Dr. Timothy Page is a nationally recognized ophthalmologist specializing in complex and refractive cataract surgery. He has delivered hundreds of lectures on the topic of eye surgery including an annual invitation to the Harvard University Intensive Cataract Surgery Course, and the University of Michigan Lens and Cataract Review Course.
Dr. Frances Meram Ceritano grew up in Oakland County and attended Marian High School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She graduated from University of Michigan, Dearborn with a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 1993 and The Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University with a doctoral degree in 1997.
A native Michigander, Dr. Bushaw grew up in St. Clair Shores before attending Grand Valley State University, where he completed a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science. Prior to joining Oakland Ophthalmic Surgery, Dr. Bushaw completed a residency in Ocular Disease and Surgical Co-management at the Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA and Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute in Walla Walla and Kennewick, Washington.
Like a fingerprint, every eye has a unique size and shape. Prior to treatment, the CATALYS Laser images your eye and makes precise 3D maps of relevant structures. This Enables your surgeon to create a tailored treatment plan that is uniquely customized for your eye. Your surgeon can use the CATALYS Laser to create laser precise incisions, including a circular opening in the lens capsule to access and remove the cataract. This precise incision helps your surgeon place the artificial lens where intended.

I am so grateful that Doctor Maria Jancevski is my ophthalmologist. She, like her distinguished colleagues at Oakland Ophthalmic Surgery, is exceptionally well-qualified AND she also is one of the most personable physicians I have ever met. She explains everything to me extremely well and is never patronizing or dismissive. Dr Erickson has looked after my eyes for about 20 years. When he diagnosed me with Glaucoma, he made sure I got excellent care with the right medication & checks my eye pressures every 4 months. When the time was right for me, he did my right eye cataract surgery.no problems. His staff is very professional & I always feel I am in capable hands.

I met Dr. Page as the result of a detached retina and he took unscheduled time to counsel me. After my emergency surgery he took over my long term eye health and both he and his staff were incredible! As expected with detachments, I developed a cataract and Dr. Page performed the surgery with precision and care at every step!

Dr. Jancevski and her team are the most thorough ophthalmologic team. Wait time was under 10 minutes and they quickly navigated me through a number of eye tests before I saw Dr. Jancevski, ensuring that she had all the information she needed before performing her own exam. I have been going to Dr Erickson for almost six years and i found he is very up to date on his field of expertise and his entire staff are well trained and professional. They also keep to the appointments which i appreciate Its well run b professionals and they are all very up to date on the newest in this medical field. They wanted to dilate my eyes. I said no, I was not told this would be part of the exam and I drove myself. Their answer was, "Legally we have to tell you not to drive but you can do it anyway. " So they want to make sure their butts are covered but could care less about my safety. Then they wanted to put something in my eye to numb it and that scared me.
I refused that as well. That must have really upset them because the doctor barely told me what was going on before she ushered me out the door. I had to ask them for my script and didn't even explain it to me. no one offered to help me with frames or contacts. Unfortunately I paid the bill which I regret. I am going to a different optometrist to get a new script since I don't even know what this script is for.

Have been going to this location for a while. I feel that dr. Ericsson and his staff are very thorough in the eye exams. Plenty of choices for frames. It is not a chain mall location, so expect to pay a bit more, but always get great service. Allison always gladly helps out, if glasses need adjustments also.
