I Only had nerve conduction testing done with them, I was referred by my neurosurgeon. Check in was Easy. Receptionist was nice & friendly. Mix-up with my insurance. They wanted me to pay a 20% estimate ($240-$360 which to me a is large amount, when I don't owe it). I explained I had met all my copays & deductibles & had not had to pay anything to any doctors in a while, so I shouldn't owe anything.
I asked her to recheck my insurance on their site. She was somewhat defensive, saying my insurance company (Aetna) website must be wrong, as it said I had paid my copays, deductibles, etc, but we'd not met the family copay's, deductibles, etc. so I needed to pay the 20% towards that. We aren't required to. No policy I've ever heard of (I working in HR/Benefits for 20 years) reads that way. It's 2 individual family members = the family total or a combination of all family members, but once an individual meets their own, you don't have to keep paying towards the family total.
I felt like she maybe knew that (no other doc has ever tried this) and they we're just trying to get extra $$'s from me for some reason. Hopefully it was a mistake. The doctor was good. Nice, friendly, explained everything during the testing, while he was doing it. His nurse was a little stand offish, she would ask questions about my history, but talk over me, before I could answer her, but nothing that was overly offensive. She continually yawned, so I assume she was just tired. There was no wait, which was nice. Overall I would go back, if needed.

The staff at Non-Surgical Orthopedics is really top notch. I've been a patient of theirs for roughly 8 years. My previous pain management doctors were unimaginative and simply wanted to prescribe me pills which didn't always work. At Non-Surgical, they explore different treatments and understand that one treatment may work for a while but then needs to be changed up occasionally due to the body developing a tolerance. They take the time to get to know me and genuinely seem to care. Five stars all the way.

I am always happy to see everyone at Non Surgical Orthopaedics! Everyone, from the office staff to the Doctors, takes time to ask how I'm doing, and to follow up with me as I leave. The whole staff help me, and treat me as a human being. The Physicians take the time to check how I have improved/not improved since my last visit, and give me obtainable goals to help me to feel better, with baby steps to ease my way.

I have visited the Marietta office since 2021. I appreciate the friendly staff. They provide excellent customer service. The physician and other medical staff always take care of my medical needs. They are attentive to my needs and engage me in decisions impacting my health. I had a PRP procedure today and while it will take at least three weeks to see some positive results, the procedure was not as painful as I thought it would be. Thanks Dr. Ding. Hopefully, I will be able to report some positive feedback soon!

I've had mixed emotions about leaving this review. I've been a patient at Non-Surgical Orthopedics for about two years, my mom even longer than that. The staff is friendly, however their communication isn't the best. Over the holidays, the doctor's office that did my MRI had a system outage. I couldn't get a DISC printed or report sent over to Ortho.
While that's not Ortho's fault, their lack in communication with me and the MRI office caused me to reschedule over 5 appointments between both locations that week. I was doing a ton of unnecessary leg work, and was always promised a call back that I never got. However, my biggest complaint about Non-Surgical Orthopedics has to do with the care itself.
The last thing you want as a patient is to feel like another number or that you're being put in a box. Every appointment, I left feeling discarded. They weren't really listening to me, and I felt very rushed. This isn't a one-size fits all solution. I just wanted someone to listen. I always leave feeling defeated because I'm not receiving personalized care.
If you don't fit into a standard process mold (Ex: initial appt > MRI > physical therapy, etc), it's almost like they don't want to deal with it. I feel passed off. I was also promised they would let me know when they got the DISC. I never heard anything back. So essentially, I paid almost $150 for an MRI that I can't use or take elsewhere because Non-Surgical Orthopedics hasn't followed up (as promised) to get my DISC or written report from the MRI office. I don't think they're a bad practice. But I'm tired of spinning my wheels here.

As a 33 year old healthy woman, I was completely caught off guard with debilitating pain from a herniated disc at the L5-S1. It was the top two worst pain I've dealt with in my life. I was desperate and my dad recommended Non-Surgical Orthopedics and I cannot thank them enough. They got me on the correct nerve medication and never pushed strong narcotics which I appreciate.
I wanted to be able to do day to day activities without being bogged down. After the first injection, I was about 50% better and in a decent place with pain. By the second one I was 95% better. They listened to the changing symptoms as the initial pain wore off and changed my plan of care accordingly. I have no doubt I'll be able to stay away from surgery at this point and I'm grateful I get to continue being a nurse and able to tolerate long days on my feet. Huge improvement and I can't wait to see what more they can do for me!

