Kathy is amazing licensed nurse with Botox and fillers. I had to find where she was working after she left a former Med Spa. I would follow her anywhere as she is extremely knowledgable, takes her time, and up to date with the latest innovations/what to do or avoid. When it comes to my face, only trust someone with experience, education and technical skill. Bonness also offers a wide range of services and skin enhancements. I am so happy going here!

Today was my first time ever here. The facility is so beautiful and welcoming. The women at the front desk were so nice. I was referred by my mother in law to come here. She was right i loved it. I got lip fillers with Meagan today and she was so nice and informative. She made me feel very comfortable. I couldn't believe how quick she was with the treatment and honestly it didn't hurt much at all.

She was very gentle. I've had several treatments done else where before so i know how painful it can be. I love my results and plan on coming back real soon for future treatments! Thanks again Bonness team!

Megan is a very knowledgeable tech. I didn't want my lips to appear "bee stung" as I'm over 50 and she did exactly as I'd asked. I couldn't be happier with the results and almost zero pain or downtime.

I had such an amazing experience at Bonness! Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and very informative! They helped my mom and I figure out the best services for us and our beauty goals without pushing anything or going overboard. They listened to us and didn't try to push anything on us. Very unhappy with results from filler. I was very clear on what I was looking for, and it is apparent I was not listened to. My results are uneven, and I wish I hadn't done anything at all. Complete waste of money. My before pictures look better. I also experienced a lot of numbness and pain for weeks after my injections which is very unusual (I have been getting filler for several years) I was concerned I could have some kind of nerve or blood vessel damage and they did nothing to calm my worries.

I called several times voicing my concern, and all that I was told was to just wait for 3-4 weeks to see how things settle. So I did that, and I was still uneven and unnatural looking. I was basically told that only I can see the unevenness. which is crazy, it is very obvious. The injector didn't want to take any blame. The resolution I was offered was to either dissolve the filler I paid for, or to pay for more filler!

This is outrageous to me. If you do a bad job, you should correct it. The previous place I went to for filler always listened and provided the results I was looking for so I know this isn't just me or in my head. This is just a bad practice. The customer service is also terrible. I was canceled on for my follow up pretty last minute and had to wait another entire week to be accommodated.

After telling them I was very upset with my uneven results, and that I was worried I might have nerve damage, you would think they would try harder to fit me in. Lastly, I was running about 5 minutes late due to an accident on the freeway and so I called to give them a heads up. They said that is no problem and then 2 minutes later- 7 minutes late to the appointment as I am literally waking in the door- they leave me a message saying I am 10 minutes late and they are canceling the appointment!

But it was 7 minutes past the appointment time, not 10. I understand being late is unprofessional and I am usually early, but give me a break here. They said to disregard the voicemail when I walked in as they were still leaving it at that time. But when I listened to it after the disappointing follow up, I was even more upset. Just an awful experience all around. Definitely never going back.

I have trusted Bonness for all of my cosmetic needs since my breast augmentation in 2016. The drive from Green Bay for me is a no brainer as I don't trust anyone else. For botox and filler, Megan has been an absolute magician. Each appointment feels like I am catching up with an old friend, as she has an amazing, calming aura about her. She always makes my Botox/filler look so natural, but also effective, with her expertise. I genuinely look forward to every single appointment with her and can't say enough great things about her!

Dr Bonness is good at what she does, but beware if you're having a breast reduction: she'll make you the size she prefers, not what you repeatedly request. At $10k, it's a huge risk to still have shoulder pain and breasts large enough to still deform your graphic Ts.

From Carrie scheduling our appointments on the phone, to Linda and Katie greeting and helping us checking in and Megan as our service provider, we could not have been happier with our experience. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend Bonness!

I love the Bonness clinic. I specifically see Megan and she is fabulous! The whole staff is very welcoming and friendly. My treatment is always perfect. It makes me look refreshed and feel so much more confident. Go see them! You won't be sorry.

I had breast augmentation, face lift and a brow lift performed by Dr Bonness. I was well informed by her regarding the procedures, recoup time and outcome. I am thrilled with the results. Everything looks natural and has taken years off of my looks. Her office staff are wonderful. Appointments are made quickly and easily. I continue to use her recommended skin care products. The whole experience deserves more than the 5 star limit.

Brienne is amazing! I'm 5 treatments in to my 6-treatment package and I've gotten multiple compliments on my skin. Discoloration is much lighter and skin overall looks brighter.

FABULOUS! Just moved here from out of town and was referred to Bonness by a new local friend. I had a Hydrafacial which was recommended to me over the phone after I gave my concerns to the very friendly, professional receptionist. Brianne gave me my facial and we went over my concerns regarding my skin. She was sooooo helpful & honest. We have a plan and I will be back to start another treatment with her. Very disappointed with my experience here. Was "educated" on filler migration and how going about it at a slower rate would be a better option for me. When I brought this up the day of my appointment, the assistant and her looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. That line of crap came from them, though. She incorrectly filled my lips and gave me filler mustache.

I had less of one before I came here than when she touched my lips. They also blamed my facial anatomy and left me feeling ugly for the price of 450. Did not feel like my wants or needs were at all addressed and I would get my money back if I could. Beware.

