Based on a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment for Dr. Sommers to have my grandma's hearing evaluated and get new hearing aids. My grandma is a tough cookie to handle and Dr. Sommers was kind, reassuring, and spoke to her like an actual human being. Unlike some other doctors we've dealt with who belittle her due to her age or difficulty hearing.

We've had awful experiences with other hearing care providers in the past and my grandma was hesitant to even try again. We're both so glad we did and that it was with Dr. Sommers. My grandma's hearing was much worse than we'd originally thought and it didn't help that she had some horribly programed hearing aids that weren't even strong enough. It is still an adjustment for sure, but now we can actually have a conversation! I'm able to speak to her in my normal voice! Although, according to grandma, my voice is too high-pitched for her taste. lol Thanks Dr. Sommers!

The office support is just not there. I'm doing the work that they are being paid to do. I do not receive calls back. When all has been completed, I desire to thank Dr. Shawn Rogers for helping me. She and the nurses have been great to work with. Hearing in my left ear is soo much better! I thank you more than words can say! Now on to hearing aids!

I was referred here by my primary doctor. When I called to make an appointment, they asked bunch of questions about it and I had to tell them to just read the referral. They put me on hold for a very long time and then came back only to say they did not accept my insurance, and then they hung up on me! How rude! I have United Health Care Community plan.

The woman who I talked to didn't seem all that knowledgable or competant. I can't help but suspect she made a mistake. But I don't plan to call back after reading the other negative reviews.

Communication is in definite need of improvement in this office. My husband had surgery a week ago and today we found out he had multiple seizures during his surgery, and that they had to consult different doctors at Swedish. I sat in the hospital waiting area for over 5 hours and I was never told this happened. But according to the clinics administrator my expectations for patient care are too high because I also work in healthcare.

This clinic should be avoided at all costs. It took me several weeks for my mother to get an appointment with Dr. Backous. Once at the appointment we waited for over an hour past our original appointment time before we were finally seen by Dr. Backous. Similar to what others are saying- Dr. Backous was condescending, rude, and spent less than 90 seconds with us before telling us we needed to book surgery and then walked out of the exam room before we had all of our questions answered.

I loved it here, the staff is so so nice and are really helpful with explaining everything and making sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kimbrough, he really explains everything and takes you through one step at a time. Really passionate and helpful and also, beautiful clinic :

Dr. Riddell was amazing. After seeing countless doctors who kept prescribing me medications for allergies, Dr. Riddell took one look and within seconds saw the major issues I had. Before and after my surgery he was very informative with my treatment and care procedures. For the first time in many, many years I can breath through both nostrils. It has been 8 months since my surgery and my sinuses have never felt better.

Tried to see this doctor twice, first time I felt like my issue wasn't addressed and further more it took over 4 weeks for them to schedule a surgery. of which I declined because I felt like the doctor didn't care or take time to address my concerns. Fast forward to now, and I decided to go back since I never did the surgery and wanted to get my problem fixed. Went in and it took a while for them to get me in the back, and then took a while for the doctor to see me.

When he rolled in he mostly dismissed my concerns and didn't put much care into my visit. And then like last time said I needed surgery (keep in mind is this a surgeon practice) but this time diagnosed it differently. I don't have any faith in this practice and honestly it felt more like they are just trying to make money off surgery and not fix your medical conditions.

I'm a little sad to see the bad ratings here. I was coming to give them a great recommendation! They were so friendly and fast! I literally had my prescription already called in and ready at my pharmacy only an hour and half after my appointment time. They did what seemed like all the necessary tests. Dr. Parker is a bit gruff, not the best bed side manner as far as smiles but he's very professional and knowledgeable about his job.

So far I'm feeling better, it's only been a few days but if I get any crazy bill besides a normal one I would expect to get or my insurance company to pay when it's a specialist, I'll update this. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT GO HERE. There is no same day surgery, this is a lie. The scheduling was a nightmare, they keep scheduling me for surgery appointments but tell me it's a checkup after I arrive. The doctor scheduled me for a new appointment without canceling the existing one. I called to cancel it since it was rescheduled and they understood. However, they never did canceled it, plus they tried to charge me for not showing up to a canceled appointment.

They forgot to have me sign my paperwork before the surgery and asked me to sign it afterwards. Worst of all, they are unreasonably overpriced without giving any estimates. My total bill was over 10 times my expectation from a previous experience. They completely dried up my insurance and charged me at the door. Lastly, I received another large bill in the mail over a month later. DO NOT GO HERE.
