This is the best Dr office I've been to. Janet Haley, NP is amazing. And I had many issues she solved. Thankful.

This place does accept BCBS insurance, but It's important to know that the labratory they use for pathogy results does not accept insurance. My lab bill was 8x my doctor visit bill. I would not recommend this place if you think you'll need anything biopsied. Refuse any biopsies if they offer. It won't be in network.

Very disappointed in this practice. I visited a year ago because I was concerned about a mole, "sticker test" ruled it benign and told not to worry however a recent biopsy showed it was a late stage pre cancer. Doctor didn't even perform the test himself, rather sent a nurse in to perform the test because he was "uncomfortable" regarding the location on my body. I'm finding another dermatologist.

Two stars because it was a simple and easy process for me to get scheduled and I was able to schedule for first appt within a week of contacting the office. I've deducted stars because the nurse that I saw in office seemed rushed and uninterested during my visit. Her overall demeanor was off putting and did not make me feel welcomed. When I called in today about an issue I had while picking up my prescriptions (due to no part of the office), the two representatives that I spoke with on the phone also seemed to be in a hurry during our call.

Although my questions were addressed, I was cut off multiple times during the call and they were both short. Seems like everyone could use customer service training. A perky tone does not negate rudeness.

This is by far the best group of people. Dr. Catherine has treatment my daughter and myself for years. She cares about her patients. Stacy is the best nurse. Taylor is amazing at facials and skinpen treatment. Taylor really knows her stuff. I'm so happy that we found them.

I love them here. Very nice and informative for my son visits. They go out of there way to help. I need them to send a paper to my insurance. So I emailed the after hours on Friday and Sunday I received a message that the sent papers in and it was approved all on a day they are closed.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. After a visit last year, they did not bill me at the time of the service and never sent me a bill via the mail either. Was contacted out of the blue by a collection agency and when I contacted the facility to ask why I never received a bill, they claimed that they had sent me several bills, but despite getting bills/invoices from every other company that I do business with, I never received a single one of the bills they claimed they sent me.

What pushed me over the edge with these folks though is that after paying the collection agency, Atlanta West Dermatology refused to authorize my prescription a full 6 weeks after I had payed the collection agency saying that I still owed them money. After speaking with the collection agency (again), they informed me that they notify the sites the middle of the month so that means this office would have been notified in mid August, but here we are in mid-September and they are claiming that I did not pay them. Atlanta West Dermatology did contact me later and blamed the mix up on their collection agency, which seemed quite convenient, and offered to do me the 'favor' of approving my medication refill.

I took that offer, but was clear with them that they had a lost a patient over this incident. Fast forward a few days and the two Dr. Warner's decided to add insult to injury and sent me a certified letter starting that they are terminating our Doctor/patient relationship. Instead of apologizing over the situation, they decided to double down on their lack of customer service and fire me as a patient. That should tell you everything that you need to know about these Doctors and the staff at this site. One star seems generous, but they will not let you give zero stars.

After a recent visit at this office, the attending Dr. stated and put in writing, that if I had any additional questions to contact him. There was no contact information. Went to the office requesting to speak or gain a contact to follow up. The office Manager Christie would not assist, wouldn't provide an email or leave him a message. She stated whatever was said in the appointment yesterday was final.

All I needed was to communicate with the Dr. She proceeded to yell and tell me to leave the office and called the police. I stayed outside to wait because I didn't want my son witness his mother be bullied with the threat of police. The police did show and gave me really good advice on reporting the manager. Was very understanding and sympathetic to my cause. So sad that this happened, would never recommend this office to people of color.

The physicians at this office are very nice and thorough, and the reps on the scheduling line are also very nice and provide great customer service however the lady that answers the nursing line for prescription refills is EXTREMELY RUDE, she continues to cut me off while on the phone and honestly I've never been treated that way by someone working in a doctors office.

I did not get her name and i wish i did because she was terrible and made me want to switch to a different office because of her rude unnecessary behavior. I am giving two stars because I really like to Physicians and the other staff members but this one lady in particular ( nursing line ) needs to be replaced because she is a bad representation of the staff.
