The lady (Rachel) who works the Accutane refill line is rude and refuses to contact the pharmacy to correct my daughter script. Its going on 2 weeks without her meds. She now sends my calls to voicemail and will not respond to my text. I have tried to reach a manager with no success. I cant wait until our next appt.

I can't speak for the rest of the doctors but stay far away from Arthur Gulick. Very unprofessional. The only reason I chose this office was to see Dr. Gulick because I used him 30 years ago when he had an office in Plymouth. His attitude was so bad his assistant took it upon herself to not charge my insurance for the appointment. Very disappointing and will not be back to this office again.

Hamzavi Dermatology provided one the best experience I have had, from the greeting at the front desk to the the doctor. They were personable and took their time with me. Additionally, I appreciate how much technology is embedded in the intake process and great reminder system. I would definitely recommend.

Hamzavi Dermatology has been an unpredictable experience. I have waited for hours to see my Dr. Today I had a procedure done and I wasn't given all of the products I needed for the follow through of the procedure. I called the Office and talked to some one at the desk. No one called me back. Now I worry I paid for nothing. I can't follow the directions without all of the products I need. I feel like I was ripped off.

Amazing experience! Dr. Fahs was genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, caring. all of the things you want in a good doctor. She explained everything about my procedure and made sure I was comfortable with what she would be doing (I was). She even offered to look into a rare condition that I have to see if there's something that might help me, which is more than my other doctors have offered to do. Today was my first visit with Dr. Fahs and I'm thankful that I was referred to her. I'll definitely be back!

My son got in to some poison ivy and thank goodness the drs office did a FaceTime appointment for us. We didn't have to leave the house and we still got quality care. This is an amazing way to help your patients! We loved it! Very convenient and easy. Thank you all so much for helping us! And the best part is my son started to clear up the same day as soon as we started the treatment.

Dr Hamzavi is an excellent doctor. The problem I have is that you make an appointment time, arrive 15 minutes early, wait for 15 minutes after your appointment time, approach the reception desk to ask how much longer and your are told at least another 20 minutes! Why not just arrive an hour after your appointment time that way you should be seen "on time ", oh but wait--- you will be charged a cancellation fee! Maybe I should charge the office a "late fee", sounds fair to me.
