This clinic is a joke, as a counselor myself I know that a two minute phone call to a patient isn't sufficient and isn't time spent long enough to bill a insurance group, they go upset when I told them my opinion about this, they claim to want o help but when it comes down to the nitty gritty they don't. Heck when I asked if they can prescribe a balancer they didn't even know what that meant, where do these ppl get their license at?

Staggeringly unprofessional. I've had three different appointments, and for each I was ten minutes early in the vain hope I would be seen on time. I waited 30, 40 and 45 minutes respectively beyond my appointed time for the 10 minutes or so of actual face time with the specialist, which was consistently awkward and uncomfortable. And don't get me started on the weird dog.
I went in to get tested for ADHD and it turns out the test they ran is only supposed to be for those 12 to 18 years of age. Afterward I found out they are attempting to charge my insurance for a series of 12 sessions that I did not request and specifically declined. Unprofessional, incompetent, dishonest. Anyone else would be better for your health. Anyone at all.

Brought my son in for his first appointment and I was amazed at how friendly the staff were. The office was clean. Nurse was very sweet and helpful. Dr. Pfeifer came in and my son took to him right away. I am very pleased with our overall visit. To top it off they also have an in house pharmacy. So we were able to see a doctor and get meds all in one stop!

I am so disappointed with the experience I had here. Dr. McLeod swept in for about three minutes. She hardly looked up from her phone at all. I did not feel heard or listened to. She's very cold and standoffish. I won't be returning. She basically told me that I can't get pregnant or breastfeed and receive treatment for my bipolar disorder.
She made me feel like it was impossible to grow my family and also be mentally well. I made an appointment with her because I could get in quickly, but I'm just going to wait to see someone else, even if that's months away. I left her office in tears and more upset than when I came in. In addition to that, her nurse thought it would be a good idea to read my old notes to me from when I came when I was fifteen.
A family member had gone with me that visit and said some very hurtful, untrue things about me in that meeting and I had JUST told the nurse that I was struggling with my relationship with that person and my emotional state was very fragile. Apparently, when someone is down and hurting, they think it's okay to tell them hurtful things that would make anyone worse.
I felt very much like Dr. McLeod was going off those comments (which said from that family member that I was faking my condition for attention) and already had a preconceived notion of the type of person I was. She didn't ask me a single question. When I told her of a side effect I had had on a certain medication, she told me that she had never heard of that before but "whatever." That was exactly the word she used. Never again. Horrible, horrible experience.
