I was told that I may have been diagnosed with an extremely rare disease. I asked what it was called. "You can call it anything you like" replied the Dr. "What do you want it to be called?" Seriously, , I have crawled in to the clinic with a severe back problem. Dr. Perkins treated the fascia injury surrounding the nerve bundles in my lumbar region and my back. I WALKED out - and if your have a similar problem, you can too.

Terrible. My child was seen here twice - they are not his primary care provider and it was clear that he was not intending to transfer his care. In both situations he needed a referral to different types of care. The first time they held his referral hostage, never did send it to the requested clinic, and he couldn't access the care they agreed to refer him for.
The second time they did all kinds of unnecessary primary care - at a big expense to us - upcoded his visit like crazy, promised a referral and again did not provide it. Really ironic that they're so Christian.

Horrifying. I would give -100 stars if I could. This clinic is a medical travesty. Referrals take MONTHS to be made even with an alarming number of calls made to the medical clinic. The hippocratic oath is a joke to them. I am infuriated. There is no excuse or reason for this level of negligence. And even more, other medical providers know their reputation! Shut your doors.

Hard to find Medical Care that accepts Medicare and Veterans Administration patients. Wonderful caring staff, truly concerned about your quality of life and helping you get the most out of life with the least amount of pain & suffering, in the shortest possible time. What else could you possibly want? Prayers? You can have that too! This Clinic is an integral part of Christian Healthcare of Alaska. I have recommended this Clinic to others, each and every individual who went have been grateful for the referral.

Waited for the doctor to review my chart to schedule an appointment for over a month. They would not schedule an appointment until the doctor reviewed my previous chart. When I finally had my chart reviewed I found out the doctor only works 2.5 days a week. Wasted a lot of time trying to schedule an appointment and ended up having to go somewhere else because my schedule would not allow me to go on Monday or Tuesday.
Would have been nice to make an appointment and then have them reschedule if they couldn't get my records reviewed in time or at least known she only sees patients part of the week.
