Office immaculate. Very important. Staff friendly. Doctor very nice. Takes her time with you and explained everything in detail to me. Explained my options. Professional atmosphere with such caring and kind staff Would highly recommend to future patients that are looking for quality care. I always feel comfortable, the Doctors take very good care of any and all concerns. Explaining what needs to be taken care of is so important! They definitely go above and beyond! I had gone through three dermatologists already and it was like talking to robots who were trying to get as many appointments finished as possible. I had three questions for one doctor. She talked so fast, I hadn't even asked my third question before she was out the door. Dr. Christina was completely different! Granted it was a long wait, like a long wait, but it was so worth it. Totally personable, completely knowledge, and a great communicator who gives you all the time, patience, and care you need. Never going to a different dermatologist again!

I came to this office after co-workers recommended me to see Dr. Ana Cristina Laureano. I do not regret any second of it! Not only she was knowledgeable, but she found a way to make my 3y/0 feel comfortable around the place and during her checkup. I went for a second opinion since i wasn't happy with a previous doctor's treatment for my daughter's eczema. DR.Laureano explained with such a patience, and I'm looking forward for my daughter's treatment to be successful.

Today I had a Lutronic treatment done by Dr Scherl. Staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I barely waited after I checked in. I had the numbing cream applied to my face and a laser treatment 20 minutes later. My skin is glowing! I love the new me! This is my second visit with Dr. Scherl. Both visits were a wonderful experience and I couldn't have wished to be seen by a better physician. Terrific practice, knowledgeable professional staff - highly recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist!

Dr. Scherl and her staff are simply the best. I would not trust any other dermatologist. Her compassion, care and knowledge are amazing. She takes her time and doesn't rush you. I started seeing her in my 20's and I recently had to bring my two children (age 8 and 5) to see her. After striking out with many pediatric dermatologists (and not really trusting their opinions/treatment plans) I reached out to her office to see if she would see my children.
From the moment you walk-in, the front desk staff is so pleasant, the office manager even came out to give my children stickers to calm their nerves, the nurse was warm and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience. As a patient, I was so appreciative with the time Dr. Scherl spent with us. She answered all my questions and even showed me research and studies that related to the treatment she recommended for my children.
The office is very clean and well run. We had a 4:15 appointment and were taken in immediately. As a mother and a patient I love that they respect your time and run an efficient office!
