Terrible experience here: Saw this doctor 3 times. First time, was a very, short quick visit. Felt like I was not being listened to, probably since I am young, but I do not think that warrants her to be careless with diagnosing me, or lack of diagnosing. I had chronic pain and weird symptoms occur that she brushed off and just told me to take laxatives until my next visit.

That did not work, so I told her this in the next visit (the wait time for this visit was almost an hour and a half), all she said was to increase my dosage before we try to perform examinations. I did not appreciate this since I was dealing with pain almost every day and I can still hardly eat anything without something hurting; however, she is the specialist so I took her word for it. Recently, I tried to visit her again, but the appointment that was scheduled three months in advance had nearly a two hour wait time, so I had to reschedule for later in the week.

When I finally saw her, she asked me how I was doing, and while I was explaining the situation a third time, she cut me off and said "why have we not gotten paid?" She walked me out, and gave me a statement that was more than $1K although she said out of pocket it would only be $400 (manageable if I was told from the beginning, not short notice). Turns out, my insurance did not go through because HER billing services billed my insurance wrong from the beginning, and I am still have chronic issues that are getting worse. Wish I was taken seriously and treated for my condition and not the symptoms, and on top of this scheduled appointments months apart. Find another doctor.

First off I'd like to say I'm not a customer that just had a bad experience but that this place is a bad experience. This business only cares about money. I can't believe the lack of care this dr had for my health. really worries me if I'm ever going to get the help I need. The first and only dr office I've ever been in that makes you wait 2 hours past your appt to be seen and makes you pay before you even see your dr.

The dr I saw was a women who didn't listen to any of my concerns and cut me off Everytime I talked. I told her all my symptoms and she told me I'm to young to be having any of these issues and that I'm lazy about my diet. She doesn't even know my diet which is amazing because I've been dealing with these pains for years and I've already tried everything on my own.

I asked for papers on how to better my diet and I didn't receive any of info. This place purposely over books and pushes out their customers to just maximize on money coming in through co pay. Worst experience I've ever had and I will not return. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. If this company reaches out to me and refunds me the money I'm owed for getting very poor quality service, I'll consider taking this post down.

Other then that. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place if you're in any pain you should consider going somewhere else. Also below I'll attach a picture of the embarrassing quality printing they do when they recommend lab work at other places. How am I supposed to read any of this? Guess it doesn't matter. Anyone they recommend can't be worth a darn if this place is this poorly ran.

Dr. Dasari is an authentic gastro doc who is well studied and caring. She has been able to assist me to get beyond the harmful effects of previously prescribed PPI's (Proton Pump Inhibitors) by other docs. Weaning off of these is harmful and dangerous if not handled carefully. Dr. Dasari has my full support and admiration and gratitude.

I saw Dr Dasani in the hospital this weekend. Very impressed at how personable she is and sincere concern for my well being. She will work me into her schedule this week for scopes.

I was referred to Dr. Dasari by my primary to rule out possible issues and help determine cause of pain. I would plan later to see her again for my Colonoscopy. My first visit was my last. I cancelled all future appointments and the surgery. She immediately wanted to know if I had met my deductible and seemed more interested in that than anything I had to say.

She talked over me, interrupted, seemed to dismiss or explain away symptoms with no tests. I have a recorded weight loss of 25lbs in 2 months time. That is not normal for me, there is no clear cause. Her response to it was 'at least you have lost weight.' No scans. No tests. Nothing. She just immediately booked a surgery and mentioned the insurance may not pick up the tab because of my age, despite my family history of Lynch Syndrome links and a number of gastrological cancers at earlier ages.

If I had read reviews before scheduling an appointment, I would have gone elsewhere. There seems to be the odd pattern with her bad reviews- most mention her interest in if the patient had met their deductible yet or not. Once I requested my medical records from her office to add to my personal records since the portal system for her office never seemed to work, I found several errors. Mistyped information, missing information, wrong information. This review would have zero stars if allowed.

Dr Dasari is a very professional person. I had surgery and I was in the hospital for two weeks, she really had the time to listen to my concerns about my surgery, came to my room and solve problems when I needed her. She was a supportive Dr during the two weeks I was in the hospital. She caught the problem from a previous surgery I had in the past and basically she saved my life!

The first time I visited her office, she sat with me and listen without rushing like other doctors do. I will never forget she cared about my health and she was very professional making the right diagnosis.

I visited Dr. Dasari with concerns about acid reflux. With my family history, she quickly got me in for an endoscopy. While in there, she found undigested food from 24 hours before. I go back next week for a follow-up to figure out what's going on. Dr. Dasari was very attentive to me. You have to be patient when visiting her office though. The wait can be long, but that's expected when she's the only doctor with many patients. It's worth the wait.
