Edited to add thar after I wrote this review I recieved a call from office manager who assigned me to another Dr. We went for daughters check ups everything went fine. They sent a link for us to update our review which I didn't do and then sent us discharge papers saying we have been kicked out of the practice all over a review. Not one time did I ever verbally in office express our dislike for this practice and how they have treated us.

We went to our appoints, were always very polite and left. It is completely against medical code of ethics to abandon patients for no reason other than a bad Google review. Called today to make an appointment and Caroline answered.you could yell right away she was in a bad mood but as the conversation continued she huffed and sighed about everything I said or asked.just completely rude.

I hung up and will call another time. This place has rubbed me wrong so many times from telling me it's okay to stop breastfeeding and give my baby cows milk because it's just as good to denying my daughter blood work when I had her tested out of pocket and she was low and I wanted to follow up to refusing to see my baby because she had a fever, literally told me to cal back in 3 days after her fever was gone to be seen.like what?

Why do i need you after her fever is gone. The last nurse Practitioner was pretty good, He is the only non Pharmaceutical pushing doctor that really takes his time to look over your child with a good personality and enthusiasm unfortunately he quitt. The breastfeeding consultant is also AMAZING so that is why I am giving some stars.

I have been at my end when it comes to this place. We started by seeing Dr. Ferrall and I am not impressed by him. My son had been seeing him since he was a newborn. Each time my son would get checked he was say everything looked fine. Then when I would ask questions that felt like common sense I just wanted to make sure he would then proceed to laugh at me.

He's very unprofessional. We then switch to another doctor there and day 1 of seeing him he said my son needs to have surgery for the thing that Dr. Ferrall said was all fine wasn't indeed fine. If it weren't for Dr. Lopez-linus we would not have not know that my son needed surgery. The next thing that has really made me mad about this place was a non guardian took my son here to get COVID tested without my permission and they continued with the test.

They did not check to see if the person was a guardian or not which states on their calling system "if a parent or guardian is not present please reschedule" they indeed did not do this. We are officially done with this place and they will not be given a 3rd chance.

My kids are patients at WWP since they born tgey used to be with Dr smith before he retired. my boys now are 13 and 11 yrs and refusing to have a female doctor to check them. The only issue we have now is that they don't have big options of a male doctors. They have only two male doctors and most of time busy and their schedule not convenient with my boys school schedule.hope they can add more providers

I emailed asking about becoming a new patient, with our first visit focusing on a second opinion regarding BREATHING CONCERNS. My 5 week old is holding his breath, gasping for air, wheezing, etc. I immediately got an email back that stated "we do not accept second opinion visits." No greeting, no apologies, no recommendations, no offer to help, no additional information, no "we can accept you as a new patient, " but most importantly, no care that a first time mom has a newborn struggling to breath that they are interested in helping.

No sympathy. Absolutely disgusting. Immediately proved why large, multi doctor practices are terrible, act like they don't have time for you or care (I did not reach out to a multi doctor practice when searching for a pediatrician in the first place for this reason and they immediately proved me right.) If you want compassion, clearly go to a small, single doctor practice.

My son being going there since he was 7, now 15, first time yesterday he had a male dr. I love it someone he can ask questions to about his body or girls

Dr. Hannon has been amazing. She has helped clear my son's acne. He looks great. She has gone over and beyond for us. Been going to Western Wake Pediatrics since my son was born and he just turned 17! They have been great the whole 17 years!

Ms Barbara has seen daughter since before she was walking. A warm atmosphere everytime we visit. Thank you for the care given to our family

We have been using Western Wake since the day my son was born and we have had GREAT care! I always recommend them. Thanks for having a wonderful practice and docs/nurses.

Literally the best staff of any doctors office I've ever been to. Everyone has been amazing in the 13 years I've went here. I've seen most of the doctors and they are all great. I can't say enough great things about every single person at this office. Dr Lopez has been my primary doctor for all of the time I have went here, and I don't even know where to start explaining not only how great of a doctor he is, but one of the most genuine people I have ever met.

He connects with his patients like no other doctor I have seen. He not only treats patients externally, but goes above and beyond to connect with each and every one of his patients, and makes you feel like you are in great, trustworthy hands. Everyone here is beyond amazing and I couldn't ask for a better healthcare experience anywhere.

The best pediatricians in our area. Both of my children have been going here since they were born; they are 14 and 11. Over the years I have not seen many doctors leave this practice or new staff. Western Wake Pediatricians are an amazing group of team members that care about your child's needs and have kind hearts for all families. Thank you for being so amazing for our community.
