Tower Clock Eye Center is an independent ophthalmology practice providing medical and surgical eye care for patients in Northeast Wisconsin for more than 35 years. The practice was started in 1980 by Karl Schwiesow, M.D. With the addition of Tyson Schwiesow, M.D. in 2002, Kurt Schwiesow, M.D. in 2005, Matt Thompson, M.D. in 2010, and Kunal Patel, M.D. in 2021, Tower Clock Eye Center is proud to continue the tradition of excellence that has helped us become one of the most respected medical practices in the area.

Tower Clock Eye Center provides comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. Our doctors are fully trained and experienced to diagnose, treat and prevent conditions from myopia and hyperopia to glaucoma, cataracts and everything in between. We strive to provide our patients with safe, minimally invasive treatments to effectively relieve symptoms and preserve vision and overall eye health.
Tower Clock Eye Center provides patients with exceptional care provided by our dedicated team of physicians. Our five locations in Northeast Wisconsin, serving Green Bay and vicinity, including offices in Shawano, Manitowoc and Oconto, allow patients to find a convenient Tower Clock Eye Center near them.
Dr. Tyson Schwiesow specializes in diseases and surgery of the eye including cataract surgery, laser surgery for glaucoma, and premium lens implantation for correction of presbyopia and astigmatism. He has a special interest in comprehensive eye care and in the treatment of cataracts, including laser cataract surgery.
Dr. Kurt Schwiesow is a fellowship trained glaucoma specialist and has focused his practice on the medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma. He also specializes in cataract surgery including refractive lens implantation and laser cataract surgery. Dr. Schwiesow was the first glaucoma specialist in Wisconsin to offer patients the Trabectome procedure, a minimally invasive surgery for glaucoma.