I had my fist hydro facial here and it was an amazing experience. The receptionists were so welcoming and sweet and made me feel comfortable because it was my first time there. They took before photos and my aesthetician was super sweet and knowledgeable. She helped me understand what products are good and not for my skin as well as suggesting products but didn't push anything. My skin feels absolutely amazing and looks so good, I'll be going back for sure!

This business has gone down hill fast - I have been a long standing client - more than 10 years and never would have thought of going elsewhere now I don't feel confident in anyone who works at the practice. I visited theIr "new location" at the corners - no one could tell me anything about the products I had questions regarding. Every time I asked a question they said they would have to read the box to tell me.

All they could tell me about their new services was the have "face and body stuff" and I should try the treatment that uses the "pokey things" for my fine lines. The girl started telling me about a new treatment called CoolTone but then when I asked the difference between that and CoolSculpting - which I've already had - she said she didn't know!

What used to be a high class professional spa has become a place where the staff doesn't even know what they are talking about. I don't see any of the staff I was used to which makes me question why. Unfortunately I will be seeking services and products elsewhere where I can be confident in what I will receive. My suggestion would be to fig ure out how to get your old staff back or replace them with people who are educated in what you offer

I absolutely love Dr Bonness. The whole staff was very informative and helpful as I went through the implant process. If you want to look great you will want to visit Bonness!

I have been seeing Dr. Bonness for over 15 years. I moved to Florida for a few years but always made appointments to see her when I was in town. I have had facials, chemical peels, juvaderm etc. Her and her staff are amazing! They always listen to you and are very friendly and compassionate. I have recommended family and friends, all of them have become repeat patients. If you're looking to have surgery or less invasive procedures, this is the place to go. I won't go anywhere else!

I have been going to Bonness Cosmetic Surgery for 4 years for my botox, fillers and facials. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I recommend them to anyone who asks. They keep you looking natural but refreshed.

HORRIBLE! I would highly suggest not prepaying for any services here! You don't meet with Dr Bonness unless you are having an invasive treatment. She leaves all other consultations up to unqualified staff without experience. Their only goal is to keep "up selling" you after their initial course of action doesn't work. I ended up asking for 1/2 the money back I prepaid due to a lack of results, professionalism, and horrendous customer service (and because the side effects were significantly more intense than previously communicated and I didn't want to finish the course of treatments) only to be told they refuse. There are so many more qualified practitioners in the Waukesha/Brookfield area!

The barrage of unanswered emails and inability to initially contact the office should have been a foretelling sign, but I opted to give Bonness the benefit of the doubt and forge forward with an appointment for laser treatment. I arrived, was greeted and took a seat in the waiting room. The total wait time was 11 minutes, which is more than I have experienced at other medi-spas.

Time is valuable to me, and this is not necessarily conveyed through practice of the employees. Nevertheless, I was finally called and brought into a back room. In approximately 3 minutes I was told I couldn't be treated because of my "skin type." I have never experienced such an abrupt response at any other treatment facility and was thrown for a loop.

The associate left the room to consult with someone, came back in and said they might be able to do it, but would need my consent to speak to another medi-spa. Enter the second baffling look on my face. More discussion, and then the associate left again, only to come back with a folder and pamphlets. She said she would love to treat my 'condition, ' but at that point she was not able to offer a solution.a bit nonsensical, yes, but again I forged forward with a positive attitude.

It was at that point that she started spouting off board certified credentials, which was of no benefit or interest to me. It was a strange experience indeed. I have since moved on to booking an appointment elsewhere, which was done with ease. And, I will share this experience with others at work and in my circle of friends, as I would not recommend Bonness.

This is my favorite spa. The staff are kind and professional. I saw Allison for a treatment. She was wonderful. She answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. The treatment was pain free. And I love my results! The atmosphere was calming and peaceful. It was also great to see Lindsey too! A well run spa in a beautiful building! I will definitely go back again!

Dr Boness is awesome and unlike some other Dr's believes less is more. However, over the past year the staff has been hard selling products. To the point of feeling guilty for not purchasing from them. It's rather uncomfortable and very disappointing. It won't make me stop seeimg Dr Boness, but id really prefer not to be cornered and pressured to buy from there when i can get better pricing elsewhere. Please stop the hard sell!

The staff is always professional and inviting. The environment is beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Bonness is the greatest. She is kind, patient and thorough. I would not have given a 5 star rating to any doctor I saw before seeing Dr. Bonness. I moved across the country 3 years ago and still come back home when I need or want any services she provides which speaks volumes to just how excellent her work is!

Dr. Bonness and her staff are the best there is! I have never had a cosmetic surgery and thought I would feel intimidated by the process and atmosphere. However, from the moment I walked in for my breast augmentation consultation I felt comfortable and at ease. The staff is friendly and caring, they explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions.

When I met with Dr. Bonness she was also caring, easy going, and spent a good amount of time explaining and helping me feel well informed about my options. I did not do any 'comparison shopping' but did have a direct referral from a girlfriend and that was enough for me (especially after meeting Dr. Bonness). I've had work done here and it was all a very amazing experience, since it was my first time with cosmetic surgery. I had only a few pre-surgery visits before I had the surgery done and bam, the end. She was very considerate, as I was younger (18-20), and made each transition go smoothly. I have minimal scars from the procedure and am very happy with the results. If you want something done quickly and correctly, I recommend her fully.
