Critical: Responsiveness Does this business ever have enough employees? Been on hold for 2 HOURS. Called yesterday told them to call back GUESS what they never called back. That is why I'm calling again today.

The agent was unprofessional, did not answer his phone for multiple days in a row. Got upset with us when he didn't have one document- but he hadn't told us that we needed it. Took 3 weeks before we got an answer about the claim and that was only after the vice president of Big O Tire got on the case for us.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They promised to compensate me. I received a claim number with a promise that my claim will be taken care! They do not answer their calls. And lie about reimbursement! Very unprofessional! I will never use Best Buy again. Sledgwick is their insurance company

I have had to use the short term disability a few times in last 5 years. It is one of the most difficult processes just to get your money. For example I had all my paper work in by first part of March after being out starting feb 1st and today I just received 2.5 months pay in an overnighted package.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The most frustrating insurance related experience of my life. No answers, no communication, no cares given. It's a shame that these people are wasting the time of so many folks in need of help and at the same time wasting their lives in a career that clearly is not fulfilling to them.

They helped me alot with Covid claims for work! Super easy and fast! I didn't even know how to use their website and it was easy enough to just follow along! Calling is a pain. I suggest not calling unless you have to.

Sedgwick Claims is a joke. Representing shaddy people. The company they represent knocked a mirror of art off my daughters wall. Broke a boxspring by slamming s headboard up against a brand new box spring that we purchased for her. She got a oops, my bad. They guy whom worked for the furniture delivery service was fired. Now they want the following below information 3 months later.

The first woman I spoke with, was very quick speaking and not articulate. She became rude after I had to ask her to repeat herself. She was even more rude if I didn't ask her to clarify and didn't answer appropriately. I also have never received an email that I can find to let me know the status of my claim. I can only assume I am ok, because I am still on the schedule at work.

When I last checked the status of my claim at work, my missed days were pending. I attempted to call, however the wait time is always and hour or more. Normally during that hour I get disconnected. I am aware with the pandemic the work load is horrendous, however with my job on the line, I will say perhaps you should hire more staff during this time. I am certain people are seeking employment.
