For over thirty years, Dr. Anthony Terrasse has crafted a premier practice along Chicago's North Shore focused on personal service. Recognized locally and nationally for his leadership, experience, and expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery and skin care, Dr. Terrasse values being a physician first, balancing the health and wellness of his patients with their aesthetic desires.
The office is normally open between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday, and between 9am and noon on Saturdays. Frequently Dr. Terrasse arranges earlier morning or later evening hours to help accommodate patients with special needs or requirements. In order to keep the schedule as flexible as possible for patients and their families, each day he allows time for surgery as well as for evaluating new and existing patients.
Digital photographs are taken to assist with pretreatment and preoperative planning. Special computer programs are frequently used to make adjustments to the images. These morphing techniques are used to help visualize the problem as well as the proposed alterations to help insure that your concerns are being addressed and the goals are realistic.
From time to time, out of town patients and/or their families need assistance in making arrangements for travel, accommodations for over-night stays, or for temporary patient care providers. Our patient coordinators are happy to assist with resources, recommendations and references for those who would like such help.

I've been to Terrasse's a few times now for different treatments and my experience is always amazing! The staff is so nice and they really take good care of everyone. I've seen Dr. Terrasse for a Botox lip flip and have gone back for more because they're so good. I also recently came in to see Kara for a BBL skin treatment to get rid of my redness and sun spots. My skin looks fabulous!

I had a breast reduction in March and Dr. Terasse honestly did such a wonderful job. Minimal complications and I am happy with the results. He is so adamant about check ups & even gives his number in case of any late night questions/concerns after surgery. He's the kind of doctor that will genuinely work with you to get the results you want and will make sure you're taken care of. 10/10

Can I give more than 5 stars? I found Dr. Terrasse and his staff to be caring, thoughtful, and competent. I was coming in from a previous dermatologist diagnosis/treatment option experience that had left me scared and nervous. Dr. Terrasse spent time with me explaining my options and he was very tolerant with all the questions I asked. He was very thorough.
I left his office with a scheduled appointment for an excision and frozen section procedure to be done by him and felt like a bag of rocks had been lifted off my shoulders. He performed the surgery on my nose and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you everyone at Terrasse Aesthetic Surgery for your kindness, compassion, empathy, and wonderful work. It's been two years since my son's corrective ear surgery and we are very grateful to have found Dr Terrasse. He did a great job and is very caring and wonderful with children. My son had a very complicated case so we really needed someone like Dr. Terrasse. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has children. Great bedside matters!

My experience with Dr. Terrasse was flawless. From my first consult through the last follow up after my eyelid surgery everything was perfect. Dr. Terrasse is a true perfectionist. He is also a great person. My eyes look better than they ever have and I just can't thank him enough. The procedure was not expensive and made such a difference. I wish I did it sooner.

Dr. Terrasse is the most kind, thoughtful, compassionate physician ever. He has the best bedside manner. I had a breast reduction 8 months ago. He explained everything so well to me and was there every step of the way. I saw 3 other plastic surgeons in the area and he was by far the one who spent the most time with me and made feel he really cared. I feel and look better than I ever thought possible. He really changed my life. My pain is gone! If you need this surgery he is the only one to consider!

I had consults with 4 plastic surgeons before deciding on having my breast augmentation with Dr. Terrasse. Is was the best decision ever! He has a great bedside manner, he listens and took his time explaining the surgery and recovery to me. I knew I could trust him completely. He and his staff were there for me every step of the way. I was so nervous and he was so reassuring and calming.
