Doctors and and staff have excellent bedside manners and explained procedures and next step in resolving whatever issues your experiencing.

I feel the level of care and attention from the receptionists to the doctors could be much better for how much they're charging (and I have insurance). Not returning here. It's so hard to find doctors that listen these days.

Dr Kramer is awesome. It's rare that a family has two broken bones in two consecutive days but if they do take him to Dr Kramer she'll take care of them

They scheduled my MRI and a few hours before the scheduled time they called me to say they made a mistake and changed it to the following day. Then they called me later in the day and again they said there was a problem and I needd to reschedule. Thus is incompetence.

I wish to put -1. But I cannot. Customer be aware. In my case, they promised to re-fund my bill as soon as insurance will pay the claim, but they took money and somehow forget to send claim or to check that claim was delivered to my insurance. Basically my insurance had no clue about that visit and any claim more than 1 month, until I didn't start to dig into that mess.

And that service even don't care about till I called them dozen times. And finally when I asked them to re-send (after 1 month) they said that they don't know when they will be able to do that and that nobody can give me the answer. So still waiting.

I was referred here by my Dr. after suffering pain from a vehicle accident, the facility was very clean during this time of Covid they kept everything sanitized and cleaning the areas they work with their patients on, the staff are very friendly, Dr Prerna Bodalia was the one helping me with my issues, she was very kind, friendly and explained everything to me very clearly, she is definitely a professional and expertise in her field.

I'm still working with them to this day and I am positive I am heading in the right direction to recovery, I would Definitely recommend this location 100 percent. Thank you IBJI

Worst experience ever! My mother and myself both had appointments. They end up rescheduling my mom after we were there waiting for 40 mins then after the dr sees me and I'm about to have an X-ray taken she comes in very rushed and says oh I'm sorry we don't take your insurance you can't have the tests and I can't treat you but have a nice day. Then I call today to have my mothers copay refunded back to her since she wasn't seen and they put my hold forever only to be hung up on. Horrible!

Dr Sutphen is wonderful. Not only is he an amazing and very skilled surgeon. He is kind and compassionate which is a rare commodity these days. He and his staff always take the time to make sure I have all my questions answered and I fully understand my medical condition and treatment plan. I recently had a total knee replacement and the entire experience has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gordon's team at the IBJI provided me with all the information I needed to determine if the procedure was right for me, prepared me for what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. IBJI also provided an animated video of the procedure demonstrating how it is performed, how long it should take, and following the video Dr. Gordon provided a summary of what to expect through the entire process.

When I first met Dr. Gordon, it was evident that he was in the office for my benefit and gave me all the time I needed to have my questions answered and concerns addressed. I am writing this two weeks after the procedure so I still have some physical therapy to work through but I suspect the physical therapy will be mostly how much effort I want to put into it to achieve the best possible results. It is possible that my other hip will require a replacement and I will definitely contact Dr. Gordon.

Even though I was in pain my experience at IBJI in Lake Bluff, IL. And Jennifer Clifford my Therapist was the highlight of my day. It was easy to see that she knew her job extremely well and was proud of it. She listened to my concerns and asked lots of questions about my condition. This young lady was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. After assessing my condition she suggested Trigger Point Dry Needling.

At first I was hesitant but she fully explained the procedure to me and I was glad she did it! It has really helped a lot. Thank you Jennifer for what you do and do it so well! I was also impressed with the facility itself easy to get to and very clean.
