Can't speak with a nurse during duty hours when you have a problem with a medication they give you. All these people working there and it's always leave a msg.

Dr Faith Sun has been my primary doctor for the past two years. I am very happy with her services snd knowledge. She will continue to be my doctor as long as I'm in Ky. She is an "Internist" and I'm so blessed to have her as my doctor. Her office staff is exceptional as well.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Graves Gilbert. I made an appointment with Heather Parnell. Staffing was so rude and couldn't even schedule my next appointment because they were having loud conversations in front of me with their mask down. I do not recommend this place if you're looking for a personable experience and feel like you need to be heard.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Graves Gilbert Clinic. The greeters are always kind and polite. Registration is always quick and efficient. Lab and Radiology yes they are busy but, they are kind professional and polite. The phlebotomist always have patience with my daughters who are afraid of needle sticks.

The Graves Gilbert Clinic Gastroenterology doctors are amazing. These doctors truly care about their patients and staff. I have been to many doctors and most of the time you get maybe on question and then the doc is out of the room, but with this group of Doctors and APRNs they sit down and take time to talk to you and answer any questions you have.

Our family experiences have always been great when seeing a Graves Gilbert doctor. Staff is always pleasant and attentive. Keep up the great work. Bowling Green is lucky to have a place like this with so many great doctors to choose from. I would also recommend anyone who visits to use the patient portal. Easy to use and easy access to see upcoming appointments, current medications, and lab results.

I have been a GGC patient my whole life. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Every office I have been to, the doctors are informative and kind. Excellent bedside manners. They take their time to explain what is going on with you. The staff is professional and personable!

I absolutely love my Physicians at GGC! Dr Sun, Dr Rafeedheen, Heather Parnell, Dr Chris Smith and so many more have always taken the BEST care of me and my family. I trust my health and my families with GGC, their care and expertise is superb. Highly recommend :

Between myself, my husband and my son we have seen internal medicine, pediatrics, gastro, ortho, dermatology, allergy, OB, cardiology and walk-in care. Every office has been very professional, polite and clean. I love the patient portal because we don't have to wait for results or even call the office to change appointments. I also love that all of our providers have access to all of our records so they always have the full picture and can provide the best care.

Came to the main location for some diagnostic testing, the radiology team was exceptional! They took their time, explained procedures well and were so kind and understanding!

I arrived with severe pain from a gout flare up and wasn't in the most pleasant mood. The staff were patient and listened. They had room for a Doctor to see me within 30 minutes or so. After a consultation with her and a blood test and x ray, I was astounded, even blinded by pain, how nice and helpful the people were at Graves Gilbert. I will return for further appointments confident I'm at the right place.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. This place is a joke. Waited 3 hours or more. You should be out at least within one hour at the most. We was waiting and people that got here after us was even going to the back to be seen

It is sad when those whose job it is to "care" for you are rude and behave as if you're bothering them. Will not return to the Walk In clinic ever again. The receptionists are rude. The caregiver we were given was worse and I was appalled by her cruel demeanor. Trust me when I say, if you can't get in to see your usual doctor, go to the ER or another town. It's not worth being treated like you've done something wrong because you got sick.

0/5 stars! THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. Nobody in the waiting room but me & I was a ghost to them. still wasn't seen after 20 minutes of waiting, So I left! Workers just walking around chatting. I was not acknowledge! 10/10 would not go here. go to a different office

They are the worst. Was seen for a UTI on a Saturday. On Thursday, the doctor calls and says the culture shows a different med is needed. I tell her I'm improved, so let's wait and see. She says fine, but call if you change your mind and I'll call you in something different. I realize my mIstake on Saturday, and call Monday (they are closed Sunday) to get the new Rx.

Nobody calls me back. Two days go by. I call and get sent to VM. So finally I go back in person since I can't get anybody on the phone. They tell me I need another office visit because it's been longer than 10 days! Are you kidding me? I went to my own family doc at that point. I will never spend another dollar at that clinic.

I drove from Nashville to take my daughter to the clinic on a Sunday in September. She was given cough medicine. Kids DO NOT go to the doctor UNLESS they are SICK. a week later when she came home, she was SO SICK. We called your clinic, and they said, you will just have to come back in. She was already in Nashville at this time! Not an offer to call in antibiotics! YEAH, AT 258 DOLLARS A POP. I went to the walk in at KROGER. They had to give her a steroid shot and antibiotics. She has PNEUMONIA! NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR CLINIC! AT ALL.

Unqualified medical staff and terrible costumer service. Would not recommend a visit to Graves Gilbert Clinic for any of your health concerns.

Walked in on a very slow Sunday afternoon (my only free day due to the fact I was too sick to essentially move on Thursday/ Friday). I then tell the desk clerk I think I have an upper respiratory infection. Get sent to the corresponding location for testing this I am then taken into their room for a strep & flu test. I then wait for nearly 45 minutes to hear back about my tests (while I am one of two patients being looked at).

Then the doctor in Steeler's shirt comes in and says "no flu, no strep. You're good to leave." Doesn't look for any signs of an URI just sends me on my way without a doctor's note for class because: "If I actually felt bad I should have come in sooner." I'm very annoyed for wasting my time and copay money to some doctor who provided me no help or understanding whatsoever. Would have liked for my physician to take my health more seriously than getting out of work to watch the Super Bowl. Wish I could give 0 Stars.

Dr Grace and the medical staff are great. The administration staff are idiots. We'll, at least one of them. I waited 2.5 hours because she failed to even check me in. I was the only one in the lobby for and hour of it. Why did you let me sit there for an hour. I won't go back even though Dr. Grace says amazing.

If you have a health issue that takes more then 10 minuets to discuss do not go here. The doctor will literally walk out on you. The staff will also be offended if you as them to do their job.

When I entered the atmosphere was really great. The doctors were good and for being a doctors office I do believe I would come back here when I am sick again.
