Every encounter I have had with the Doctors and staff at SNHIMA has been great-- I have no complaints at all! I am VERY pleased with Dr. Hong-- every time I see him, I leave thinking what a great Dr he is. He is attentive, listens, and gives clear answers to questions. I feel like I have a great partner in managing my health!

My experience with Dr. Jonnalagadda has been great visits literally from start to finish the hole staff make me feel very comfortable and everyone has smiles on there faces rain or shine and the attention to care is 2nd to none. Dr Jonnalagadda, is by far the best Dr. I've ever had due to his way of always trying to understand my ups and downs as far as my leg & back. It's the care and the decent way they treat me as a patient is why I give this office 5 's

Very pleased with my initial, comprehensive appointment with Dr. Kazakis. Answered all my questions of the day. Derry is a tad far from Nashua, but I could not find a suitable PCP locally. I am a senior with many medical "issues" and needed a physician who would treat me with respect. We are off to a good start.

I am a patient of Dr. Paul MacDonald, followed him to SNHIMA from his previous practice. He is an exceptional provider, he is very thorough, and a complete advocate for his patients. He also has a great personality and bedside manner. I have never had a PCP that will call you at any hour of the day or weekend with results. My whole family goes to him including my husband and young adult children! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a thorough and dedicated PCP!

I am leaving Anne Thompson and SNH Internal Medicine after 12 years. I called for a referral to ortho, they made me come in even though I don't even need a referral. When I got there Anne looked at her watch while I spent a few moments explaining my sports injury. After grabbing some promotional cream they are pushing I tried to FINISH talking about my other sports injury for which I needed help and she walked into the hallway and said she didn't have time.
She has another patient down the hall with Covid. Not quite sure what a Covid patient is doing at a primary care office or what business Anne has telling me what her other patient has going on? But I do know I should be allowed to talk to my dr about more than one issue. Very rude and very unkind way to treat a patient. Is there like a one issue rule or something? Is that how your primary care dr should treat you? "Thanks for coming in, your got three minutes and your allowed one topic so make it count" Nope. I deserve more courtesy and compassion from a primary care physician. And so do you.

I always have a positive experience with Dr. Fox. Each visit she reviews my history prior to my Appointment, addresses all issues with me, as well as answers any questions. I never feel rushed. She is extremely personable, and is exactly what a primary care physician should be. Her staff is also very proactive and provide follow up in a timely manner. Highly recommend Dr. Laura Fox.

Today I had my Annuall Medicare Health Screening with Colleen Taylor, APRN. This was an exceptional visit and one of the best I have had at this facility. She was friendly, genuinely interested in listening to my answers, was patient and explained things clearly and concisely. She offered helpful suggestions I had not considered and provided useful handouts.
I never felt rushed, or that she was in a hurry. As a result I felt relaxed and cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit and left very satisfied, pleased and happy feeling it had been time well spent. She is a great example of what a health care provider should be. Thank you. You are a valuable asset to your profession.

Appointment times are convenient. Providers are easily accessible by portal. Wait time is minimal in waiting room as well as in exam room. Medical assistant staff is amazing and do their job to the fullest. Providers give you full attention without feeling rushed. I highly recommend Southern NH Internal Medicine.

Anne Thomassen is so wonderful. She is kind and compassionate and always takes the time to answer any question and address concerns. I feel so comfortable with her. Since seeing her, my blood pressure is no longer high when I have an appointment. I struggle with my weight and I never feel shamed for it. Anne is a gem.

I am quite upset with the office and their lack of follow up. I have been a patient of Dr. Lafleur for years. Unfortunately I never get to see him except for a physical. I have been waiting for test results for days. I was told I would have the results that evening. I've called several times only to be told they are sending my message high priority.
I even asked them to post the results to the portal. I had to call the on-call doctor last night. He was extremely rude and indifferent. A little kindness and compassion goes a long way. And. I still do not have my results! I managed a primary care office for 10 years and would never have allowed any of this to go on. This is not the first problem I've had with them.
Otherwise I wouldn't be writing a negative review. They made some serious mistakes in handling my husband's care. This is very troubling. I've been told by the providers and manager that they have had so many complaints and they are working on "fixing the problem." The problem starts at the top.
