Wait time was very good considering it is a busy office. Transitions were easy: from check-in to needed x-ray, to seeing doctor, to scheduling further tests, to check out. Staff was attentive and professional. It is great to be able to return to the office for further testing and not have to schedule with two different/outside facility.

My family member is seen quarterly for injections to her knees. The staff is friendly and always helpful should we have a scheduling issue. The check-in Process is quick and easy. We are so thankful that Mid State comes to our town twice each month, so that we are not required to drive out of town to receive their specialized services. Dr Crenshaw is a great Dr with a wonderful, caring bedside manner. We really appreciate the extra mile that they go to meet our orthopedic needs.

Appointments arranged and managed effectively and efficiently. I appreciate the reminders I receive. Doctors are relatively on time with appointments which I greatly appreciate. I also greatly appreciate the time doctors take and their explanations for what they see, along with potential treatment plans.

The only negative with my visit was the wait time. I arrived at 3:15, my appointment was at 3:30, I got out at 5:30. Dr. Randall is my doctor and he always gives me excellent care, with my best interest always in mind. Brooke, Dr. Randalls nurse was very professional and considerate. All of the employees in this office have always been courteous.
