The staff there was really helpful in calming me down. But I have some things to complain about. They were supposed to put an IV in before going into the OR and they did it while I was on the table. For the hand, they used a large needle instead of a butterfly clip and when extracting blood from my arm they used a butterfly clip. The hand hurt so bad when they used a large needle and I know I get little to no pain when a butterfly clip is used in my hand.

I did say this to the nurse that out in the IV but I guess she either didn't hear or didn't care. Another thing I have to say is they don't prescribe anything to help with the pain after the surgical procedure. I had to rely on a previous prescription of 800 mg ibuprofen to help the pain. If they're doctors they should be able to prescribe something to help with the pain. The pain after I got home was excruciating.

Everything was perfect, thank you all Metropolitan Medical Associates incredible stuff members. From the entrance to the exit, I never felt as a stranger. They made everything so smooth, the staff was very nice, and they made you feel as comfortable as possible. Even with not wanting to make the decision they made me feel everything was ok and will be ok.

The past few months have been the most physically and mentally exhausting experience I've had yet. I found out I was pregnant at 41 years old ( first pregnancy) Unfortunately, we received a devastating diagnosis of trisomy 18 and cystic hygroma and made the difficult decision to terminate my pregnancy. Everyone at the office was kind, compassionate, non-judgmental and extremely informative- you can tell that they genuinely care about their patients.

The staff does their best to make a less than ideal situation as comfortable as possible. Do not hesitate to reach out to them, they will walk you through every step. Thank you!

This isn't the most luxurious place to have to go obviously but I loved the staff here. They really do try to help you out the best they can. I've been here once for a procedure and twice for checkups. The doctor here is cool we got along really well and the security guy working here was really sweet as well and let me wait inside after my appt even though I didn't have a procedure that day and still walked me to my Uber.

Even though there are clinics that are closer to me I'll always prefer to go to this one. The appointments are always available and they make sure to get whatever u need done in an efficient matter without any BS. That's always important when going to places like this. Overall I personally give them 5 stars for the efficiency. I mean you're not going there for the ambiance although it is a clean place you're going there to get a medical procedure done quickly efficiently and safely and the staff here delivers on all of those things. Thank you guys again for everything!

The staff there are amazing and extremely understanding! I got heated with the lunatics preaching outside and the volunteers stepped in to stop me getting in trouble, walked me around the block and we're extremely comforting like they would their own family member. These people gave me faith in humanity! Thank you!

Very fast service. Very polite And informative staff. The doctor was funny and got my mind off the situation quickly with small talk while working still. I felt very very comfortable. They follow up with you after which i liked.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I understand we live in a world of Covid. My own mother died from Covid (she wasn't vaccinated) but we are currently in the stage of Covid where vaccinated people (and honestly we know most unvaccinated people lie) don't have to wear masks pretty much anywhere and they would not let me wait with my family member for 20 minutes in the waiting room.

There are certain situations where a young person may be scared and need support and not only did they send an email saying she could bring someone with her but they wouldn't just let me stay with her so she wasn't scared AND they were rude. This isn't the the place and/or experience to be rude to anyone. Plus it's also hypocritical - everyone person working in that office would need to not be unmasking absolutely anywhere for their Covid argument to hold at this point.

I'm fully vaccinated and had a mask on. I just wanted 20 minutes to be supportive to someone going through something difficult and all we got was a rude staff without any compassion.

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was kind and helpful. If you arrive early there isn't much of a wait. The protesters are annoying but as long as you're prepared to tell them to get a life, you'll be fine. Very clean place, staff was polite. Over all I would highly recommend this place.
