Go here atleast once a month to get my medication and refills.so I'm a constant visitor. Dr Tapp is good hearted and is ok as long as you make him sit down and take the time to listen which I've learned you have to do sometimes because they can be so busy that I'm sure everything becomes a big blurr so when I need the extra moment I don't hesitate to let him know to slow down stop and listen to what I have to say.l0l.staff is good to you just have to get to know them and Also realize they do have al0t going on so sometimes they may forget things as we all do from time to time bc we are human but over all there ok and genuinely do care!

I am very disappointed in the Service. I have been going to him for 6 years, I have put up with the very long waits, it has improved. But what pushed me out was wanting to charge me $300 to sign 1 piece of paper. Total BS, I have been disabled for the last 6 years, trying to get disability since. The $300 charge makes me feel betrayed and unimportant to them

Tapp is an excellent doctor, but most of his staff is totally indifferent to the patients, if not straight up rude and hateful. I always feel as if I'm an obstacle between them and lunch or them and home. Sadly the doctor himself seems to be indifferent to how the staff treats the patients either as long as it doesn't directly effect the medical aspect and he isn't involved in the bureaucracy.

Dr. Tapp is a good doctor, but he has the most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. A word of advice, if you work in the medical field, you should have compassion. The people that come in aren't feeling well and could be dealing with a serious health problem. So the last thing they want is to be treated like dirt and deal with your sassy attitude, sorry you hate your job. But don't take it out on the patient's

Treated rudely and talked down to by staff, just wanted lab test done by a local lab that took our insurance that would cost about 150 dollars and they refused and wanted to send to a lab in California that charged 1200 dollars for the same test. They could write a script and give it to us and we could go to labcorp ourselves and they refused that too.

Not everybody has an extra 1000 dollars to spend on a simple blood test that has to be done all the time! I've been in healthcare for 24 years and can't imagine treating a patient this way.

I Love Tapp Medical Center. They are a caring and very professional staff, in my opinion! Dr. Tapp is a caring and knowledgeable Physician who stays abreast of changing medical care. He is no respecter of persons and wants what is best for his patients. He has taken good care of my husband and I for over 13 years with a caring and professional attitude. Dr. Tapp is a benefit to Bowling Green and he expects nothing less than professionalism from his staff! Good health care is worth the wait!

Dr. Tapp himself is a good physician, but he needs to learn to be more personable. I have never felt more rushed during a doctors appointment in my life. I was literally seen, diagnosed and given medication in under 5 minutes. As for the staff, they are rude. nothing else to say about them. But what I don't agree with is that the office is open from 8 to 5pm but when you call the office to make an appointment they go from being on lunch from 1130 to 1245 and then they're closed at 1.

Dr. Tapp is a pretty good doctor. Unfortunately, you have to deal with his incompetent staff. They are rude and do not do their jobs. I have had so many problems with this clinic that I have never had out of any doctor I have seen before. First of all you have to stay on them to get your meds approved. I seen Dr. Tapp a month ago and my med still has not been approved over a month later because they are not calling and doing their job. Everytime I go there it takes forever.

You might as well not have an appt time at all because you will be there a really long time. The staff is so incompetent they didn't even have my meds recorded and I made an appt with them just to call that day and them say I never had an appointment made. Therefore, had to suffer in pain for another week, until I could be seen. So, all in all, change your PCP. This clinic is a joke.

I'm sure that the staff at Tapp Medical Clinic are knowledgeable in their field and are probably great health care providers, but there are some major organizational cracks that need to be fixed. I called a week ahead of time to make an appointment for a routine work physical, I did not have a regular doctor in the Bowling Green area and after calling around, Tapp was the cheapest.

On the morning of my appointment I called to confirm the appt. time and they did not have me scheduled at all. The receptionist said someone must have just forgot to put it in but she had an open appointment at 8:30am that day anyway (hmmm. that was the spot I had called for!) After arriving a few minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork, I waited an HOUR AND A HALF past my appointment time in the main lobby before even getting called back.

Several other people in the lobby expressed that these kinds of waits were normal. sometimes even longer. Then, I waited another 45 minutes in the exam room. The doctor came in my room twice to tell me another practitioner would be with me "in a moment" and when they never showed he finally began the physical himself. only to send me to another room to have BMI work done that wasnt even part of the required physical.

I finally had to express that I had waited long enough and I only wanted what absolutely needed to be done for the physical so that I could go. Thankfully they were the least expensive or I would have just left.