Disappointing overall. Everyone is nice, but they really did not provide any helpful medical insight. They just did a very basic exam then sent me to PT. As an update. I've been there three times, yet no one has yet to really conduct an actual physical exam. However, they did recommend a $2,500 procedure to see if it might (emphasize "might") help. And that price is about double of what anyone else charges for it.

Update 9/10/2021 - Dr. Grasso is amazing. I received my RFL on the right and left. Today is the first day, I've had "manageable pain". The RFL is working and I've only had to take Aleve. Some stiffness but I highly recommend requesting the RFL if you have severe lower back pain. Dr. Grasso is amazing. The Lumbar injections were quick with minimal pain. I actually hopped off the procedure table and left almost immediately afterwards. Wonderful, patient and caring doctor with exceptional bedside manner.

Terrible I will not got back to this place. Dr. Grasso is by far the worst Dr I have ever been to. He doesn't help you get out of pain he puts you in more pain than you already had. He tells you he will be right back and he never comes back. His staff finally comes to tell you that you are ready to check out now. What kind of Dr does that and then expects you to pay for his services?
I will find a Dr that cares for their patients better than that. I am trying to let people know how Dr. Grasso treats his patients so they don't get taken for their money instead of getting the help they need with their pain. If you ask me they need to close the doors of this place so no one gets put in more pain than they already have. Spinal leakage is a real thing and every time I let them do epidurals. I have Spinal leakage and that means more pain. Those shots are suppose to help with the pain not make more pain. Stear clear of them.

This is my second positive review for non surgical Orthapedic. I been to many drs, arthritis, fibromyalgia, Etc. came here I didn't want surgery, I wanted diagnosed. I do have a neck bone spur. I am on pain & muscle relaxers. I received 2 lidocaine shots, they worked really well, taking less medications ( leftovers for the month, before I was running out of medications before 30 days) since lidocaine was successful, I had a RFL/RFA radio frequency alabate. ( I canceled my 1st appointment scared, I bit the bullet. Monday I received RFL. Took 10 minutes out patient ( bring a driver) that day, ur numb, next day use ice. Wednesday I couldn't believe I slept. I was comfortable, magic. it's only been a week, but feel brand new. don't be afraid to open up to the doc, dr Jillian and dr Grasso, will LISTEN! Amen

So thankful for this office. Everyone was very attentive from the moment I called to make an appointment to when I scheduled my next appointment at the check out desk. They take the time to screen their patients for illnesses before they enter the building which made me feel at ease. I even seen the employees as they entered having their temps taken.
I was able to get in so fast to be seen and in with the doctor so quick which is not the norm lately for me with other doctors. Doctor Jillian and her staff are caring and gentle and take the time to really listen to you. They helped me get scheduled for imaging wow and explained every step wow. I think during these times it is important to stop and give kudos when they are due. What an amazing experience. Thank you

I haven't NEVER been so pissed out dealing with so called "Professionals" in my life. I was referred to them by my primary dr and that was the worst thing that could've did. The disrespectful ass (Administration Manager Jennifer) which her title is a JOKE is RUDE AF maybe even racist from our conversation we had. They office was to suppose to CALL ME to set up my MRI appointment but they even did, than rude ass Jennifer tells me "I should've been responsible enough to call them if they didn't call me".
How dare that me your response, How about you be professional and set up the appointment like the patient was told you would do. Than she lied during the whole conversation saying the office was never closed (which I received emails stating otherwise). I had to pay $125 for them to fill my form out which they never filled out than Jennifer got angry because I wouldn't let her talk to me any way she felt like so she hung up on me.
Keep in mind this is suppose to be someone's manager. She's a joke and so is the whole practice I will NOT be returning to them or recommending anyone either. The only person that was helpful was Angie (I think she's a nurse) but other than that this business sucks and I'll be contacting everyone who matters about my experience

I have been having horrible shoulder pain for a while so I finally decided to make an appointment. I show up with my 6 year old son with me because my husband is at work and we both have our masks on and willing to get screened only to be told that he would have to stay in the waiting room while I go back. Seriously?! He's SIX and doesn't know any of these people. Had I stayed and he came back with me he would have literally been sitting in a corner playing with my phone WITH a mask on. What harm would that REALLY have done?

