If you have a medical issue or concern after hours and you're an established Unity Healthcare patient, call your physician for further direction. All others, visit Unity Immediate Care Center or seek emergency medical assistance as needed at a local hospital.

On my first visit with Dr. A. Ansari, D.P.M., my left foot was in excruciating pain, so much, that felt that I felt it should be cut off, and my right foot should be broken and reset. However, once she and her Nurse, Julie went through my numerous test, her solution to this all were, cut toe tails, a shot in each foot and a boot on my left foot for three months. Also, wear the boot whenever my foot builds up pressure in order to relieve it.
Once the boot came off, I've been making three month visits to Dr. Ansari for shots in both feet. These shots are simply amazing in my feet since the summer of last year, and the pain in my feet from my first visit to date, would run from a 10 to a 5, which is simply remarkable. I mean simply remarkable, and that's no ghost story!. Dr. A. Ansari, and Nurse, her Julie are the that ones that shall truly heal the pain in your feet, regardless of how much, titanic and/or excruciating it may be. Dr. A. Ansari, D.P.M. shall forever be my Podiatrist until I leave this state this or next year, and why?
Because that's just how good she is with her sterling service, warm bedside manner, blue chip respect and responsibilities, high professionalism with protocol and that of being that of cockpit qualified. I say to all readers, should you need an expert Podiatrist, and you want your feet from excruciating pain slowly healing back to their selves. Than be certain that you make an appointment with Dr. Asiya Ansari, D.P.M., whereas your foot problems shall cease forthwith.
I thank you Dr. Ansari for each and every Sicilian second of relief of excruciating pain inwhich you gave me. You, Dr. Ansari, are a Podiatrist, of any and all, Podiatrist. I thank you titanically Dr. Ansari, for your professionalism and with protocol, I'm deeply appreciative.

After I found out my doctor's suggestion I have surgery to keep from possible permanent paralysis I took two months going through my insurance provider directory found this doctor here in Lafayette then my rheumatologist spoke with this office and faxed my information over. This office then called me and schedule an appointment confirming the information they were given from my doctor.
After an hour drive that causes pain and 45 minutes filling out paperwork I was then informed they had to cancel my appointment because they were under the impression somebody told them that I had a different Insurance and this neck injuries was a work-related problem. Next I'll probably get a bill in the mail for a canceled appointment not 24 to 48 hours in advance.
Quality Care in its finest now another hour drive back to my town in the amount of pain tingling and unfortunately numbness down the left side of my body that I did not have to endure by making this drive do we turn to weigh when your office has misleading or worse in correct information through medical provider directory booklets. All the way around didn't even see a doctor and have had the worst experience I've had from a doctor's office in far too long.

"Jan" in the billing department is quite insensitive! Talking to people like she is superior and uncaring! Sadly, she isn't the only person I've encountered there with this problem. They like to send bills and threaten before insurance has even had a chance to pay them! I would like to give that department zero stars!

I don't know who hires their employees but very few of them actually know what they are talking about or care about the patients. They would rather hire friends and family then people who have actual experience and god forbid you bother them by checking on your application, they throw you off everything you apply for after you call, they send you e-mails that do not list the position you are no longer being considered for, there is a total lack of empathy, care or business acumen.
No one there knows anything about insurance or even what the office takes. I tried to make an appointment and the girl on the phone admitted she didn't know what I was talking about as far as my insurance being taken in the office, really.

I love Unity Healthcare in Lafayette, IN. Human Resources here went very smoothly. The people were all kind and helpful. The paperwork was well organized, highlighted, and ready to go. The staff were prepared for our appointment in advance. The two ladies were fantastic! They weren't scary like some HR people can be. I felt comfortable. I can't wait to work at Innervision (their diagnostic imaging/radiology department). Cheers!
