WellFast Urgent Care was founded in 2006 by Emergency Medicine physicians with a vision: to provide high quality health care to patients presenting with unexpected minor illnesses and injuries in a friendly environment, without long waiting times, and for a reasonable fee. Fifteen years later, we have grown to offer a variety of services encompassing urgent care, occupational medicine, and physicals to the Lawton/Ft.

Life is busy and the last thing you need on your plate is an illness or injury, and that's why we're excited to announce that we have excellent technology to help you get the care you need and spend less time in the waiting room.
Seeing your trusted WellFast doc just got easier! Regardless of where you are, you can consult with one of our physicians online over secure video chat. All you need is an internet connection and a computer, tablet, or mobile phone with a front- facing camera and microphone. Our staff will be happy to assist with your registration.

Every time I come in they are extremely polite and patient. The care provider who saw me (Martinez) was exceptional and always has been the sweetest and most patient woman I have ever met. The nurse the does the urine testing is always friendly and personable. Sometimes have to get past the "mean" facades to see that but I never have an issues.

I had appointments for my work DOT physical, My appointment at the WellFast was excellent for my first time visiting there. Dr. Cathy Carns, Nurse and Staff are very nice, professional, and friendly. I don't have to wait for long periods of time to be seen by Doctor Cathy Carns who has excellent; doctors to patient care experience. The facility, waiting area, patient room also restroom was neat and clean. Overall I had the greatest experience for my first time visiting at the WellFast Clinic.

Made an appointment for a physical, show up and apparently the girl who made the apt for me never actually did. One of the workers came in yelling about me and how they can't find me in the system and telling the workers they won't do it, and just screaming about me while other patients were in the waiting room and they all looked at me, like just because you close that little glass window doesn't mean I and the rest of the waiting room can't hear you.
Then that old lady came back and turned on the music and slammed the glass window again and talked about me some more and I know there were because they kept looking at me and calling my name. Then one of the workers from behind the desk told a old lady to go outside and she started to yell at her. The staff in the front desk area are just absolutely horrible. The actual doctors are nice, it's the receptionist who are horrible

Brought my ill 77 year old husband in WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Waited just short of 2 hours from time of arrival WITH AN APPOINTMENT! We'll go across town next time. The wait was ridiculous. At one point we were watching the estimated wait times on the lobby monitor and we were supposed to be next but that wasn't the case. When he asked why he didn't get called, the front desk said someone needed stitches. Really!?
No one was there holding an appendage and bleeding or anything. We were fixing to give up when they finally took him back to the exam room. Then wait number 2 began. All total we were there for well over 3 hours. Sheesh. Never going back

Despite the doctor and nurses being super sweet, I will NEVER return to this urgent care again and will encourage others to avoid it at all costs. I saved a spot in line for Monday, April 4, 2022, for my infant daughter after being unable to get her in to see her pediatrician. After receiving several confusing text messages changing my appointment time, I waited in clinic for 20 minutes.
At that time, I was told by the rude, condescending, and sarcastic receptionist to come back in the morning. I was told my appointment would be at 9:55am on April 5th. When I asked if I should arrive 15 minutes early again, I was told to show up at 9am. When I asked for clarification, I was then told to show up at 9:30am. When I tried clarifying my appointment time again, I was told it was 9:55.
Due to all of the confusion and the receptionist not giving me a time to show up, I arrived at 9am the following morning. My daughter and I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours, even though we were told we would be one of the first patients seen. As I sat in the waiting room, I witnessed at least 3 people speak with the receptionist about her having a bad attitude and giving people incorrect information.
The receptionist was not wearing a name tag and would not give the patients her name. She was accompanied in the front office by Melyssa and Jessica. She was wearing a black jacket and silver hoop earrings. For the entire two hours I also observed these three women just sitting in the front office talking to one another. My daughter and I did not finish with our appointment until 12pm.

I went to wellfast urgent care on 2/18/22 and 2/24/22 and both times i received excellent care. I was treated with respect and the staff was excellent, from the check in to the doctor, nurses, and staff they make you feel comfortable, they are friendly, respectful, and professional. Thank you for all that you do! Highly recommend WellFast Urgent Care.

Schedule an appointment well in advance of the appointment time. Received two emails one confirming my reservation and one confirming I completed my registration. Pulled into the parking lot 15 minutes prior to the appointment called to let them know I was there and was told I didn't respond to the text or email which at no point In the reservation process, emails or texts was I directed to respond. Noticed as I was leaving the front desk lady laughing as if needing a COVID test with active symptoms was funny. Don't waste your time.

My daughter saw the nurse practitioner today. They had a cancellation and we're able to get her in for possible pink eye because her primary care doctor is booked until January. The NP was wonderful and saw her right away. We had to wait quite a bit in the waiting room, but that's expected at a walk in clinic and did not bother me, i was just happy that they got her in.
My daughter was seen right away once we got to the back and we were discharged very fast. Everyone is very nice and very friendly. The NP and Jordan were very kind and patient with my 2 year old who is a wild child. Highly recommend WellFast if you're unable to get into your primary care doctor!
