Dr wright is an excellent dentist this is based on my experience he is a very patient with one and i have alot of confidence in him. I will give him a 10 stars and everyone in dental silver spring is amazing from assistants to front desk i will refer him to everyone

CCI is a great place to be. The front desk is Amazing; whenever I go there, they always welcome me with a warm smile that makes me forget my pain. Another great thing is that CCI gives a free ride using UBER. What's a great relief for its patients! I appreciate Joselyn, nice, sociable and helpful lady. She adorable and understand my concerns. She has been helping me since last Wednesday with the transportation. Thank you so much Joslyn. I appreciate you. I give CCI five stars for doing such a wonderful job by helping the patients. My experience with CCI Health&Wellness was A+ AWEOME! All Staff from front to back are very friendly and kind, shows that they really care for your needs & health! Also, before you leave there's some free stuff to take home like last visit I got some things below. Also, I heard that they do UBERHEALTH. Usually some clinics they don't offer transportation but no worries CCI will take care of you and you'll be a good hands!

I love it they're the best I100% recommended this place for my older folks who is under united healthcare insurance come to CCI. Jocelyn who is a patient ambassador at Silver Spring gave me info of Uber health. So if anyone has trouble getting here or to any locations in CCI. Tell Jocelyn to hook you up with your rides! She's the best as wonderful and very helpful without her I wouldn't be here at my appointments. So if any patients doesn't have transportation CCI health&Wellness has your back! It's very amazing happy thanksgiving. They are very caring out their patients

Dr. Wright dental is a blessing, very welcoming and has a lot of Patience, i give him full 5 star and wish to give him more. I wish him all the blessings to him and his team. I will wait for him, i would not like to lose him as a dentist. I could go on and on about how great he is. Thank you dr wright. He got a blessing heart.

A few of the medical professionals that I saw there especially one that I saw on a regular basis was downright rude and does not need to be serving patients like me. She exaggerated my bloodwork as if I am about to die and also my confidential information it treated it so callously. The staff at the front desk were nice from my experience and the person handling the payroll seemed nice.

My years of treatment were from 2010 (estimating) to 2014. There are a few doctors/medical professionals that I was treated by one time acted professionally. Also, they will send you for referrals to other doctors but exaggerated the symptoms as you about to die from my experience, which should not be. It is calculating and deceptive from my point of view. Thanks

CCI Silver Spring, my favorite healthcare providers. The entire staff, from front desk to doctors! & yes I am bragging! Everyone in there is delightful and amazing. Caring and supportive with all the questions I ask. I have always been able to get in contact with someone, it doesn't matter if I call after hours. I would get a call back first thing, the next morning.

If I miss it, I get a message. They work tirelessly and it's very much appreciated. Everyone is always smiling and working like crazy you can see them trying to get each patient in and out and making sure to respond to each individual patient in the waiting room. I witnessed hard work and dedication here. & I love even calling to schedule an appointment. This location has a staff you won't forget & I just wanted to stop by to share & celebrate my year of being a patient at CCI.

Excellent customer service from all at the front desk. Vianca is so helpful and always ready to assist. I love the fact that she knows and acknowledges patients by name, with a smile on her face. Very positive vibes CCI, from the Lab techs to the Dr's.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life calling this place. I called on behalf of a tenant and I was transferred three different times. Then a hispanic guy gets on the line chewing gum, calling me "baby", and not actively listening when I provided my tenant's date of birth and name. He placed me on hold then picked up as if a new call came in. It was so confusing. If the customer service I received over the phone is any indication of the way that they do business, I feel so bad for those patients.
