I had been treated in the past for spider veins. My memory of the treatment was not good, a lot of discomfort and pain. I was so relieved when I met Angel and Jess. They put my mind at ease. The procedure was virtually painless. They took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know. I will definitely be going back when it is time again. Beautiful office, spotless and all precautions were taken.

I went into this office for spider vein treatment on two small areas on my legs. While I was there I opted for Botox for my 11 lines on my forehead. It went back for a follow-up appointment my 11 lines look the same as they did before the botox. My spider veins pretty much looks the same as prior to the treatment at the time of the follow-up appointment.
The doctor came in and called me sweetie proceeded to look at my far head and said the lines are gone referring to horizontal lines which I never had meanwhile the 11 lines remain unchanged they had no photograph of the 11 lines prior to the treatment so they had nothing to compare it to and apparently they didn't even remember me because when I asked them if they wanted to look at my spider veins they asked me if I had the treatment done on them when I was there.
First of all they don't remember you and they default to the name sweetie. Secondly they didn't even bother to take a photograph of the lines prior to the botox injection so they could see their shoddy work. The doctor gave me more injections at the 11 lines site since I had the ability to create that 11 line crease while I was there. I look the same as I did before I went in there except that my pocketbook is a lot lighter of 500 plus dollars a waste of time and a waste of money have subsequently gone to a local doctor in Wellington Florida who told me it looks like they did nothing.
All they care about is the bottom line by the way no customers were in the waiting room either time I was there. If you want somebody to call you sweetie and lighten your pocketbook you've got the place. I got a call this morning from someone a female and I told her that I was not happy and she laughed I guess she'll be laughing all the way to the unemployment line since they don't seem to have many customers.

My experience with Medicus was amazing from the front desk Connie to Angel and Sara so heartwarming they made the whole process so much easier and my healing has been better than I expected I've been living with my legs like this for many years I couldn't have asked for a better place and staff the wait was so well worth it.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Tidwell. He was referred by a friend of mine who had nothing but glowing accolades about him and his office team. I am so happy with the treatment I have been given. He is kind, honest and really takes his time with you. I wish I would have known him before I had other treatments with other doctors. But I am happy I finally found a home- he and his staff are Excellent!

Went to Medicus Vein Care to get a second opinion on a surgery I previously had with a different vein doctor. Dr. Tidwell was professional, honest, and gave his undivided attention. He's an excellent communicator and his staff are very welcoming. Appreciated the appointment reminders and the multiple options he suggested for my needs. Highly recommend.

Recently a friend disclosed to me that her vein doctor did not do the actual ultrasound, but had his assistant take care of it. My first reaction to her statement was WHAT? To me, this was unheard of! For many years, I have been under Dr. Tidwell's care. Each time an ultrasound was required, this doctor was the one who conducted the entire procedure!
He wanted to be right there to observe the results and know exactly what was revealed. His assistant was there in the room, and she took notes as the doctor described his findings. At the conclusion of the ultrasound, I had several questions, which Dr. Tidwell took the time to answer. And never did I feel rushed. Dr. Tidwell is very knowledgeable, attentive and treats his patients as if they were family.
And he makes you feel right at home. I have been to many doctors over the years where they never shed a smile. Dr. Tidwell is just the opposite. You never feel rushed and it's a pleasure to have him work on you. I would be remiss if I did not add that his warm and delightful personality has rubbed off on the two gals who work in the front office. In conclusion, this doctor is a rare find and surely deserves more than 5 stars. I would recommend giving Dr. Tidwell at least 10 stars!

I have had maintenance spider vein treatments at other vein centers a few times over the years that have kept my legs feeling and looking healthy with excellent results after only a single treatment. I came to this clinic because the Dr. that had previously treated me has retired. I cannot express how disappointed I am after my sclerotherapy treatment at Medicus Veincare.
I experienced throbbing pain at some injection sites for days after the treatment as well as dark bruising (had not experience either side effect from previous treatments so this concerned me). I went in for a follow up re the pain. The painful sites were addressed during the followup, but the bruised veins still remain. I declined a second set of injection treatments that day as I had travel plans and wanted to continue monitoring the healing process before getting more injections.
I write this review now because, even today, months after treatment and after paying several hundred dollars, I still have probably 90% of the little veins (I took some photos after injections the day of treatment) that were injected, along with brown spots that still look like little bruises. It also looks like I now may have new and/or darker spider veins then when I went there for the treatment. Overall disappointing results. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic for minimal spider vein treatment.
