I've had mediocre experiences repeatedly, but the last time I was here was supposed to be to follow up for an ER trip caused by a ruptured cyst. When trying to make an appointment I called 4x and each time the phone was picked up it was promptly hung up. When I finally got ahold of someone to make an appointment I asked if I'd be able to go in since I had COVID like symptoms and was told that if it was unrelated I should be fine.
When I got there, however, I was turned away and the receptionist could not have been more smug about it. I explained that someone on their staff said it was fine and that it was unfair to have told me I would be seen if I wouldn't be and she laughed. The receptionist staff usually acts like they hate their jobs, but Manee was nothing like what they encourage medical professionals to be like.
I left without the referral I needed to get, which was necessary bc important information was left out the first time and I was unable to make an appointment. I frequently have to remind front desk staff when drs have left work notes, referrals, or after care instructions, and they make it known it's an inconvenience to ask for it (don't even think about asking for an envelope to put your papers in). The only saving grace that kept me coming back is my PCP, who is now on leave, making this place more of an inconvenience to go than not.

Nice people. I follow wherever my doc goes. I will say this pcc location is a 100% better than the one I was at before. The only negative thing I'd say is the wait time is terrible. By wait time I mean once you're in the room waiting to be seen. You'll get out the waiting room quickly, but spend 10-15 mins waiting on the doc to come in the room.

Terrible! They never follow appointment times in person. Then they give you appointments over the phone and they leave you hanging and never call! I called at the time of my appointment to ask if I had to call or if they would call me. The girl at the front desk told me I'd get a call from Dr. Brown shortly and I never even got the call. So disappointing.