Dr. Anthony Grasso is by far an exceptional Pain Management Dr. Dr. Grasso cares for me and my wife Bunny. He takes the time to listen to out complaints. He gives feedback that is easily understood. He truly cares for all of his patients. His bedside manner is incredible. If there were more than 5 stars to give, my wife and I would surely give it to him. If you are look for an excellent Pain Management Doctor, then Dr. Grasso would surely be your choice.

Dr. Grasso is not very professional. He does not discuss his conclusions of your pain management with you. He makes his conclusions, then has his staff come in to relate those decisions. Like it or not, his word is law no matter how much pain you are in. I was crying in pain, and he fell way short (gave me NOTHING) of helping to manage it. I ended up being x-rayed and treated the next day by my orthopedic.
They found severe damage that required immediate cortisone, MRI'S and other procedures and possible surgeries. Dr. Grasso ignored my injury and level of pain and sent his staff in to relay HIS personal findings. He wanted me to come back in a week. Sorry doc I need something now! He is in it for the money and likes to make you feel like you are crap and his word is law. Maybe you are wrong doctor, you ARE NOT IN MY SHOES!

Read the other 1 star reviews as they are dead on. These doctors (saw both Weil and Grasso) are inconsiderate, money greedy, and arrogant. As others have said, they only want to make you come back as often as they can so they can get your co-pay and bill your insurance. During 1 of the 4 appointments I had in a 3 week span I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment as I had noticed their sign alerting patients that they would be charged a $35 fee if they are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment.
I then proceeded to wait an hour before I was led back to a room where I waited an additional 30 minutes. When the doctor finally came in there was no apology, not even a "sorry it's been a crazy day", just a "how are you feeling" and then "let's do an MRI". Literally, 45 seconds in and out. $50 and 2 hours of my day. Don't even consider these guys if you value your time and money.

Research was and still is a blast, all the staff was and is great. The Dr's are fantastic they do there best and know what to do right away in any situation gosh I just love there care. This experience has been outstanding. I've been to so many other company's before and they treated me like I was cattle. But these Dr's and nurses here treated me like I really matter as a patient and a person with feelings.they are so reassuring maybe with there help I can help others and in exchange get my life back at least to average order. Thank You Dr and staff.

Went here as referral from my chiropractor. The Dr. felt he knew what the issue was but stated that he would like an MRI done to confirm. I told him that I had a very high deductible insurance and that it would be an out-of-pocket expense to me. I asked the cost of the procedure and was told $450 - $500. They controlled everything from start to finish.
They set me up an appointment through Wellstar. When I received the Wellstar bill it was over $5,000 my final cost out of pocket was $3300. I would have never got this just to "confirm" for that amount. Called numerous times and its not their problem. I may have been more diligent in verifying costs, but I thought they do this everyday and they would know so I had a comfort level with what I was told. I was wrong to trust them.

My son and I have received care from Dr. Grasso and Ms. Thrasher for several months since our car accident. They have treated us with kindness, compassion and knowledge to work to find lasting situations to our injuries. They explain all that is going on in the body and what the solutions are. They listen and make you feel like you are the most important patient of the day.
Their nursing and office staff are amazing. From the time you walk in te office until you walk out the door again i feel cared for. From getting your blood pressure checked, wieght measured (ugh) scheduling a procedure to making an appointment and paying your bill. You are not a $ sign you are a person. Today i was running late due to some unforseen circumstances, when I called and explained my circumstances they were not annoyed or put off they switched me to Ms. Thrasher and told me to keep them updated and that they woud see me soon.
Everyone has had circumstances that prevented them from getting the dr on time. And youve had to reschedule. So thankful for the accommodation that they made for me today. You guys are the best!
