The Dr did absolutely nothing for me. I am in constant pain. She gave me medicines that did not work at all. I figured since I had good insurance she just kept stringing* me along. Would not recommend this place at all

This place WAS once a great clinic to come too. Ever since the staff has been changed things seem to go down! The front desk at the hall way alway out of her place and don't know how to speak nicely to the poor patients. The front desk is going great since Dolce is still holding it. But the MA named E*** that calls patients for results has no manners, once I came in she was on the phone literally yelling and screaming at the patient. Like, ok, ppl do have bad days but not ALL THE TIME, and u never know what the patient is going through from illness or the ability to understand. However the staff should work on how to treats Patients in wisely manners. And wish the best for this place.

I was in Michigan from South Carolina and have a slight emergency and their facility welcome me and immediately with no problem and the doctor did a great job and helping me with my situation and the rest of his staff was incredible especially Nada, whom literally held my hand during my procedure and comforted me. Their staff went above and beyond to help me and I would recommend them to everyone! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Excellent clinic! The nurses, the doctors, everyone is so kind. I definitely recommend this clinic., everything is so clean. I really appreciated Dr. Suliman he is nice and very caring and welcoming, Doctor Sariea Alsmoudi is a very good doctor, he makes sure you need & get everything you need & listens to what you have to say. Haven't seen a good doctor like this in a very long time. Thank you sooo much

This clinic staff and all their doctors are very friendly, professional, efficient and clean! Our family has been with Premier for more than 5 years - they offer multi-lingual services for our very diverse community. Hands down best clinic in the SW Detroit area!

I have gone to Premiere Medicine Clinic in Dearborn- Dix for more than 14 years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. I am always impressed with the facility and the caring and friendly staff. Doctors are truly amazing, especially Dr. Nabil Suliman. He really cares about his patients, as well as all doctors in the clinic, and the front desk staff were very supportive on all my visits I made to the clinic.

I just started coming to this clinic and honestly by far its a respectful organized doctors office, the workers are great with their patients and are very nice and helpful. My family has been here for a very long time now and have had great experience with no complaints.

Its an amazing place, id recommend this place to my family, friends and anyone who haven't settled at a family doctor yet! the Premier Medicine team always tries their best to reach all patient on time. Doctors use their time wisely with the patients to discuss and explain to them what they need to know. Great service, front desk well organized, MA's kind and well going with patients, Manager Nada does her best to get good hold of the office and everyone in the office including the patients as well. Aiming for the best!

The medical staff are awesome. Your in and out quickly. They staff cares about each patient as if they were family. It is not stressful to go to the office. You can review your chart online Dr Alsmoudi is great. And the office manager is awesome. I would recommend this office to all friends and family

My family have been patients here for years now. We love coming to see doctor Nabil, he's really such a great doctor and the staff are amazing. They make sure all your needs and wants are taking care of. And make sure you're taken care of.

10:20am on a Saturday and their door is locked, but their TV is on. Sign says open on Saturdays at 10. Website says they are open at 10. People next door said they are never here on Saturdays. Then don't say you are open! So unprofessional.

I was very pleased for my first visit. The front desk staff were pleasant. The doctor was thorough, took time to ask questions and was kind. In and out in under an hour.

My doctor I definitely recommend, however, the waitstaff. I am not too impressed with. It wouldn't hurt them to be a little more friendly since, some people that come in to the doctors office might be nervous or anxious about something possibly serious. Also, returning phone calls. is horrible. There is one girl in that office that I don't mind, she is always friendly with me on the phone. But overall. Im tempted to see if my doctor is at another location just because of this.
