Greenwood Pediatrics Southwest

We have been here for 6 weeks and had so many issues with reception and scheduling. I've had an appointment canceled without my knowledge while I was sitting in the waiting room with my newborn. Had I not asked what was taking so long I never would've been helped or notified. Now I've had an appointment canceled an hour before my scheduled time because they put it in wrong. The doctor and nurses have been great. I feel bad that they have to deal with a front team who can't seem to figure it out.

We tried two other ped offices before finding Greenwood Pediatrics. We are so happy we joined their practice! Our 3.5 year old loves Dr. Nick, and so do we. When I was pregnant with our newborn, my OB's office was very happy we were at Greenwood. They said they have never heard a bad thing about them. We are always able to be seen when we need to, the staff works hard to return calls and messages promptly and the care is thorough. We have seen Dr. Nick, Michelle, Ben and Bryan and had great experiences each time. Plus the two doctors that came to meet our baby in the hospital. Thank you!

You can't go wrong with any of these doctors. My boys have been going to this clinic for 6 years now and we've alway had a great experience. The doctors and staff are all great at what they do.

I love this place! Both of my kids ages 14 months and 14 days (both!? KidS!? I have kids, wow! Crazy!) go to Greenwood Pediatrics & see Dr Suzanne Cooper. She is phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal- very supportive of and caring to the Parent as well, which is so nice! The lactation consultants Bonnie and and Jodi are also fantastic! Went above and beyond doing research for me and getting the opinion of a highly regarded specialist in NY!

The nurses are outstanding, even ran into my fried from HS cheerleading who is a nurse there now! My first son was a preemie and born 3 weeks early due to preeclampsia, and everyone there has eased my mind about him being slightly behind on some milestones at the time of the big check ups -pointing he may be slightly under the standard, but his growth is following the same curve etc - and sometimes exactly yo the day he will have met the few things he missed on their checklist.

They don't make you feel stupid for asking questions that may seem obvious - everyone is very kind! Also very generous and helpful with formula samples of all kinds if you are low abd things are tight $. Also a big shout out to Jesse Lopez at the front desk area - he really knows his stuff and makes sure you know what to expect and ask questions about, and does it all cheerfully and doesn't make you feel rushed or like you're wasting his time.

Nobody at the front does that, but Jesse really has a talent for multitasking and making sure you feel heard and important; You can tell really cares about both the patients AND patients. Forgot diapers? No problem! You'll never be chastised or judged for this - in fact even if you have diapers, they provide them (in any & every size - Mama Bear brand )- this was how I found MamaBear; IMO Pampers is the best brand for softness and protection, but are astronomically expensive, especially if you don't have much $ like me - I thought they felt even better than pampers!

The office gave me a few to go, and I was sold - for a box of 198 pampers =$47, 198 Huggies - $50, for 196 Mama Bear, $29.99 - sold on Amazon Long and short, if you're able to get in as a new patient to any of their offices (I go to DTC and review is only for DTC) You'll love it/them! The ONLY THING that I would change/improve would be adding some more colors and kid enthralled decor in the rooms - this may be for sanitary purposes though, not sure. I just remembered as a kid my dr had different themed rooms for each exam room; jungle, bears, etc! :) - Amy Stillahn

This is Jessi Bengs we have two sons who see dr nick, i just want to again say how much i love greenwood pediatrics. Dawn was such a sweetheart to us all times we have talked to her on phone and in person. Mac checked us in and was great! All nurses have been excellent. And of coure Dr Nick just so sweet and answers all questions! We are amazed everytime we come! Thank you its a blessing.

This post is long due, my son had been in Greenwood Pediatrics' care since his birth and this is the first year he won't be seeing Dr Nick Krebbs as we have moved. I want to take this opportunity to remember and thank everyone at GP, the incredible front desk, phone co-ordinator, nurses, lactation consultant, the group of Dr and support staff. Dr Nick and Brian are such an amazing duo.

I cannot say enough about Dr Nick, he is the most patient person. As a new parent we had so many questions and he always ensured all our questions were answered. The Nurse, Kirsten, was amazing and ensured there were little to no tears at shot times. Jodi the lactation consultant was very supportive and helpful. We miss Greenwood Pediatrics. We have met Dr Marc and Dr Sunit and had good experiences with both of them. GP has amazing post office hour support system. I highly recommend this practice.

This is an amazing practice and everyone we have ever come in contact with is as respectful and cheerful with our children as the are with their parents. We've been going to this practice for 8 years and couldn't be happier. Doctors and nurses all seem to genuinely care about our children and take their time to make sure that everyone understands what they are doing and the reasons why, the front desk staff is always cheerful and efficient. If you can get a spot for your child at this practice I'd highly recommend taking it- you won't be disappointed.

We recently transferred care to greenwood pediatrics. We have had nothing but great experiences since. From the beginning to the end of each appointment, we've been happy. Their portal makes it easy to communicate. They answer the phone in a timely manner, the staff is friendly and empathetic. The weekend appointments are game changers, and have saved us 2 trips to urgent care already. Each provider has been knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough good things about Greenwood!

This is a review for the lovely nurse Hannah! She is such a gem with our children- never have we had another nurse go the extra mile as she does for our children. She has a way of making them feel at ease about the things they are scared of and for making them smile every time! One late evening, she played tag and catch around the whole office with our handful of a toddler when she could have easily gone home, as we were the last people there, just so my husband and I could have some time alone with our newborn. Ive walked past her at her desk in depth coloring alongside another child, discussing whatever he was passionate about. Patient, realistic when needed, and beyond caring for the children she interacts with. Plus we didn't even feel our shots when we got them, ha! We love Greenwood and we love Hannah!

Greenwood Pediatrics is a wonderful place to bring your kiddos! We started coming here with our first daughter 3 years ago and now with our new baby (11 weeks!) We are always greeted with a smile and never seem to wait once we check in (I'm never even done filling out the update sheet before they're coming to get me!) We see Dr. Connie and occasionally her sweet partner and they genuinely listen to your concerns, make sure you feel all your questions have been answered and are always curious about how our family is doing!

Let's not leave out the amazing fish tank and stickers that my oldest daughter loves and looks forward too! Thank you for making parents feel good about the journey of parenthood!
