She is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is certified in the subspecialty of surgery of the hand. Since that time, she has continuously met and exceeded the highest standards of her profession, while helping to change lives through treatment at Lake Country Plastic and Hand Surgery.

I had an tummy tuck with Dr McCall about 10 years ago to get rid of my stretch marks. It was upsetting how much I didn't know about the recovery but that is fine. I can roll with things. But during my follow ups I told the doctor I was concerned about the "dog ears" she left on my sides. I never had these before and I always liked wearing a dress and bikinis before but now they look ridiculous with this flap of skin hanging out on both sides.
It was super upsetting. She told me to continue to lose weight so I continue to do that hoping that she would take care of the skin. I talked to lots of professionals and other plastic surgeons and they all say it's where she ended the incisions. She was supposed to go back farther. So since she left the incisions directly in my center side there's a flap of skin that hangs out.
No weight loss or anything I do will ever change this. She needs to move the incision back. They all say that they would be happy to fix it but she should fix it for free. But she will not reply to any of my phone calls or emails and I cannot schedule an appointment for her to look at me without paying $50. She has not seen me for at least 10 years and I've been trying to get her to take care of this since then. All the other professionals and plastic surgeons I have seen about it or dumbfounded that she won't take care of it and they all think she should.

Dr. McCall is amazing! She did a fantastic job on my bilateral reduction. I am so pleased with the results. Her nurse, Kristen, is also fantastic. I can't say enough good things! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a plastic surgeon in this area.

Rude staff! I called about before and after photos for a cosmetic surgery since I wanted to compare with another office I am considering. I was told I can only see the photos in person and have to pay $100. Therefore I asked if that $100 can be applied toward another treatment (like skin therapy or another procedure) if I don't choose this office for my surgery.
The staff then start berating me about how she didn't think I wanted to pay so she's going to hang up and she doesnt understand what my prerogative is. I was left speechless.

My initial consult in November went extremely well and I was happy with the course of action Dr McCall laid out. I was told it may take awhile to get the insurance to approve it, but to be patient. I spoke with Kristen several times and she informed me what additional documentation was needed. After the documentation was provided in April I have not heard a damn thing!
Nobody has returned my phone calls, no updates, no nothing. I contacted my insurance and they indicated no additional documentation had been sent over! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely will NOT pursue this. I am now starting from scratch. Thanks for wasting 7 months.
