Son's appointment was at 8:45 am. He arrived well before then. Here it is 12:35 pm and he's still there. His first 1.5 he was spent sitting and waiting for someone when come to find out they forgot about him. So obviously he had to give a second urine sample because they let his get too cold, and that took a little time. Then had to wait for the person(guy) to come back from lunch.
He did finally get his physical. They really should get their priorities straight! How do you check someone in get a urine sample then forget about them for almost 2 hrs. Absolutely pitiful! We'll definitely be doing business else where in the future.
