Warning Warning Dr. AUDRA SIEBER and her staff except for Dr. FORTE are incompetent. Placed an order for a pair of glass and was given a used display model instead of a new one being ordered. The color of the frames ordered were incorrect. Thought it Would-be an easy fix just to order the correct ones but was given an attitude because she actually had to do some work.
On the same day I placed a follow up appointment for this morning. When I showed up I was informed that I was scheduled wrong. I told the lady at the front counter to have the doctor call me about the scheduling error. The only follow up I received was in the form of an email from the Dr. AUDRA SIEBER telling me don't come back to their establishment because I was rude.
I was never rude to lady! I asked them to check the video to verify that I wasn't rude. They also discussed information about my wife's care which was a HIPAA VIOLATION because she did not sign a waiver allowing them to discuss her care with me. The Dr. also expressed to me that my wife is not welcome as well for her July appointment.

I was very happy with my visit to Leading Edge Eye care, I and my husband have always been treated with the upmost care.all my question are answered and our needs taken care of. The staff is always friendly with beautiful smiles and well informed to help with all eye care needs. We have used Leading Edge Eye Care for about 5yrs.

Great exams but do not get your glasses there. I received my glasses and could not see through them. I did not know I needed anti glair coating and I did not know that I would not be able to use the glasses without that coating. If I would had known what anti glair coating does I would had purchased it. I tried the glasses for a few weeks and I can't see though them.
I went back and they told me that I needed to pay another $300 to have the lenses replaced. That is the last pair of glasses I will buy from them. I will go back for the eye exams. They do a great job at that.

Friendly staff, minimal waiting time, very professional. It feels as though the frame styles never change, and their brands are limited, but that's OK if you're not trying to be the most fashionable eyewear wearer. Non-pushy sales of eyewear, too. I have a pair of frames I seldom wear, but needed my prescription updated. They were perfectly fine with ordering replacement lenses.
I saw a few reviews mention that they didn't get the correct lenses. I've never had an experience like that. I've purchased 3 different sets, for 2 different frames, and they made recommendations and talked me through the lens options, coatings, and care of them each and every time, to help me make the correct decisions.

My husband and I have both been going to Leading Edge Eye Care for quite a number of years. We have always had great eye care. We are always treated with sincere concern and are never rushed through an appointment. Dr. Sieber has been especially wonderful, very professional, and always kind. The rest of the office staff is always friendly and caring. We feel very well cared for in this office and highly recommend it to anyone needing eye care.

I was a patient here for 2 1/2 years & I thought they were really good until I needed emergency care because I had an infection in my eye. They fit me in right away but they seemed to be edgy because I needed to be seen. We got into a little quarrel when I told them the service desk woman was rude & she was talking badly making fun of other patients when I was in the waiting area. She then offered for me to no longer come if I wasn't happy, so I didn't. They asked me to pay my balance & never went back.
