Horrible and rude staff. I arrived at 2:25 for a 2:30 appt. Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Huang, but its been a few years since we've been in. AFTER MAKING ME WAIT BEFORE BEING CHECKED IN, and because I didn't download and fill out the new patient forms, I was turned away. They said because we haven't been seen in a few years, I'd have to fill out all new paperwork, which takes 30 minutes. They literally told me they couldn't see me due to the paperwork. I drove a long way to get there. Unbelievable.

Dr Huang has really gone above and beyond expectations to provide a great quality of care. I was unhappy with my first visit to the office, and Dr Huang listened, took my concerns seriously, and adapted. He explains each process in the procedure and makes sure I'm comfortable along every step of the way. Im glad Dr Huang was receptive to my feedback, I feel positive at each appointment!

Dr. Huang and his team exceeded my expectations. I was running a little behind and they were still very accommodating. Dr. Huang knew immediately how to help me and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. The front desk team was able to get me in within a day of calling to book an appointment and all of the surrounding derms couldn't get me in until March! Highly recommend Accent.

We had a great experience at Accent. Highly recommend Dr. Huang and his nurse, they took their time with our 2 year old and addressed all of our concerns. He has great bedside manner and the appointments did not feel rushed at all. We battled a rash for 5 weeks and our kiddo is finally getting better!

Waited 30 mins, very frustrated. I specifically requested that j get a proper appt and waiting time due to a funeral. The scheduler understood the constraints. Total disregard when I walked in. Rude staff and said 'that's just the way it is' when I asked why the long wait/issue. Longtime client but this is not proper being disrespectful and not honoring people's time and treating it as valuable.
I was specifically concerned with a spot their dr. missed on last annual appointment. They acted like they weren't concerned which is alarming for a healthcare professional. I asked a manager to call me still waiting.

I was happy with my visit to this office. Dr. Hueng was very professional and really addressed all my concerns. He covered all basis with my body rash and even told me to wait before spending the money for a biopsy. His diagnosis was accurate and the treatment has been working very well! Also they are very affordable for self pay patients!

I called ahead to discuss what I needed and asked about the price as I would be paying out of pocket. I was told $120-$150 for a first time visit. The appointment was fine I got what I needed which was a simple letter from the doctor but I had to wait behind in the office for 45 minutes to get it. When I went to pay the total was over $250. When I asked why I was told it was because it was an "extended visit." I explained that I didnt receive any special treaments or procedures just spoke to the doctor.
She verified with the doctor that the charge was correct and told me thats what I had to pay for a simple consultation. I explained I called ahead and asked what the visit cost would be but it was no use. Clearly a little bait and switch situation going on here and sickening considering its to someone paying out of pocket. Paid double what I was told was needed and was in the office well over an hour total.

On December 15th, 2017 at approx. 3:15pm I called to make an appointment. My primary doctor had already sent a referral to Accent. The receptionist asked what I needed to be seen for and I told her I have something rapidly growing on my face and my primary doc had already sent a referral. She asked what insurance I have. I told her I do not have insurance and that I would be paying in cash.
I wanted to make sure I understood the policies and procedures at this office. I asked her if I would first come in for a consultation and then be given an estimate for the cost of any related procedure to take place in the future. She told me they do not give out cost estimates for procedures until the day of the procedure. I thought I misunderstood her.
I asked, "So you will not give out a cost estimate for a procedure until after the procedure?" She corrected me and said the estimate would be provided only on the day of any procedure but before the procedure. I told her I didn't want to make an appointment if I wouldn't know the estimated cost of procedures until the actual day of said procedures.
She said ok. I said thank you and hung up. What the heck? To give this business the benefit of the doubt I queried the business on Google the same day. It is now 12/29/17 and no one has confirmed nor denied the unusual policy. I did go to another dermatologist and was given the estimated cost of the follow up necessary procedure. With that knowledge I scheduled the procedure. I advised my primary doctor of the the above policy to prevent this from happening to another patient. Helpful?
