Did you know that once you have sprained your ankle, you are much more likely to sprain it in the future? Ankle sprains can easily, and often, lead to chronic ankle instability! This means that a "simple" sprained ankle quickly becomes a progressive, degenerative condition. Degeneration needs regeneration!

I have numerous symptoms mentioned on many of their videos related to cervical instability. Before you can become a patient, you must get approved by a nurse. The nurse assigned to me was very dismissive and rude -- he basically said that it was very unlikely my neck was causing all of my symptoms. I felt that he was dismissive, condescending and extremely rude from the first discussion.

My husband had been a former patient and, despite the fact that I encouraged him to go, he experienced no relief from the injections for hip / arthritis pain, and ultimately needed hip resurfacing surgery, which is the only thing that gave him his life back. Caring medical was a waste of money. I still thought I would try them again just bc they have so many videos saying how great they are with cervical instability (my currently treating physician, the leading reflux expert in the US, has told me that a vagal nerve injury is causing my symptoms and wants me to take gabapentin long-term for nerve injury.

But I'm concerned about side effects). I also believed I caught covid at the same time that I hurt my neck, despite testing negative numerous times. The nurse basically said I was crazy for not believing numerous tests. Yet you can read many articles including the NY Times saying that they have studies where vaccinated people in the same household with those who tested positive, with symptoms, and getting the same symptoms and testing negative, on a wide scale basis. Also, as I explained to the rude nurse who clearly wasn't listening, the CDC has published studies saying that antibody tests produce almost 40% negative tests, which usually happens when covid symptoms were initially mild (which mine were).

And I have many symptoms suggesting vagal nerve issues (including ongoing neck pain, throat clearing, hoarseness, lump in throat, and throat and mouth burning and initially also heart palpitations and internal tremors + headaches but those thankfully went away) -- and viral illness or neck injury both absolutely can damage the vagal nerve. So the nurse is misinformed and basically a rude idiot.

Since he's their gate keeper, I wasn't even able to get a consultation with Dr. Hauser. The fact that Dr. Hauser has a nurse who is both clueless and rude really makes me question his entire business. And I don't appreciate being treated like a crazy idiot when I'm most certainly not. Additionally, I have received prolotherapy from two other doctors in the past.

One locally was much better and far, far cheaper (and excellent -- he completely healed a prior stubborn injury and charges $300 per session -- Dr. Placer of Orlando, Florida). The only reason I didn't call him was bc Dr. Hauser seemed to specialize in cervical instability. One reason they might not have liked me was that I didn't want chiropractic treatment, which they offer in conjunction with prolotherapy. However, I would have been willing to listen to Dr. Hauser's recommendation in that regard (I was never given that opportunity.) But many other doctors will tell you that there is no good evidence to support chiro treatment, and that it can be unsafe, which was one reason I wanted prolotherapy instead of chiro treatment. (I also had a bad experience years ago when chiro made me worse, which is why I didn't want it.) You have to wonder esp with the prices they are charging why they are recommending chiro despite the fact that many good ortho docs will tell you to run from chiro treatment.

Good riddance to this business. I would suggest calling a local doc who does prolotherapy and save your money. Finally, I have a complicated situation bc I have had a lot of bad luck in the last two years (after a lifetime of very healthy habits), including an ear infection that led to surgery, a cat bite that led me to take very strong antibiotics causing digestive issues, then both a neck injury and I think covid at the same time about six months ago, which caused new symptoms. But having a complicated situation doesn't make me crazy or wrong.

Caring medical gave me my life back! I 1000% recommend. I had an accident 18 years ago and came here with no hope. Over 6 medical opinions, all said there was no option for me and that no alternative therapy would work. I'm glad I didn't listen and took a chance with caring medical. After just 3 treatments, one per month, I was 80% better. It's incredible.

I spent over 2 years limited in everything, couldn't even go up the stairs. I did PT and lots of other things. But prolo is what made the difference. I love Dr hauser & Danielle, they are amazing. God bless them always!

