Dr. Ellen has been in practice since 2001 and has committed herself to patient education, safety and service. Dr. Janetzke studied as an undergrad at the University of Michigan and graduated with her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1994. Prior to obtaining her plastic surgery training in Philadelphia, Dr. Ellen achieved a fellowship at Detroit Medical Center in Hand Surgery and completed her General Surgery requirements at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.These opportunities led to well-established relationships within her discipline - making her invaluable to patients and the community.

Callie is truly amazing at what she does. Coming from someone that works in the beauty industry as a makeup artist. I see good, bad, & awful injections/fillers on people daily. I am 28 years old and recently lost 159 pounds. I never understood how injections worked and if it was even possible to fix the concerns I was having (my face looked "deflated") but I knew if I was going to try and correct these issues I needed to be VERY picky with who I was choosing.
I felt as if I couldn't go to just any injector but one that was educated on more than just making things look "pretty". someone that could actually help me fix the concerns I was having while still keeping me looking natural & like myself. Callie exceeded every expectation I had. She was confident with what she was doing, professional, educated, and even willing to help and educate me every step of the way. I would recommend Callie over and over again. if you are looking for an injector, she is your girl!

Had surgery with this Dr in 2019 to replace my implants. Simple procedure, it turned out to be my worse nightmare. She did not follow up with me properly and I ended up with grade 4 capsular contracture! Despite the fact from week one I complained about the pain and swelling. I have a bleeding disorder and that should have been a red flag. She dismissed me from her office when I wrote a bad review after numerous attempts to ask to remedy my situation!
I had to have my implants removed by another surgeon, waited 1.5 years for them to heal I became disfigured in the right breast and had to go numerous Drs to find one that does reconstructive surgery. This ended up costing me 18,000! She never took pics of my breast after her surgery? Wonder Why.! This Doctor should be banned from doing surgery and she does not care about her patients. Only $$$$$$ Read this again Dr Ellen

Keep looking around. I am a mess and do not feel attractive to my husband. One breast is a C cup the other is between a B and C. And points to my arm pit. I do not have a belly button any longer. I was left with a flap of skin. This is all after her revision. keep looking for another dr. I thought I had a good one and a woman who should know what it means.well let my mistake teach you keep looking.

When I made my appointment on the phone, the staff was very friendly and quoted me on a procedure which is part of the reason I decided to try out this facility. The reviews looked promising, but I have learned my lesson with "great reviews "now! It's not what it seems. As soon as I got there I was informed the girl who quoted my price on the phone that she was new and quoted me wrong. The price of the procedure was over double what I was quoted. Also, I was told that another procedure I was interested in was not "done" there.really weird vibes.

Recently my friend asked me if I would recommend Dr. Ellen and her staff for a breast reduction (I had mine in 2018). I recalled that I had not sent a review or a note to the office thanking them for EVERYTHING! From the minute you walk into the office, it runs like a machine. You are greeted, given information, pictures taken, process reviewed, meet the PA and the Doctor.
They take care of insurance issues.it was a place like no other. My surgery was perfect - I have perfect breasts, very little scaring and not much pain overall. I am glad I chose to go to the surgical center- they were fantastic! I am so sorry I did not write this sooner and my only regret is that I did not go to Dr. Ellen sooner in my life! Thank you so so much.

I went to Dr. Ellen after a bad experience with another surgeon. After explaining my concerns and showing her Before/After photos, she was compassionate, kind and professional and told me what could be done to correct the problems. After in office procedures/surgery, she delivered amazing results! I would 100% recommend Dr. Ellen! Everyone in her office was professional, friendly, and caring. From my consultation through my recovery, Dr. Ellen and her staff made my experience wonderful, and I will definitely go back and continue to refer people.

I chose Dr. Ellen for a bilateral breast reduction surgery. From my first time visiting the office I have been absolutely amazed with the entire staff. Kim, Dr. Ellen's PA, is nothing short of amazing. She is so kind, took all the time needed to answer my questions and made sure I was feeling comfortable about the procedure I was needing. Sharon, who handles the insurance, was wonderful.
She made sure I was informed the entire way. I was very nervous leading up to the procedure. No one at Dr. Ellen's ever made me feel as though I was bothering them with questions or wasting their time. I had my surgery two weeks ago. I chose Beaumont Royal Oak (which was an amazing choice - they are fantastic as well). The entire staff at Dr. Ellen's continue to exceed any expectations I had.
I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Ellen for any plastic or reconstructive surgery needs. You will not be disappointed. Definitely do your own research but don't be surprised if you end up right back at Dr. Ellen's office. This type of surgery can be very scary (especially for someone such as myself having never had any plastic or reconstructive surgery prior). The staff will make sure you are well taken care of.

I don't think I've ever been so impressed by a Physician and their Staff in my life! Dr. Ellen is WONDERFUL and so is everyone else in the office! I had her fix some scars from a previous surgery and she did a fantastic job. Every visit to their beautifully decorated office has been great and I never waited more than just a few minutes to be taken back. Dr. Ellen is a great listener and a most capable Surgeon!
