Would not recommend at all. I had a newborn appointment with Dr. Bartz. He couldn't be bothered to come see my child. A medical assistant weighed him and brought formula in saying he needed to be supplemented. The doctor never came to the room even though my child was born early, has an issue that needs to be tracked by a doctor, and it was a high risk pregnancy.

They scheduled a second appointment after the weekend and it was the same thing, just a medical assistant getting his weight with no doctor looking at him. The front desk is also very rude.

I have been taking my kids here for 4 years now I love this place always get you in and out in no time Mrs. Cheryl is always so sweet

Great Dr's office. Wait times are not long at all. Staff at the front is helpful and courteous. We have been going to this office for at least 13 years, maybe more. We've never had a bad experience. Our doctor is Dr Bartz. I would recommend Beaumont Pediatrics to anyone that needs a pediatrician.

This place is awful. They don't even allow sick kids inside the building. You have to pull up to the drop off for drive thru service. No matter what the weather is. You're holding down your sick feverish kid while sitting in the drivers seat of your car. while the doctor gives them a 10 second check in 50F weather. Plus you're on hold 20 mins before they answer the phone. I will be switching doctors.

Simply put the front office staff are extremely rude. It take FOREVER for them to answer the phone and wait times are extremely long. We waited for 2 hours for a scheduled newborn weight check.

Love the fact that they have a sick side and a non sick side! Especially if you have kids with a weak immune system. I've been in situations where, going to the doctors office is a risk of having my kids get different illnesses. Not here! You get one side of the waiting room if your kids need shots only (wellness visit) or if you're there for a sick visit you go into the other waiting room.

Tell me that's not awesome for us mothers! Also, I love my babies new doctor. Dr. Cheryl Smith is very patient and knows what to do when my children are sick. I've been going there for around 8 months and I have no complaints. Friday's they close at 12 so be aware that scheduling is limited or go in as a walk in.

The front office is terrible on the phone or in person but the doctors are amazing! So I do put with the front just knowing the exceptional service my babies receive once we get to the back. However, if they can fix whatever is wrong with the ladies up front then I'll come back and give them 5 stars. Front office service should be so much better than it is now besides they are were the service starts and ends.

The doctors are all 5 stars! Wish I could put 5 stars on here but that front office staff needs some work, better customer service for one, better phone skills, maybe a smile even.

Front office staff is incredibly rude. I've called two separate times to reschedule my babies appointment with atleast 24 hours notice and both times I've been told very rudely that Dr. Bartz (who is extremely sweet and thorough) was completely booked for the next 3 weeks after and it would be the next month. Never offering me a date in the future just short and rude. Dr. Bartz is accepting new patients, but according to his office staff doesn't have time for his current patients. We are switching offices to save the trouble of having to deal with the scheduler.

The front office staff here is RUDE in every way! I don't know any other way to explain my experience with this office staff. Let me put it this way. I'm tired of dealing w/the rude personnel and this morning was my last raw experience w/the front office personnel/operators so I'm pulling my kids out and finding a new Pediatrician. We will miss our doctors but the front office/personnel just isn't worth it anymore. There are too many Pediatricians with amazing staffs that will make my job as a parent much more pleasant when dealing with sick & well appointments or any other needs.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, prompt service, and easy to get an appointment for our children. It's nice to have a practice in town where we know our children will be taken care of when they need it.
