Dr. NeeOo W. Chin, is a Board Certified physician practicing Reproductive Endocrinologist in West Chester, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1977 and graduated Medical School from The Ohio State University in 1981. Dr. Chin went on to do his OB/GYN Residency at Duke University and completed his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at The Ohio State University in 1987.
Dr. Chin also holds a Certification in Medical Acupuncture from Stanford School of Medicine.

Services
Developments during the past decade have allowed the majority of couples who seek medical attention for infertility to conceive. However, everyone's treatment plan is unique and each treatment regimen is based on extensive medical history review and evaluation. Our office consists of both low technology infertility services including but not limited to hormonal therapy for ovulation induction, timed intercourse, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and therapeutic insemination with donor sperm (TID) and now Dr. Chin is doing high technology In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).
Dr. Chin is a leading expert on Healthtap. Dr. Chin, and many other medical professionals like him, give answers to a lot of the questions that patients (like you) ask of them. Perhaps your questions have been already answered there. You might even find answers to some you haven't even thought to ask!
Thank you for taking the time to visit our Panic Button Page! We know how overwhelming and stressful this process can be for our patients so we like to provide a place for frequently asked questions that cause our patients a lot of extra stress. Spotting is usually light pink or brown in color, does not fill a panty liner, usually noticed when wiping in the restroom.
Once you schedule an appointment with our office, we will send all the required paperwork to you electronically. You will receive several emails explaining each step. Dr. Chin was a pleasure to work with but the rest of his team, specifically the financial team, was very sub-par. Especially compared to our interactions with Springcreek Fertility's financial team. If you have worried about finances don't be like us and get sacked with an extra $4300 hospital bill that was never quoted or mentioned to us before the procedure.
I called the office and they said "we can't control what the hospital charges". That's true but you for sure know a "ballpark" number they'll charge (you have contracts with them for a reason.). It comes down to pure incompetence. Overall, Dr. Chin is a good doctor (though our last IVF transfer was unsuccessful) but his support side is lacking.

I was with Dr. Chin for years. He was our first experience with fertility treatments and had hoped my Dr would educate me and put me on the best plan for success. It wasn't until I joined a support group that I realized that going through 16 rounds of IUIs was not normal and was excessive. 16 ROUNDS! I know now that is INSANE! I also know how much better the lab technology and operations are of some of the bigger labs in the country.
We traveled out of state and were highly successful much more quickly. You are not a test subject, ladies. Push for answers and not doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.

From the first video conference to my first clinic visit, I knew without the shadow of a doubt that I was in great hands. Throughout this journey he is by far the greatest Dr I have had on my side. I love the communication! it made me feel safe, made me feel like finally a person who is ready to help me attain what will work for me and my family is in my corner.
The journey is not over for us because we really just got started but one thing is for sure, I have the best team on my side. Am blessed to have found these amazing people all in on office. Blessed beyond measures! I know that these things take time but am not worried because I feel comfortable, confident and safe.

The absolute best! We will never be able to thank Dr. Chin & his staff enough for putting an end to our 7 year infertility struggle. My only regret is not seeing Dr. Chin earlier. He listens and customizes care. He didn't give up on our dream when other specialists had. His staff is phenomenal and always available to answer questions. They're truly like family now. A million thanks for little miracle boy due in November!

If I could give a million stars I would! Dr Chin and his staff helped me to attain the greatest gift of my life. my daughter! The knowledge and compassion I received while I was at this practice was overwhelming. Dr Chin ALWAYS took his time with me, never rushing or making me feel like I was just another client. He remembered personal details, asked about my family, and would remember things about my past medical history. little things that showed how much he really takes the time to get to know his patients in all aspects. Dr Chin and his staff really make you feel like family! Infertility is such a personal and emotional journey, being able to trust your doctor and their staff is absolutely essential, it can really make or break your journey. Dr Chin took the time from day #1 to try and get to the root of our fertility problems as opposed to jumping straight to expensive procedures that may or may not have worked.
I was SO SAD when I had to switch back to my OBGYN at 12 weeks pregnant (I missed him and his staff terribly!) Finally, they are SUPER accommodating! I'm a nurse who has a very set schedule, if an ultrasound was needed or blood work at the last minute he and his office staff would always go ABOVE AND BEYOND to work with me to get me in and do whatever they could. I truly can't say enough good things about this brilliant physician.

This review is over 2 years late, but better late than never! I started seeing Dr. Chin in 2015. He was so down to earth and relatable that we immediately felt comfortable working with him. He sits down with you every appointment, and talks to you about next steps and what to expect. You NEVER feel like he is rushing out the door. He also makes sure to treat every patient individually, and does not just "go through the motions" as though every infertility patient needs the same treatment.
I felt he truly cared about us and was rooting for us to achieve our goal as much as any friend or family member would. I also LOVED LOVED LOVED the staff. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. I am now the mommy of a spunky 2 year old girl and thinking about having another, and I owe it all to Dr. Chin and his amazing staff!

Dr. Chin and his staff are truly amazing. A friend who has two children recommended him to me and I am so glad we walked through those doors and never looked back. I am now 10 weeks pregnant after IVF. It takes a lot to go through this process but every single step of the way Dr Chin and his staff where right there with me. I tear up thinking about it because I feel so blessed to have found them. Without Dr Chin my husband and I would not be having our miracle baby. We are forever grateful!

There is nothing easy about having infertility problems but with the help of Dr. Chin and his wonderful staff it was easier to understand. From the moment I walked into the office I felt as if I was good hands. I was nice to be treated with such high professionalism and care. During treatment, I honestly felt that I was the only patient. Dr. Chin is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.
I never once questioned his plan of care. I always knew that my end results was exactly what he wanted for me and my family. I will always be grateful for Dr. Chin and his staff.

Dr. Chin and his staff are by far the BEST medical experience I have ever had. My partner and I spent many days over a year and a half at The Fertility Wellness. The entire staff made a very tough journey so much better by being honest, caring, respectful, open and proactive. Dr. Chin spent much time each visit answering questions, helping us plan, and explaining medications/procedures. Sandy and Grace (nurses) were always there with a support and answers. Grace answered texts from me at all hours of the day.
I never felt scared or alone through this journey because of Dr. Chin and his team. We are now blessed with two babies on the way, and I know had it not been for Dr. Chin and his team, we wouldn't be in this situation. I would also highly recommend acupuncture with Dr. Chin. I had it done through the fertility treatments and am continuing after, now that I am expecting. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
