It's been two months since I had the breast reduction surgery and I couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation to the thoughtful follow ups. Every step has been reassuring and professional. Dr. Ellen Mahony is experienced, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. She diagnosed a problem and recommended a general surgeon (where the procedure would be covered by insurance) rather than perform the work herself. Her office is comfortable and relaxing, and her staff is helpful and so pleasant. I highly recommend her!

This was my first major surgery so I was really nervous! The staff was great! Erica, the office manager was kind and helpful. She always responded to my calls and emails after my first consultation and after surgery. Dr. Mahony listened to me and my concerns and made me feel at ease. With her extensive knowledge on breast augmentation, she helped me make the best decision.
I didn't feel rushed and she also invited me back for a second consultation. The day of the surgery went so smooth, I didn't feel nervous. It's been three months since my breast augmentation and I love my end result! At 46 years old, I never felt sexier!

After researching many doctors I came across Dr Ellen Mahony. Scheduled my consultation for a Bilateral breast augmentation. Underwent my preop and then my surgery. Everything was good until I started noticing my scars were bumpy and my right side started to sag. Constantly kept calling the office to ask questions. Never got any answers from the office. I was forced to go to another doctor in NYC to have corrective breast surgery.

Dr. Mahony is the most unbelievably talented plastic surgeon on the planet. Forget NYC and, Miami and Beverly Hills, Westport is truly home to the greatest surgeon on the planet. Dr. Mahony performed liposuction on me approximately two weeks ago and I truly can't believe the results. Not only did she make me feel 100% comfortable and confident leading into the surgery, but has checked up on me several times since (even on the weekends).
She gave me her cell if I needed anything and the one time I called she literally answered right away. I debated for over four years about getting this surgery and couldn't be happier that I finally pulled the trigger. Dr. Mahony is truly a wonderful surgeon and an amazing and caring individual.
