The practice of medicine in today's world is both a wonder and a challenge. Never in history have physicians had so many tools to utilize in the quest to heal. In recent years technology has brought forth medicines, techniques, and equipment that are revolutionary. However, it still comes down to the doctor and the patient.

Worst place ever. They can care less about the patient and more about the money they are making off of people. Great lack of communication in regards to appointments and insurance coverages. They will make you drive however far you're coming from for them to tell you that you cannot be seen that day for whatever reasons that could have been communicated prior to the appointment.

When you call to have your prescription refill, good luck with that. The girls at the office can care less and are always telling lies that the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy when there's no record of calls or documents being issued to them. This is the worst place to come for any of your needs, and I will advise you to stay far away from these assholes.

I truly am disgustingly disappointed with the nursing staff they placed me in a ice cold room than offered me the hall way and also advised me that I can possibly lose my appointment if I'm not present when the doctor comes to the computer screen.

2/11/2022 - an update as I had given this 1 star because of a particular employee and with this edit, I am now giving this practice 5 stars as it was when I first became a patient in 2016. I have to say that the addition of Tiffany Johnson has been a blessing. She listens and is not judgmental and is very caring and attentive. I have had 3 encounters, 2 on the phone and 1 in person yesterday and once again, my whole outlook from past to now is a positive one.

The NPs & PAs from the past are no longer there and they were the ones that were actually bringing down this practice. Once again, THANK YOU to the both Dr Johnsons! ________________________________________________________________________ I don't like to mention names but I've had a few verbal incidents with the nurse named Kerri. She is unprofessional & demeaning at times.

I have emailed the office manager to see if I can get this resolved. Dr Johnson came highly recommended but all it takes is that 1 employee to mess it all up! 12/29: Office Manager contacted me & for now, this issue with this nurse has been resolved. We have a right to complain but on the same token, acknowledge the good. Kudos to the medical assistants & receptionists.

I have tried to make an appointment with the doctor several times and I have extreme medical condition which I need ace support dog for and they are egregiously late and I have not yet to be able to meet with the doctor or "see him on a computer" because constantly late and it's a factory there. They were 10 people in the waiting room and I was told I would be the first patient after his lunch which would be 2 PM.

I arrived five minutes early and they did show me into a room quickly with my support dog however, after 20 minutes no word from the doctor so I left again and will not be returning. There were 10 people in the waiting room which is absolutely ridiculous. I have friends that have had horrific experiences as well with weight times of over two hours. It's a Churn & burn office office. I wish I had seen the ratings before I went there. I have still not received my test results

I have them for my primary doctor. I absolutely love them. When you go for any appointment and have to get blood drawn and go for X-rays you don't have to go far. They have everything right in the office, which makes your life easier. I have got allergy shots for them 2 and I love it.

I'll start by stating I am a nurse at a major Boston hospital and pride myself on providing the best possible care to all of my patients. With that being said, this office is the worst office I've ever been to in my life. They are all about the money and don't care about patient care. The front desk refused to let me speak to any of the providers.

I was refused my own records. During a pandemic I was refused my physical results unless I physically came into the office and was told there was no online portal, but when I came in the NP told me that was wrong information because I can access my labs on the Quest website. In addition, by law the office must offer to mail results if a patient can not be present to obtain them.

Every single time I've called this office I've had issues. Their only benefit is that the NP I have been seen by is wonderful. After jumping through hoops to obtain my records I will be sure to find a new provider and never come back to this place.

This office was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I went to my first appointment, and it was awful. I was told to leave after my bloodwork, and then got a phone call where they told me I was in the wrong for leaving and that was an issue (although I expressed that the person who was performing them labs told me to). I called after 2 weeks of not hearing anything back, and was then refused my medical lab results (I asked to have them sent out or through a portal), and they said I needed to make another appointment to have my records.

They had me waiting on the phone for quite some time on hold after speaking to multiple receptionists who then had no idea why I was calling. They explained I should call my insurance, and make an appointment but I won't ever be returning. Fair warning to anyone trying to go to this place.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting 2 afternoons here. Today I went for my second appointment and to meet Dr. Johnson. I had final testing done and then sat in a hallway for 30 minutes. I was informed there wasn't a room available for me. I was put in a room and told to sit at a computer screen with a camera and the doctor would meet with me this way.

I sat in the room for an hour with zero updates from any staff member. I finally got up and left. Paula called me and asked if I was there and if I had checked out. I explained that I hadn't because I was just waiting an hour and a half to see the doctor. She asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I was in the process of saying I wasn't coming back in to the office if I can meet with the doctor virtually.

However Paula wouldn't know that because she HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and was just put into Paula's voicemail. I have been in customer service for 15 years and can't imagine hanging up on a client. Completely unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Dr. Johnson is an extremely knowledgeable physician in his field and beyond. He takes the time to explain tests, results and diagnoses with the patient. He was able to diagnose me after 3 visits and looking over my medical history and bloodwork after all other doctors have failed me. I've never noticed an abnormally long wait time. I have noticed that he accepts all insurance including Medicaid and he does sometimes have a full waiting room.

I think this is because he is really working to help people! So, if there is a long wait, its definitely worth the excellent internal medicine he provides that I have never before experienced. He truly looks at the whole picture and looks for a cause to treat as opposed to just treating the symptoms. I also found ALL the staff to be extremely friendly and polite, especially the woman with the curly hair.

I have been a patient for a number of years and have watched this practice turn into a giant waiting room. I average 2 hours to be seen when I have a scheduled appointment. The nurses and lady that schedules appointments are nice but the office manager, doctors, physicians ass and nurse practitioners could be more pleasant. I am on blood pressure medicine and recently ran out.

I called my pharmacy to get refilled but they needed to contact the office for a new prescription and we're denied. I called the doctor's office only to be told I have to come in for an appointment to get a refill. Yes, I have great insurance and yes, they know it. So I ask them why they didn't call me upon denying the pharmacy request and they told it's the pharmacy responsibility.

To which I reminded them that they are my primary care physician and it's incumbent upon them to communicate something so vital to my health. I am changing doctors. I no longer can be a patient at this factory.
