going back, but his staff is amazing and super kind! Made up for it because I really almost laughed in a medical professionals face that day.