After a year of being a patient w Caring Medical, I only wish there were more stars! The entire team is (by far) the greatest I have seen. Dr Hauser is personable, professional, and full of knowledge. He has helped me feel comfortable and confident in the midst of complicated health issues. His staff is still as amazing as they were the first day I met them. I absolutely look forward to every visit. I love Team Caring Medical.

Excellence is what describes everyone at Caring Medical. My neck is healed after a few treatments every 6 weeks from Dr. Hauser last year. Also Dr. Hutcheson was the best at Chiropractic care. Before treatment I couldn't work or do daily activities without pain. I followed their recommendations, thus I've been proactive at doing stretching and strengthening exercises. Thank you to everyone who works there! I praise the Lord Jesus Christ for leading me there!

I am thankful for Caring Medical of Ft Myers, FL. I flew 1300miles to get healing medical care for a rotator cuff injury. This office has a compassionate staff and they listened to my concerns. Dr Hauser and Danielle have exceptional medical knowledge and skill of performing prolotherapy. They understood my pain and my physical anatomy. I was not given a "bandaid" or a temporary fix for my injury. Caring Medical suggested what I needed so my body will heal itself.

They are real and honest about what will help. A question will be asked to a patient: "What result are you wanting from the prolo?" Caring Medical's goal is to help each patient achieve that goal. I received Prolo and PRP into my rotator cuff tear. A sonogram was done to know the exact area of the tear so the accuracy of the injections were perfect.

I am thankful I have an alternative to surgery. I was warmly greeted by Graceland. Abby met me and she did my prep work. Danielle explained what would best heal my rotator tear then performed it, guided by the sonogram. Five years ago I received prolo from Caring Medical for another injury and my injury was healed after several treatments. I highly recommend Caring Medical and each member of their office staff.

Not impressed for so many reasons. Bottom line - Save your time and money and find another Doctor. This one is a self-promotional clown who wears his religion on his sleeve. But if you're looking to spend a lot of money for no results and suffer a bible verse or two for the road, by all means. Regardless of what is claimed, be aware there is a two tier system of patient care and respect at work here; one for those who share in their religious beliefs and one for the rest of us. And they are very adept at and invested in figuring out where you fit.

Sharing my experience at caring costly medical center. Was very disappointed in dr.ross overall diagnosis and left me without any real treatment or diagnosis. Was very costly between his office and his chiropractic office connection. Had to seek help else where. At a fraction of cost that I spent there. I could have went somewhere else. He should stop making you tube video making claims of symptoms that dont existence.after you see him.save your self at least 3000 dollars for your first visit you will be doing yourself a great favor.

The folks at Caring Medical were a blessing to find. I waited months before going to them as I was willing to try more commercial medical methods near my home. As expected, these procedures gave short term relief that was never correcting any issues. I'm 32 years old and had played contact sports though college then began competitive bodybuilding after.

Between this lifestyle, 10+ years of computer work with poor head posture, my neck finally had enough. I had daily fights of lightheadedness for months until finding Dr Hauser. I've completed one treatment with my second neck treatment upcoming. I have already noticed great strides in my recovery from my first Prolotherapy session. Further, the detailed diagnosis given from their team reaffirmed my assumption of cervical instability. I highly recommend the team at Caring Medical as they have given me a path to having my life back.

Just had my fourth (and final) appointment to treat right knee arthritis and right golfer's elbow. My knee and elbow feel so much better. For each of these appointments I flew in from Oak Park IL where Caring Medical used to be located. I was also treated at the Oak Park office several years ago for hand and thumb pain. Website very helpful with hotel discounts and identifying the closest airport. Nurses Brad, Mia, and Demi were very helpful. Danielle PA was very good in also identifying and treating some right foot pain which has not returned. Gracelyn at the reception desk was very cheerful and positive. I have much to be thankful for!

I used Caring Medical for a torn rotator 6 years ago, my shoulder is good as new. Saved me from surgery. This year my left knee was bothering me, orthopedic doctor said no choice but to replace. I had 2 treatments with Danielle and went for my third. When she saw I was in no pain and had normal motion she decided to skip third treatment unless I need it later. I think this office is very honest and does care about the patient. Like all medicine not everyone is fixable. In my case Caring saved me 2 surgeries. Thank You very much
