Love Dr. Dowie and Kelly! Their whole staff is great and communicates well. Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable.

I've been going to this practice for 7 years. The receptionist and appointments have always been horrible but I did like doctor Spencer so I reluctantly returned. It's been 9 months or so since my last visit and for 2 weeks have called and filled the website form to get an appointment for my yearly check up. I finally got hold of someone today only to find out I will no longer be able to go here because i have supposedly not responded to a letter.

I have not received any mail, calls, voicemails or even emails from them. I told the receptionist I want to pick up my medical records in person since whatever mail they said they send is not arriving. Checked the website hours and they said they close at eight. She sarcastically said they have not had those hours for over a year. Best thing to happen was getting kicked out as a patient.

The Doctors do not realize the staff is ruining relationships due to their inability to communicate and think it's ok to blame the patients. Inaccurate and rude service with no loyalty. That is not the way healthcare should treat people. Sad to see that Dr. Kelly Spencer nor the practice did have the courtesy to reach out to tell me I was discharged. Stay away!

So far I like coming here. I have only been here twice but both PA's have been very nice, caring, understanding and seem to care. So far so good. The office staff and assistants are very nice and friendly.

I'm a new patient at Elite Coastal but So far I am very impressed with Dr Dowie & her staff. The owner & staff of a well known health food store recommended her to me. She seems like a great doctor & really knows her stuff. I feel like I'm in good hands with her. She is very responsive with messages sent via the portal, which is really unheard of.

Not many doctors personally respond to their patients. Her staff was very friendly & professional. I've read the reviews saying Dr Dowie is rude & doesn't listen to her patients, but I haven't found that at all. Quite the opposite experience for me. I look forward to having a long doctor/patient relationship with this office.

I've been a patient at Elite Coastal Healthcare for over a year. I recently saw Dr. Dowie for an appointment. Dr. Dowie and her medical student, Claire, were professional, friendly, and thorough during my appointment. The office was clean, the staff was punctual, and I felt they did a great job despite the challenges that COVID-19 has created for healthcare providers. I'm a fan of the portal they have available for sending messages to the office and Dr. This was helpful in getting my appointment scheduled!

I have seen all practitioners here-- Dr. Dowie, ARNP Kelly Spencer, PA Kirsten Samples, and Pharmacist Tara Snyder. They and their support staff are amazing. I recently had a biopsy procedure done. Prior, Dr. Dowie responded immediately to my numerous online messages of questions and fear-- OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND! The procedure can be quite painful, but she is so good at what she does that honestly, it was minimal.

Our health care system & practices are tremendously challenged right now-- like limiting staff & patients per social-distancing regulations, completely disinfecting rooms which limits room availability, backed up well-visits, lagging lab results. etc. In the midst of all this, Dr. Dowie and her staff continue to give the highest quality care, while showing compassion and patience. TERRIBLE experience. I was a new patient, healthy, but with a specific need. The office processes were slow (4 hours for first visit), and staff was rude and dismissive. They ordered *multiple* rounds of costly. unnecessary and duplicate tests, all of which came back with a positive report. Yet, they still refused to clear me. I finally gave up on Dowie's BS and went to Jupiter Medical, who listened, were caring and and efficient. and cleared me the same day.

After two years at the practice I decided it was time to find a new primary. The practice is nearly impossible to schedule with and has cancelled appointments on me numerous times. The staff is also very difficult to deal with. Recommend looking elsewhere unless you're willing to play their games.

She will tell you one thing in her office. Then get your lab results and send cryptic one liner messages with the result. When you ask a question back she is rude and condescending. She assumed my taking a month to get the labs done was because I wasn't in dire need. Not bothering to ask - she assumed. Doctors should never assume. Don't trust her. Her response to my question was to tell me I owed her a small balance. She's rude and after your money only. Don't waste your time.

Doctor Dowie is smart, educated, professional, and kind to her students and patients. She is very knowledgeable. She clearly loves what she does and is consistent with her work. She balances her life as a mom and a wife with the care and love for her patients. As a medical professional I'm really proud to recommend her to my patients. I know she will always take care of them and do what's best for them.

Keep in mind it isn't fair to her when you don't show up. She wants to help all her patients. And is determined to do so. I can't say enough kind things about her Kirstin and Kelly. This is the place to be.

I have never seen an office run so smoothly! Scheduling my appointment was very easy and James did a great job with explaining how to handle updating my PCP with my insurance company and exactly what to bring and expect the day of my appointment. I also appreciated the reminder text message since I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance. The medical staff are all very sweet, knowledgable, and made me feel really comfortable throughout my appointment.

I really appreciate how the office is able to draw blood at their facility instead of having to go to Quest or Labcorp.it is so much more convenient and saved me so much time! I was thoroughly impressed by how fast I was seen and the thorough physical examination I received. Dr. Dowie and Kelly Spencer are wonderful practitioners and I'm really happy I found them!

Dr. Dowie is one of the most caring doctors I have encountered. Yes, you will have to deal with either a student or assistant before seeing her - but this makes the process go more smoothly because then she's able to focus on YOU and your issues instead of staring at a computer filling out information. The staff will help with any questions you have about paperwork. and as far as insurance goes, be a proactive patient and find out what is/is not covered for yourself.

The doc can give you an idea, but be forgiving if she doesn't know. Kelly the NP is also a great practitioner. The few blood draws I've had with Nicole and Jen were very efficient. Overall, a wonderful experience!
