Constantly getting cancelled on without notice of cancellation. My first pregnancy this was a problem not going to make the same mistake. They cancelled my first prenatal and made a televisit and was even late on that. Not going here no more not making that mistake again to much of a hastle, not worst practice but not a good one.

I'm really disappointed with how they take care of the paperwork from the doctor. Especially Rossy. She is rude and no good service at all! And they tell you it takes 7-14 business days? Excuse me! I need my paperwork done asap and not have to wait more than 3 days! It doesn't take that long for paperwork to get done!

I want to give a better review because the doctors are good, but the messaging system sucks! I have been trying to get a message to my doctor for 3 weeks now and NO ONE calls me back. Even their new Healow app system of messaging is ineffective. I am seriously considering finding a new gynecology office in Stockton.

Horrible service! They skip you and take other people in first. PLUS! "Rossy" the old lady that does the paperwork is so RUDE! She doesn't help people at all! I tried asking her some questions and all she knew what to say was "I DON'T KNOW". It always seems like she is in a bad mood too and it's not right! Specially when you have to pay her $20.00 so she can do your paperwork. She humiliates people and does not let you talk.
