I was experiencing lower back pain for a couple of months so i decided to see a back specialist. made an appointment in the month of april 2019, waited for two weeks to be seen. during my appointment which was schedule at 6:30 am, the young lady at the desk ask for a payment of $247.00, i asked why was the payment so expensive. the insurance was not in network. no one from the office never called me, i only received text messages on my cell phone, about confirming my appointment. the young lady at the front desk ask can i pay a partial payment. "i replied yes", the front desk clerk called the facilitator of the office, she said i had to make a full payment or reschedule after i have the amount of money to be seen "really". after no one mentioned to me, my insurance is out of net work, and quoted me a price, then it was my choice if i decided to come to my appointment. this place doesn't care about patient well being and admitting it was the billing i guess fault, in communicating with patients, i could have gone to see a doctor that was net work. so now i have to wait to see a doctor, while still in pain, check this out, i asked to speak to the doctor who had walked in. he said "he was with a patient" not true, i was the only patient checked in on the sign in pad. to me i was not treated fairly as a customer and a patient. be careful, i wouldn't won't to go to this spine clinic. it's proven to be about money. the doctor was not seeing a patient unless it was an visible patient. maybe it was a blessing, things happen for the best. thank you god for being my provider and protector. c. miles
