Lasik In Harrisburg - Schein Ernst Eye

I'm so excited that I finally made the leap and had lasik. The Schein Ernst Mishra staff that were involved in my care were fantastic. Dr. Ernst and Amanda were pleasant and informative through the whole process. Someone held my had during the whole procedure which was so calming. I'm excited to say that my vision is 20/20 and I've retired all my glasses.

The only down side of the whole process was the office staff. They were consistently either abrupt or aloof. There was one young lady that was kind and helpful (wish I knew her name) but everyone else treated me as though I was a burden to them. They also were rude to my husband while he was waiting for me during surgery. That being said, I would change my mind about having the procedure at Schein Ernst Mishra. I just hope they change their attitude for future clients.

Very friendly staff! Excellent care by Dr. Paden. I was a former patient of his and have been to a different eye doctor and was less than pleased. Going back to him was a relief and I knew I could trust him.

Would highly recommend them! The entire staff was friendly and made me well informed about everything. My lasik experience was painless and Dr. Ernst was really nice.

On the day before my scheduled cataract surgery, I had some concerns about what appeared to be little lines that would appear in my field of vision of my right eye. This had been happening for about 3 days. I called the office and expressed my concern and explained my symptoms. The woman who took my call said she would speak to the surgery coordinator, who in turn would speak to Dr. Ernst.

I received a call back immediately and was asked to come in the office that afternoon as soon as possible. I went immediately. I was seen immediately. I was given an initial exam by a young man, who was extremely friendly and very expert at what he did. He dialated my right eye. Within 10 minutes, Dr. Ernst came in and examined my right eye. He explained that, with age. increases in the number of floaters is very common.

He told me all the blood vessels and everything else in my eye were fine. I felt so much better and could not have asked for anything more than the care I received from the office staff, and Dr. Ernst. Thank you so much!

Dr. Klombers is a fantastic surgeon and doctor. He has given my son such a better chance in life and thanks to him opportunities are available that never would have been. Highly Recommend this and all their offices. The entire staff and process has been perfect this past year. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my child or I.

Dr. Ernst and everyone I encountered at Schein, Ernst, Mishra Eye are incredibly professional, kind and knowledgeable. Amanda, my refractive coordinator, walked me through the entire process and was so supportive and answered all of my questions. I had thought about LASIK for some time and Amanda gave me the confidence and explanations I needed to go for it. I couldn't be happier with the outcome or my experience. Dr. Ernst is amazing and he and his team changed my life.

Dr Mishra and the entire staff, with whom I came in contact, were all very competent and effective. Eye surgery can be a daunting experience, but the result was worth it- I am not wearing glasses for the first time in years. The experience requires several appointments to complete both eyes, but there were no issues in my case. Dr Mishra and the nurses were very comforting and reassuring during the surgery. Followup appointments were on time and efficient. I would highly recommend Schein Ernst Mishra Eye for cataract surgery. Thank you.

When I say I love this eye doctor! I got my Lasik done here and could have picked a better place. After my lasik I had a little issue in my right eye, went in the next day I saw the Dr. And he got me fixed and healing properly. I had the chance to meet them both who are so amazing and personable. After being diagnose with cataracts, I knew Schein Eye care was the place to go for the BEST care! They had treated two of family members in the past. My day of testing was professional, having each test and procedure explained thoroughly, while answering all you questions/concerns. When I met Dr. Ernst, he was thorough with my exams, giving me direction with my eye care and what he felt was best for me.

The day of surgery, I was relaxed knowing I was in good hands. I was amazed how quickly it went, all the while making you feel comfortable. There staff is very professional, courteous and always with a smile! I recommend Schein Ernst Mishra Eye Care!

My experience with Schein Ernst Mishra Eye was great. I got laser eye surgery done in both eyes. I was surprised to find that I was able to see rather well very quickly after surgery. I had minimal irritation or pain and now my vision is excellent. The doctors and staff were very helpful throughout the process and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have LASIK done.
