Metro Tulsa Foot & Ankle Specs

Dr. Justin Albright is the best podiatrist and surgeon. He has helped me several times with my foot and ankle issues. He takes his time and makes sure you are comfortable with what he tells you. I won't go to anyone else for my feet and ankle problems.

Dr. Holly is very nice and very patient. She is a great listener and knows what she is doing. My foot recovering has been coming along well. I recommend her if your in need for physical therapy.

There is absolutely nothing I loathe more than having to go see a medical professional for any reason. However, the Medical Staff and Office Team were incredibly professional, kind, caring, compassionate, and effectively efficient. To call and receive a next day appointment, as well as have my concerns addressed completely and accurately, the experience leaves me humbled. I would give a 6th star if I were able. 10/10 would recommend this facility

Such a great place for feet! I had a very thorough for exam by Dr. Smith. His assistant Sydney is the best. She's very caring and compassionate. Five stars to this group.

I love Dr Quang and his staff at Tulsa Metro Foot and Ankle. Everyone is super nice and very attentive. They get you right in and take care of your problem.

I want to recognize Tori(Sp?) whom, I believe, is in the Broken Arrow location. Our story started with a bad experience at the Owasso location whereas the front desk person was extraordinarily rude to my wife and daughter as they were about 15 minutes late to a last minute appointment. My wife contacted the office and asked if their was any appointments for that day as we wanted to resolve an issue with my 16 year old daughter.

She was told that she could be seen soon so she picked up my daughter from school, drove from Claremore to Owasso and, as a result, was 13 minutes late when they walked through the door. The front desk person was extremely rude, pointing them back at the door, speaking loudly in front of the other patients and making my wife feel horrible for being a few minutes late.

She called me in tears which should NEVER happen because a front desk person can't seem to be a decent and respectful human being. Had she explained to my wife that they couldn't get her in at the moment but may have something late in the day, it would have been a done deal, no drama, etc. It didn't have to go this way. I was simply in disbelief so I contacted the main office number and spoke initially with a woman named Lauren who was very nice even though I was upset.

She took my information and put me in touch with, in my opinion, maybe your absolute best employee who's name is Tori. Tori should teach a masterclass in customer service. She was calm, listened to me, allowed me to vent, and offered a resolution. It was the best customer service experience I have had in recent years. All it took is someone willing to be respectful, polite, and willing to help resolve the issue of which Tori did an amazing job.

I can't say enough about her. you have an awesome employee in Tori. She is representative of how a customer service person should treat people, absolutely the best. Thank you to Lauren for calmly handing me over to Tori while I was upset and a huge thank you to Tori for you calm & polite manner. Tori was able to take an ugly situation and turn it into a great experience. Again, big thank you to Tori, really appreciate your help! -Jason

After putting it off for months, I finally called and got an appt. within a week. The nurse was very nice and funny which eased my nervousness. She patiently helped me enter my info and medical history on a tablet and took X-rays. Dr. Allbright spent a lot of time explaining my options and answered all my questions with great clarity. I never felt rushed and left feeling I will be in good hands when I needed further treatment.

Dr. Jill Jackson Smith is very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend her. Also, the personal who work at the clinic are amazing! Thank you!

Called one day, and got lucky enough to be seen the next day! I drove 4 hours round trip to see him and it was definitely worth it. I've had 4 foot surgeries in Arkansas and seen various surgeons and specialists over the past 3 years, one visit with Dr Hatfield and I learned more about my condition and we came up with possible solutions. Which is more than I was getting.

I'm looking forward to working with Dr Hatfield and his staff in the months to come, and I feel confident I have found the right dr for me. He listened and explained everything, excellent bed side manner. His staff were great, friendly, and caring as well. It was a whole new level of care than what I'd been getting. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Albright is an awesome doctor. Very thorough and is passionate about the work that he does. My son is an athlete and the doctor knew exactly what the process should be so that my son can enjoy playing again, without pain. I highly recommend Dr. Albright. The facilities are nice.
